If I could pick 0 stars I would. This is my fourth experience with Royal Mail and I am highly disappointed. I waited in all day for my parcel to arrive, as I’ve paid for next day delivery. And yet again it didn’t get delivered. To my annoyance I get a message at 11:00pm at night saying ‘attempted delivery’ when myself and my husband looked out all evening for the delivery man. I would avoid Royal Mail at all cost now.

Got a something for you card so requested my parcel be redelivered to my local post office. Received an email to say they tried to post it again to my address the next day but because nobody was in returned it back to sender!!!!! Really poor

I received two cards on the same day stating there was a fee to pay as the sender did not pay the full postage. Next day went to the collection point at 10.15am only to find they only open 8-10am and 4-6pm. There was no indication on the cards that the collection office only operated at certain times. One would expect it to be open during normal working hours. Totally wasted trip! Then paid on line. However, the system doesn't allow you to put in a reference number so will be interesting to see if both items turn up! What an outdated organisation!

Tracked postage is pointless, items go missing all the time with no real update, and royal mail support can only advise to wait, which is not very reassuring especially if the item you have posted is valuable. Another item I had was also damaged on arrival, please be careful when using Royal Mail as courier service, the regular mail postage has been great however.

Want shutting down by our dodgy government, f_ckin- discrace ,caused me serious isues 14 x 2nd class parcels sent on the 14 june 2023,7 arrived at the moment

Paid extra for sunday delivering and tracking,,,all tracking said was out fir delivery 7,30 to 7,30 waited in all day 5.00 got a email attempted delivery please refer to royal mail site..thwy definately didnt attempt and because obviosly the driver had enoigh just clicked attempted delivery i didnt get a red missed you card so i didnt know were parcel was ....went local office they shut only opwn 8,00 to 10.00 went next morning couldnt find it told me go to headoffice in town promised they open till 1200 got there they shut havent a clue were my parcel is just a rubbish job they doing

Day 9 for a small letter package posted in London. Your tracking information only says it will be updated when it's been delivered. This service is really quite appalling.

Royal Mail, Portishead, sent me an email stating that my tracked item had been delivered. Well, it may well have been - but not to me. I am now reliant on the good will and honesty of whichever household the package was actually delivered to (no idea where), to bring it round to me - but I'm not going to hold my breath. I have most likely lost an expensive pair of earrings - gee, thanks Royal Mail.

My last and only Customer Service experience was met with the least helpful, most condescending person I have ever met. Really has put me off using them.

Total lack of being able to deliver parcels to the recipient's It's a a massive scandal that needs to be addressed Fraud at its worst Massive amounts of parcels not being delivered to recipient's Whose behind this fraudulent activity?? Unbelievable, posted a card and paid £12.00 for next day guaranteed Saturday delivery and it didn't arrive. Will be ringing tomorrow for my money back. Thanks Royal Mail for wasting £12.00 of my money and making my card late!

Regular post guys are amazing but the parcel delivery people are beyond a joke. Literally 80% of parcels are not delivered with unbelievably ridiculous excuse - “inaccessible”! Post guys manage perfectly well. I have zero faith in Royal Mail parcel service and looking forward to them being bought out or abandoned.

Posted a letter (second class signed for )7 days ago and still no update as to if it has been delivered. It says 1-3 days on their tracking website. It is just a letter not heavy not a complicated address why does it take this long. £3.25 for the privilege. I was advised at the post office that sending 1st class would not be any better just costs more! I can remember when post was delivered the following day no chance of that now.
