“Royal Mail are a bunch of losers that can't seem to do their jobs properly and can't seem to get it right whenever you complain lol the amount of times I've had to complain about the postman for our road it's unbelievable you complain and nothing gets done why have they still got someone like that working in this area someone who is uneducated and unqualified and can't seem to read properly it's been going on since 2019 I live on top of another person I can't even express enough of how uncomfortable I feel living in this accommodation trying to get moved out even more uncomfortable knowing that my male keeps going down to the person downstairs especially as it's been opened up that could beeen avoided if that man was to do his job properly and if there was to train him up they were saying maybe he needs extra training when I complain I said how much more training does he need to have before he's going to get it right lol I can see why Royal Mail are in a bad spotlight as they've been on the news I'm actually thinking of taking it to the news because it's disgusting that my male keeps going downstairs especially as it was a finance letter so obviously the person knows about balance and about what I'm paying personal information why not let the whole neighborhood know uneducated Royal Mail and lots of Neighbours that live in this area that I'm living in it's a bad Neighbourhood and it's lots of nosy neighbours as well”
“Paid for track and signed for next day delivery.but delivery never attempted they returned the parcel back to me saying refusing to accept. Recipient's address is a shop. So that I can prove with cctv that they never tried to deliver.
Try to talk to the customer service and they pretended they didn't hear the tracking no.they could hear everything else though.”
“Hello. I paid for next day delivery. I waited at home all day to pick it up. Nobody knocked on my door. When I checked my email, I saw that "delivery was attempted but failed." I don't understand why, since I was at home all day. I called the special complaints line and after half an hour they apologized and promised delivery tomorrow. I waited all day today and paid more for delivery to get it the next day. This is nonsense”

“I have a strong feeling someone is trying so hard to run it down for privatisation otherwise, how can you tell me that on 2 different occasions RM put down on tracking history delivery attempted when no soul crossed my home for delivery. First time it happened, it took contacting customer service (after waiting on queue for 40 minutes) over the phone for investigation to be opened and my parcel was delivered after one week delay. Today I’m waiting for another parcel which was meant to have arrived yesterday but again RM bogus “attempted delivery” shows up on tracking history after waiting all day for my parcel. I’m just sick and tired of this nonsense from RM.”

They lie about order being refused (they know saying no one at home will mean they have to drop PROOF they were there) Before I order I ask every company I want to order from who they use and if they say RM I tell them I cant order from them as they are using the worst providers. I tell them they can either change to a different provider who risk keep losing more customers.”

Then was told I had to wait for a 'green card' to be delivered with additional costs. Filed a written complaint, then received word the (tracked) package was lost. Utter incompetence!”
