In 2 months time been delivered wrong address,or lost parcel nightmare,with post man,one parcel have to been delivered on 05/03/2022 I spoke today with costumer service they said they delivered to wrong address,no professional at all

Royal Mail now have to take a photo with the door open when they deliver a parcel. My husband was in the garden and the postman would not give him the parcel because he had to take a photo with the door open. We have had parcels delivered by courier services who will take a photo of the parcel in the open garage door or my husband taking the parcel, it is ridiculous that the front door has to be open, when there is someone who obviously lives at the property who can take the parcel off the postman, it is just a silly rule which is an inconvenience.

Delivery attempted but no card! And there is nothing you can do without a card, terrible system and terrible service. Couldn’t even book a redelivery without a ‘something for you card’. Like what??? Never using them again

Growing concerns amoung users of the "click and drop" service. We have had an increase number of surcharges which are completly false and for items that couldn't possibly be as incorrect as Royal Mail claim. We send around 300 items a week and are currently getting surcharges once or twice a week for a few items. Just recently items that were posted as large letters and royal mail staff stated they had been posted nearly 5cm higher than the limit! Never any proof provided which is all the more worrying.

Terrible experience. I sign-in on my Royal Mail account then check out on my stamp purchases. I am asked to click again on sign-up to do a fast check-out and then I end on another page and cannot find either a check-out button or my basket. This is terrible.

Only Excuses! Terrible service and customer treatment. A simple item was meant to be delivered, first attempt they said it was refused. WRONG! I was not there. So obviously no attempt, they could have put a card through the door so I could go collect it at the local depot. 2nd, it went to a PO box that I do not have and they considered it delivered, and they're making excuses that are flimsy at best. Shocking and I will take this further.

RUBISH MAIL cant be relied on to deliver anything on time.RM should be scraped and a private company placed there instead.

they never ring the doorbell or knock at the door ,they just jam the parcel through the letterbox

Hi, Im doing small bussines , sending many parcels every week collection only I have door bell with speaker and camera to make sure the person who came to pick up all parcels can find me , and today I received only that email ,, we could not collect your parcels, becouse it was not at safe place as description ,, its 3 post mens here , 2 of they are ok never had problem with pick up my parcels .....just one of them ignores picking up parcels and giving easy excuses, but today nobody came , Its easy to say there nobody was at home etc , at all I been waiting 2h only for received email Im not at home ,and I paid for this and cannot get refund or rebook , last week it happen it twice becouse one of 3 postmen guys he does not exactly check the sender's info and claims that there was no ring number in the pickup address ...... 2 others check all the sender's details and have no problem with it, but the worsest think is today nobody was here , this is couple of my parcels   KB356197369GB  ,  KB893801428GB ,KB356197559GB,  KB893802180GB  , , maybe I should register as company to send all my parcels this way could be any better quality service for me ? just like with parcel 1 or 2 class ?  I like to inproove somehow all this and make sure my parcels will be collected ,there is customer service .....trying to call waiting and waiting no point , trucking number do not show any procces of delivery what is funny becouse even hermes so bad company has much better service to track your parcel, royal mail is on the top I have to confirm that but they should do some changes for customer service

Awful website. Truly useless. The Royal Mail has the logistics network that would cost billions and billions of pounds to re-create, however this means nothing if you build a website where you cannot book a missed collection, or print of a postage receipt etc. Only just allowed postage with tracking to be collected, which every other carrier understands is the only way to do it. So out of touch. Pay someone to build you a new website like any modern carrier, parcel2go.com etc. Or sell your logistics chain to a deserving customer focused business

So from what i can tell by the reviews royal mail special delivery is not fit for purpose,especially as they allow individual postmen to sign for the delivery,yes i've had various items by post go missing lately and suspect my postman of around 35yrs is a thief,reviews on this site back up how much of a shower your so called "royal" mail service provides,i doubt even the queen in all honesty would trust your service to deliver!

I've been waiting for my delivery since December only to not be contacted at all when it finally arrived at your office in February. On Monday (21.02) i got a "sorry we missed you" card even tho i was at home but all good i had no idea i was even expecting it. I chose to redeliver on Wednesday (23.02) only to wait all day for nothing because when i checked the front door i had another card. Once again i chose to redeliver on Friday (25.02) and been waiting for it the same way because when i checked the front door you wouldn't believe it, another f card. Your drivers don't know how to knock at a door? I can give them training if so!!!! You have both my email and my phone number, why am i not contacted before attempting to deliver the item? How hard is it to do such a simple job properly? Talk with your employees, teach them how to knock at a f door and how to use a f phone!!! And by the way i've waited on the phone to make this complaint for half an hour!!! You may need to train your customer support how to f support customers, I'll give you a golden rule for that: ANSWER THE F PHONE

Every other courier service has a tracking system that works and is up to date and accurate. RM merely states 'in transit'. It's a lottery as to when you actually get your package. Plus you are never notified that the item has actually been delivered. Utter disgrace.

I went for the special delivery as I had an important event and my customer needs the parcel in 5 days. It was supposed to arrive the day after but instead was delivered to the wrong address and signed by someone else. When I call customer service, they told me that they need to contact the Office and come back to me in 3 days. I didn't receive any updates and when I called back they told me that they contacted the WRONG OFFICE and that now it would take another 3 days for the redelivery. I call my customer and ask him to wait for another week, but the week after they still hadn't delivered the parcel or come back to me with any updates. I called again and again 3 more times and I'm still trying right now (It's the 30-minute wait so I may as well write my review). It's now over 3 weeks and they are refusing to pay the compensation because the system said that the item was delivered to the right address. My customer is a shop owner and the only one at the venue, he can't miss any items unless they are delivered to the wrong address. I tried to explain this over the phone for 5 times but the COMPUTER SAYS NO.

Practically a scam when it comes to business mail and accounts. Would recommend basically any other courier provider.

I am starting to use DPD more when it comes to sending parcels abroad.Its more expensive but parcels get there and arrive much quicker

Just so slow. Had two parcels sent to me on the same day. 1 arrived promptly sent by a different courier 1 I am still waiting for 3 days later sent by royal mail. What more do I need to say. I lost my business with ebay due to the slow delivery times of royal mail. When ebay introduced DSR I had 800 5 star rating with no negative feedback. but the new DSR from ebay showed my delivery times as 1 star and they shut my selling account. How they are still trading as a delivery company buggers belief

In November last year a Royal Mail delivery person damaged my securely paddlocked storage unit, which I only purchased in the May, by forcing the corner up and squeezing a parcel into it. After several emails back and forth Royal Mail asked for witnesses to the damage, my answer was as the unit is situated in my back garden the only witness would be my neighbour and if they were in the garden surely the delivery person would have given the parcel to them rather than try and put it into a paddlocked unit. They asked for a photo of the card which I sent and it clearly states that the parcel was left in my unit. They also want two quotes to get it fixed but I could find no-one who would do this. I received an email today saying that they asked the delivery person and he denies putting in my storage unit and that's the end of my complaint. That's not what the card says and the parcel was in the unit. I am furious these companies just think they can do what they want and get away with it.

90 plus percent of my mail is late The poor excuses thay Come up with a pathetic blaming on covid It's been a windy Day some of their trucks couldn't get through We are paying for service you are not doing your job properly but still charging for it put your profit Into imploying more people And doing your job your paid for instead of making poor excuses I bet 50% of people give up complaining because it's so hard to make a complaint
