next day delivery posted 16/12/20 still do not know if it has arrived at its destination still cannot get information from tracking

No Royal Mail postal delivery since 9 December 2020 from Royal Mail Bexleyheath Branch. Extremely poor service. Website information inaccurate regarding opening and collection times and is very challenging to use. Walked to Bexleyheath branch on 29 Dec 2020 and saw Royal Mail vehicle and the driver and was collecting mail from post boxes en route at around 11:30 and saw same vehicle at branch around 12:30. Notice on main door which customers use said "closed due to COVID". SPOKE TO EMPLOYEE AT BACK OF BRANCH who was unable to assist and check our mail and was told it was unknown it when branch would reopen. However, thank you to Parcel Force who were able to deliver medical consumables within 24 hrs of ordering from supplier.

This has to be one the worst companies on the planet especially when making a claim. in addition to the poorest claims process, they now also will sell you International Post Labels from their website that are completely useless as they DO NOT accept the parcel in the Post Office under "new rules" to top it all i have now been on hold to customer service for almost half an hour.

Royal Mail has not delivered my parcels I’ve been waiting for since the 15th December absolutely useless. Hermes comes the next day Royal Mail wants putting out of business they are useless

Always very poor and currently worse than ever if people pay the going rate for a delivery service then no excuses it should be delivered on time or else offer a cheaper service saying you don't know IF or when it's going to be delivered other companies have managed through the current situation. I wish it was just the situation to blame but it's not why charge for 24 or 48 hour delivery if you know you can't deliver the service scandalous. Taking money under false pretences (instead offer every customer you have let down a refund)

As ever Royal Mail are useless, we have been waiting 3 weeks for 1st class parcels to be delivered. Surprise not delivered. Of course if pay for their premium services things arrive ! 2021 prices are going up , but the service still won't improve, shareholder's before customers !! Other companies for example DPD can get it right. You can't blame Covid your competitors are coping.

Posted parcel of Christmas presents to my daughter in Dubai as she can't get home because of covid. Posted on 3rd November 2020 using track end to end and signed for and it still hasn't arrived over 6 weeks later! Royal mail are not interested in trying to find out where it is, as it has left the UK so it's out of their hands. I've paid for a service which has not been fulfilled. All I've been told by those I've spoken to is to "put a claim in". I don't want to put a claim in, I want them to find my parcel and deliver it! This is the service I paid for! Their customer service is a waste of time as they all seem to be reading from the same script. I am absolutely appalled at their unwillingness to help. I will never use them again for this service.

On 14 december I posted two packages of cards at the local post office in Perth, Scotland for family members in Scotland and England. One contained a birthday card for the 19th. Nine days later, neither of these packages has arrived. Similarly, packages sent by family to me have not turned up. This is beyond unacceptable.

Simply disgusting. They offer you a special guaranteed next day delivery but my parcel arrived 3 days later. It was a covid test that needed to reach the laboratory within 24 hours to be in time for the flight. They don't deliver what they promise I know hundreds of people in the same situation - not being able to travel because of the incompetence of Royal Mail. On top of that, they just offered a reimbursement of the amount paid, rather than a compensation for the costs of the test and the consequences of not being able to take the flight. They should ban this type of practices.

Normally Royal Mail is fairly dependable, but, this past 2 weeks, most items are taking over a week/ 10 days to get to their destination!!! Shocking mess and clearly down to poor management. December 2020

On 9th November 2020 sent parcel to Dubai via international track and trace. Last tracking info on 11.11.2020 says at Langley due to leave UK. Parcel still not arrived at destination and tracking report still not updated since 11th November. After a number of attempts to contact Royal Mail did receive a reply to my email stating they do not know why tracking not working or where my parcel is but it will probably still turn up?!?! Had 2nd parcel to send out to Dubai didn't see the point in using Royal Mail again so paid for DHL Courier service. Parcel arrived at address in Dubai 4 days later. I received regular updates from DHL during parcel's journey. Will never use Royal Mail again. Shocking service!!!

I paid for tracked delivery abroad (normal size envelope, around £10), it actually took a MONTH to be delivered. In the same time I posted a card to the same address, about the same size, stickered it with 2 first class stamps and it was delivered in about 4 days. What the..... Also, I'm trying to track another package but it's telling me there is no info. Well, where's the point of the tracking number??

Asked for my parcel to be 48 hour tracked, having got home realised I had been charged for 1st signed (far more expensive) but it said on receipt aim to deliver following day. 8 days later finally arrived. No tracking was available although said on their sight 48 tracked and just said posted at Wheatley post office, no other updates. Tried their customer services email no longer responding. Sight doesn't allow for you to go through claims process. Appalling service
