Tired of these people and the lazy attitude. And 14 days to deliver from UK to Netherlands a small packet, with hardly any coherent updates.”
“Missed a delivery and as I work can't collect during their limited working hours. Went through rigmarole of downloading app to arrange redelivery and got through to end of process several times only to be told there was an issue please try again later on each occasion. I have previously had an issue when a birthday card with a £50 voucher was deemed too heavy so wouldn't post without payment of £1. Didn't get to the collection point in time and was told my letter was returned to sender but no return address so lost for ever . Royal Mail is a shambolic and non Customer service based entity”

“on 12 seperate occasions now i have ordered from sellers from amazon who used royal mail i have had to have 3 packages refunded because they never arrived despite being claimed they'd been signed for, 8 where late by a substantial margin 1 arrived on time and the last was due on the 2/12/21 and it is now the 3/12/21 with no idea where it is because it has been out for delivery for 5 days now XD company is a joke. I refuse to use them.”

reference number is FN214895619GB. I waited in especially. I was told that this is a second class delivery. It was posted on Monday 29th of November.
Why send an email with specific times if it is not correct and if problems why not send an update!!”
“Nowadays it is really useful/important to be able to track parcels. Other companies allow me to track the entire route - Royal Mail tracking just tells me if they’ve tried to deliver it. I know that - I would have received it or seen a card. I want to know if it’s en route, at the delivery centre, our for delivery, etc. They are really playing catch up.”
“Never deliver, tracking apps say delivered, signatures are "X's" and dots and royal mail just say it was signed for... I really will not deal with them, I will not buy from online retailers using royal mail. I was a postman before they sold out. Well this is what we have now a waste of time and posties robbing customers. sooner they go under the better!”

“Royal Incomptence if you ask me. Was at home on Sat. awaiting delivery, Got text saying they "attempted to deliver but could not access" what a joke. No cards left. In description they said it could be because of snow! (really?!!! on 27/11/2021 there was 0.5 cm of snow and they couldnt do their job.).

“Tracking is useless. Entering number just gets the message “updates are only available once we try to deliver your package” in other words you can only track it once you’ve got it.”
“Royal mail are terrible! I checked with my supplier as my item hadn't been received today when shipping was due between 21/24 Nov. The tracking number indicated my item has been attempted to be delivered on the 17th Nov and was returned to Rochdale DO, then it said I had picked up my parcel on the 18th! I couldn't have as I didn't know they had even attempted delivery until this morning when I tracked the code from the shipper, also as they didn't leave a card, I don't believe they had even attempted delivery if I am honest. This is the 3rd time Royal Mail Rochdale have lied about deliveries I will not order from the supplier again because they use royal mail!”
“I would NOT recommend royal mail!! Every single time i have paid for next day delivery, they won’t even give me an option for a safe place! they automatically book a re delivery even tho i asked them to place it in my safe place! i do not recommend royal mail. i even called up to ask them if they can deliver to my safe place yet they couldn’t even do that. disgrace”
