“Posted out small package that had a value of £110.00 1st class signed for. Internally Birmingham to Hull 3 weeks later they wouldn't say the lost it but it never turned up when i put a claim in and attached all proof they said £50 is maximum they will pay so i now have to give the guy that never received it his money back and i loss £50 if they even pay it me other wise i loss the lot . an appalling company the woman on the phone couldnt care less and just wanted me to get off the line as soon as she could. Hope they go bust which they will.”

Delivery person stole my package.
I received an email saying it was delivered and already asked everyone in the house and neighbours houses and no one got it. I was at home the whole time and I have a fully functional door bell that clearly says number of my flat. Unbelievable that they put you through this stress and such a waste of my time, specially with all that is going on. Please track this person and do not hire him again, clearly does not like/want his job. I am sure many other people would appreciate doing it.”
“I usually don't write reviews but i have to do it this time....so my brother sent from uk to Romania a package containing a limited edition basketball shoes but they never get to me..after 1 month of waiting i ask my brother to call to Royal Mail to ask about them and everytime he called he got a different answer but not that they were lost..but they sugested to claim on site for a lost item so he get a compensation just in case..after 2 days he received a paper from Royal Mail saying that the package its lost and they will refound around 60 pounds..thats not even half of what he paid for shoes(he have bill)and he also paid for premium service..on tracking number it sais last time my item was despatched to heathrow worldwide dc on 25 march..i even called from Romania to ask about what's going on and they hang up in my face after saying they are sorry but can't give me more details than what i see on site..all that after i sit 50 min in que!what i can say is to not trust them!they are the worse mail service ever!i would give them less than 1 star if posible for bad services,bad costumer service,bad attitude!!!!sorry if my english is not great”

“We all know that the Covid-19 situation will have an effect on deliveries. Items ordered and delivered by other couriers have ALL arrived. ALL of Royal Mails are very late or have been lost or not turned up at all. Rubbish service...R.M's drivers should be tracked but if that were implemented they would just go on strike!!!”
