Royal Mail charging first class prices yet not delivering for 3/4 days. Who’s the fool here. The Royal Mail delivery vehicles are disgusting they are dirty damaged and not a pretty sight. Also why does the post person seem to want to discharge their unwanted elastic bands in my garden in the same place. This company is disgusting. If I could leave a less star for the feedback they would get a zero.

i am utterly discusted with this service, posted at post office on 9 th july 2024 . with signature required, not arrived. actually not ever received at royal mail.tried to enquire by telephone listened to terrible music for 30 minutes at a time at least 4 calls. even sent by post a claims form told hadnt been received. told to call back 3 weeks later so did this not received , then filled in on line. and its that difficult as you have to upload proof and i did but no joy. lost a total of £100 also then told i have only so many days to complete claims form. when i have already sent one by there post box and they have not received diisgusted they should be sued. will concede as its made me ill. you are disgusting and no one can do anything about getting their money back with all the obsticals in the way. steer clear of these sharletons how dare they.

1. I have a subscription for commemorate stamps which are posted out to me with boldly printed "DO NOT BEND" showing clearly on the envelopes. Guess what?.....postie obviously doesn't read them before popping through my letterbox, resulting in damaged goods. 2. Still waiting on a Tracked 48 delivery, which I was advised by Royal Mail, would be delivered on Saturday 31 August. Didn't turn up and it's now 4th September. 3. Royal Mail app is worse than useless. Cannot sign in even with correct credentials. I'm just about to give up hope with this company and cancel my subscription.

Royal Mail has horrible service and non efficient delivery people in our area take items at wrong addresses not checked,Tracking is marked as delivered on the day but they are not and the item turns up after few days when complaint is submitted and you have to cancel complaint and important items are not received on time .In one instance my delivery man took item back marked as wrong address didn’t ring my doorbell or knock and I had to chase it up at delivery office and they will redirect again this is non sense

Consistently late with packages to Northern Ireland. Tracking doesn’t update half the time and when it does, they miss the day given more often than not. Abysmal customer service.

Birthday cards finally arrived at my house last Friday days after the event, some were posted 9 days before as included a bank holiday. All cards and letters dated 19th & 20th August all with FIRST CLASS postage. SHOCKING SERVICE and this has happened to me before.

Paid for guaranteed 1pm next day delivery for an urgent parcel. The notification said it would be collected from.my home between 08.43 and 12.43. So precise were these times that I missed the small word 'estimated '. Of course noone came within these times and I had an appointment at 2pm so at 1.30 I left a note on the door to say I had waited as long as I could and now needed to pay again at the Post Office for next day delivery. Royal Mail were unsympathetic and told me that the estimated times for collection were not binding and the collection could be made any time up to 4pm. So why the hell give such specific times and why don't they say you will likely need to wait in all day? Sorry excuse for a service. I'll never use them again.

How do you tell someone without any remorse that her parcel has been destroyed? Parcel was sent on the 17th of June from Doncaster. Kept calling and was asked to excersie some patient that it sometimes takes more than 3-5 working days for second class delivery. I explained to the lady I spoke with that part of the items are my graduation outfit and she said as usual *sorry there's nothing we can do as the item cannot be tracked. I went to the Glasgow Tunner office on the 2nd of July, after much back and forth it was confirmed that they received it but cannot tell where it is and was advised to go to Cambuslang office between the hours of 8am -10am. Went there and they couldn't find anything. The shocking thing is that the parcel has a return address and my address was on the receipt. There was no mail that states they came but meant my absent. No delivery attempt whatsoever. Everybody I spoke with kept giving me different answers. The last guy I spoke to bluntly told me that my parcel has been destroyed, he literally shouted at me when I asked him that if a parcel can't be tracked how did he know that it was been destroyed. I was heartbroken because it cost me alot to bring those things from Abroad only for Royal Mail to misplace them. How can you destroy a parcel sent in June 17th 2024. How did a parcel so big got missing in a company as big as Royalmail without a trace.

I paid £3.25 for a SIGNED FOR package to get to London, sent 5 days a go, still nothing on my tracking, it’s either lost or some incompetent idiot has delivered this without a signature, this was already a dispute with the seller, thanks for letting her win I’m now £40 out of pocket as well! Disgusting service

Ordered a book online. Royal mail tracking says it was delivered on 5th August 24. This is untrue , the book has never been delivered . Website treats customers like children , have you checked with other people in the house ,company etc. of course I have checked. My book has either been delivered.to the wrong address or royal mail records are being falsified.

I wish I had a good review for Royal Mail, but absolutely not. My brother sent a parcel from Doncaster to me on the 17th of June 2024. After waiting in vain, I called customer care on the 30th and was told the parcel was last scanned on the 22nd of July in Glasgow. They couldn't tell me where it is. A large parcel couldn't be located! When I visited their office at Glasgow Turner Road, they confirmed the parcel was scanned OUT there but didn't know where it is and they directed us to their company at Cambuslang , we set out early the next day to meet up on getting there they confirmed that they didnt receive any parcel with my tracking number. How can a company as big as Royal Mail lose track of parcels entrusted to their care? Every time my brother and I called customer care, we received different and conflicting information. One day it was supposedly at the Glasgow depot, another day at Belfast. At one point, we got two different answers from two different staff members same day. The last call left me shattered. The staff member not only shouted at me but outrightly told me my parcel had been destroyed, without any emotions or remorse. If he couldn’t track it, how did he know it was destroyed? This was last week. It was my parcel, worth £300, gone without a trace. And they're saying I’ll be compensated £20 because I used second class service. Does using Royal Mail’s second class service mean no guarantee? I have told them I do not want compensation. I want my parcel. It had a return address and my address, yet there was no note of missed delivery, nothing but silence. My only mistake was trusting Royal Mail. I just want my parcel back royal mail or is that too much to ask?

Parcels never arrive on time, post is usually damaged in some way or lost. Wish suppliers would use proper delivery firms such as DPD. Always dread the 'delivery by royal mail' on supply note. And letter supply side of their business is even worse! If you can believe that is possible!!

Royal Mail is rubbish.. I have requested a next day delivery with myprotein. It’s been 9 days since I have ordered. I still haven’t received my package. This is Bristol south BS4 area. These Royal Mail will email you saying no one is available when deliver. But at the time nobody has even turn up to the door. As I am literally sat at the door waiting for them to be arrived the whole day. No disrespect but I think there are lazy people working don’t even wanna bring the parcel out of the van or warehouse. Then they will just press on their app to send us email saying they have missed you. How come I don’t even have a “we’ve missed you” card at my post box? Because they are lazy they just want you to go and collect your own parcel. Also I have went online and update the delivery option.. requesting if I am not in please leave it with my neighbours. Even that it didn’t even happen. So if you own a business and looking for some reviews about Royal Mail services. I will say don’t risk your business with them. Their service will make your customer mad and there will be massive delay on each parcel. You will be in hell replying email to your customer. Avoid if possible.

⭐️ is the lowest I can give unfortunately, -5⭐️ is more appropriate. Packages not delivered, tracking system that doesn’t tell you any information and, a host of other issues eloquently covered by other reviews, why are businesses still using these idiots they are a disgrace.

No evidence of parcel being delivered. I have an enclosed front porch and plenty of safe spaces for parcels, but the parcel has gone missing because it was ‘delivered’ here.
