Beware, if you send something via 48 hour delivery, they will use ParcelFarce instead, and they are HORRIBLE. Make Sure your item is going via Royal Mail and not ParcelFarce, you have been warned.

Ordered an item from US. - I needed to pay customs but noone has reached out to tell me. instead just held the item. - I payed the customs... nothing... they just kept holding the item for 2 weeks. - Tried to get in touch. --> absolutely impossible, internet forms and phone service cannot put you in touch with a person. My situation did not fit any of the prescribed forms. Absolutely hate it, horrible experience. Just shut it down and we can use normal providers

They say they’ve delivered a tracked delivery but they haven’t... again. The last time this happened, in fact the last time I was sent a tracked parcel, they eventually delivered it 3 weeks after I had received the replacement parcel. It was really urgent that I received this on time and they let me down again. If I had the option I would go for the alternative every time - because I don’t think I’ve ever received a good service. How come Amazon manage to get it right and the Royal Mail who have so much more experience manage to f*** it up every time. So my advice is don’t bother spending money on their tracking service - you’re less likely to receive it than if you send it in the regular post. Oh...and the website just sends you around in circles. Absolutely useless. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have done.

I ordered my daughters main Christmas present that she had wanted for a few years now and she asked me every hour if it had arrived I kept on checking but it hasn’t arrived I am very upset and angry now my daughter is very upset and is taking it out on me and it is currently ruining our Christmas so thanks Royal Mail!!!!!

The tracker says my parcel has been delivered but I was away and have not received a card from royal mail. On the line for 45 mins but been on hold waiting for someone to help and locate my delivery. Very poor service.

Total rubbish service, 144 hrs for a 48 hr tracked delivery and for 2 days tracking still stated that it would be 2 days previous.

A package due to be delivered on 11th Dec was finally received on 20th but only after lots of chasing up. A relative paid extra for a selected date delivery. Five days later she is still waiting in ( using up her holiday time). This is disgraceful especially letting people down at this time of year.

I was expecting an item that i never received. The receipt says you should expect it in 5 business days but it's been over a week and still nothing. Bad customer service, I didn't get any useful support. Not recommended considered I spent a significant amount of money for something I never received.

Had many issues with them, such as putting in a claim as parcel I sent recorded delivery signed for never was dealt with. Seller did not receive it back, Royal Mail never dealt with claim I put in many months ago. I had attached form I received from Post Office. Recently I made a call to them, has cost me £7.67 - big company such as them should have an 0800 number. Are a disgrace nowadays, used to be able to trust them but cannot any more.

All-day at home waiting for a delivery. Walking to the front door and see the note nobody at home ready for collection next working day. Best of my knowledge nobody called the bell the buzzer is so loud in our home that you cant don't hear it.

Try to use the Royal Mail tracking, but website is so clunky that its next to useless. Request a password reset, and wait, and wait.. Check Spam folder, inbox even after 5mins, nothing. I dont know how many problems ive had with click n drop. Parcels not arriving website crashes and say try again later, so you doit again later, then two labels arrive in your inbox and its just too painful to go through their claim it back -if you can system. Which im sure they bank on people giving up and those kn0bhead managers keep your money. What awful service.

RM redirection service is waste of money. They charge but do not do the service right and they are not willing to refund money. I have paid total £150 just to get my mail missing or still arriving at my old address. My claim was dissmissed because they said they are aware of redirection and have been redirecting my mail ok. Well, that is not true as some of my mail I was able to retrieve from my old address. I escalated the case and got new case number so far. Waste of money & time. Useless service. I do not recommend.

WORST SERVICE IN HISTORY, they were suppose to come and pick up my 10k leaflets for delivery and kept on coming early when i told them it will be ready end of week. i highly recommend never use this company. they do not take responsibility

Worst service i have ever come across out of every business in my intire life, they were suppose to deliver my leaflets and miss the collection date that was agreed and then gave me a 2 week waiting date. my leaflets were suppose to be sent out for a christmas special and now they said they will send in new year. i have wasted valuable time and money with these useless company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I recommend using a local distribution company which i have done previously. my mistake and never again

Absolutely useless, my delivery was meant to come on the 14th of December. They sent me a message saying they delivered my parcel but no one was in. I was home all day, they didn't leave a red card so I could not pick up my parcel, so I called them up and told me to wait until the 18th of December. The incompetence, especially now its coming towards christmas.

As a business this company lets everyone down, and i dont blame the staff, no PDA scanners, lack of proper care on the top bosses, claims are ridiculously long, a disgrace to the name Royal.

1st class delivery constantly delayed. Have been sending Advent letters from the ‘North Pole’ every day. Posted in plenty of time, but delayed by days and often a few arriving together. Twin 5 year olds confused & disappointed that Elfie has broken his promise to write every day.

The service provided by Royal Mail is terrible. They are useless and they refuse to take responsibility when they don't do their job. In the past 6 months, they have failed to deliver parcels, letters and magazines to my address, including a "signed for" service that I had paid for - that envelope contained an important document that I had no option but to send through them. I waited more than 52 min on the phone today and they disconnected me! They are careless. I can't believe they are getting away with it, as nobody (ombudsman/government) does anything to help the customers.
