“The delivery service is disgusting and unprofessional I order a package and they tried only one attempt and still waiting my package to be delivered since the 17th of June and no other option to recuperate the item.
Normally I don't write review but with a service so bad definitely yes!!!!”
“A signed for parcel was not delivered as the address on the front was incorrect. It was correct on the envelope, but a wrong digit was entered by the Post Office. It did not have a return address as I thought it being signed for, I could trust the service. Clearly I cannot AT ALL. The post office blames Royal Mail. The Royal Mail blames the Post Office. Even though there is a tracking number, the Royal Mail cannot now find the parcel as it is 'not tracked' just signed for. The customer operative was officious and completely unhelpful, just telling me it was my fault or the Post Office's fault. The Royal Mail has absolutely no clue about customer service. And the Post Office and Royal Mail should never be allowed to work with each other as they are HOPELESS.”
“My parcel has been waiting at Langley whatever for weeks and nothing has changed. Parcel delivery from UK to Sydney, AUS. I have zero hope for ever receiving this parcel. I will be suing this company.”
“If I could pick 0 stars I would. This is my fourth experience with Royal Mail and I am highly disappointed. I waited in all day for my parcel to arrive, as I’ve paid for next day delivery. And yet again it didn’t get delivered. To my annoyance I get a message at 11:00pm at night saying ‘attempted delivery’ when myself and my husband looked out all evening for the delivery man. I would avoid Royal Mail at all cost now.”
“Got a something for you card so requested my parcel be redelivered to my local post office.
Received an email to say they tried to post it again to my address the next day but because nobody was in returned it back to sender!!!!!

“I received two cards on the same day stating there was a fee to pay as the sender did not pay the full postage. Next day went to the collection point at 10.15am only to find they only open 8-10am and 4-6pm. There was no indication on the cards that the collection office only operated at certain times. One would expect it to be open during normal working hours. Totally wasted trip!
Then paid on line. However, the system doesn't allow you to put in a reference number so will be interesting to see if both items turn up!

“Tracked postage is pointless, items go missing all the time with no real update, and royal mail support can only advise to wait, which is not very reassuring especially if the item you have posted is valuable.
Another item I had was also damaged on arrival, please be careful when using Royal Mail as courier service, the regular mail postage has been great however.”

“Day 9 for a small letter package posted in London. Your tracking information only says it will be updated when it's been delivered. This service is really quite appalling.”
“Royal Mail, Portishead, sent me an email stating that my tracked item had been delivered. Well, it may well have been - but not to me. I am now reliant on the good will and honesty of whichever household the package was actually delivered to (no idea where), to bring it round to me - but I'm not going to hold my breath. I have most likely lost an expensive pair of earrings - gee, thanks Royal Mail.”
