This is a Covid Test meant to be delivered to me before 19.30 yesterday.
Really angry that was delivered yesterday to HEREFORD 26.5 miles from delivery address in Worcester.
Tracking gives no further information. Only this Sorry, no options are currently available for this parcel.

“Waiting all week for some expensive items to be delivered. Found out earlier that there has been no delivery to our area today and also that this is not an uncommon occurrence. Disgraceful!!”
“Royal Mail are appalling it’s true, but worse are the companies which still choose to use them when there are so many reliable alternatives available nowadays. Ultimately they are the ones who look bad when Royal Mail let them and the customer down!
I have had several lost or late items which have ultimately been refunded to me, but that’s beside the point - my items didn’t arrive and therefore left me in a pickle!
The worst incident was for my dads 70th birthday. I ordered party supplies 10days ahead of the party date. I paid first class with an arrival time of 3-5 working days. 7 days later they hadn’t arrived so on the Friday before the Sunday party the supply company mailed out (via special delivery guaranteed next day before 12pm), a second set of supplies. Guess what!? They didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday!!! It meant I had to do a last minute run around to find very sub standard party decs the day before the event…..absolutely terrible!
I now make it a policy of mine NEVER to order with any company who uses Royal Mail! Not that they care lol”
“24hr tracked 🤔. My parcels been sat in Swansea for well over 24hrs now. Should be in Leeds! Said out for delivery today. Waited in all day then funny old thing it didn't arrive! AS ITS STILL IN SWANSEA!!!😡”

“Parcel out for delivery in a Friday. Waited in all day but no delivery attempted - have to wait in on Monday too now. I had two separate deliveries from Amazon (I didn’t need to be in for them!). This is the second Friday recently Royal Mail Parcels have failed to deliver. No scheduled time, no communication, no comeback.”

“i had send the SIGNED FOR letter on 1st sept 2021 to be delivered to leicester, till today is the 9th of sept it is still not been delivered, how wonderful service, big big promise but 3rd class service, will never use it again better to go other couriers”

I work for Royal Mail and I have mental health management are bullies no duty of care people stealing things managers bending the rules to make sure as much goes out as possible can honnestly say worst place I’ve ever worked needs a clear out of management there’s more management than posties only here cause the money is good”

Paying extra for "international tracking" is called fraud in my world, charging extra for a "service" that non existent. Don't bother to buy, avoid.”

“If you like waiting in all day for a tracked parcel that doesn't arrive then the next day spending over an hour to speak to customer services to find out they haven't got a clue what has happened to your parcel then royal mail is the company for.”
“There was a problem with the delivery of my parcel. Customer services said they could easily sort it and deliver it correctly. It was delivered but to a random address.
Second call told me that the first agent was not being honest as he had no ability to help me. They said they should have been returned to sender. This was followed by, ‘Is there anything else we can help you with today’.
When I asked to escalate the complaint I was stonewalled.

“If I could give Royal Mail 0 stars I would. In my opinion it needs a complete overhaul with new management from the top down. I send orders daily for my online business and the service is so unreliable it’s not even funny. 1st Class is completely hit and miss- sometimes arrives next day, sometimes after a week. Roughly 1 in every 10 parcels go missing completely. It’s a disgrace that UK people have such a poor service for sending letters and small parcels. It can’t all be blamed on the COVID pandemic, either, as it was no better before then. They are not afraid to keep raising their prices, though- totally overpriced without the quality to match.”
“Paid for signed tracking first class. Tracked it a few days later. Says still at post office. But the cheque that was in the letter that I sent had been cleared at the bank. So obviously it had arrived but with no update”
“I only seem to get mail once a week, strange when I know two places that posted letters first class. This is now over a week and one of the letters contain something that is required for Monday and I am only 10 minutes from where it was posted from. If I don't get this letter today, I have to phone the company back.
I have sent emails to Royal Mail, one I have received, says a need to wait ten days and then contact the firms. Also told it was a problem in my area, which is a joke, the sorting office is again about 10 minutes from my house. Really poor service and first class mail a joke. Would give no stars if I could.”

Got notified next day delivery but dud not arrived.
Item actually arrived 4 days later and ice packs were defrosted.
Had to resend.
Riyal Mail not helpful and couldn't comment in tracking information.”
