“Could not have asked for better service, rug delivered very quickly, kept informed and a staff member rang up personally to advise delivery and as this was being delivered to Cumbria showed concern of Cumbria's well being due of the recent floods thank you.. Rug is lovely, and is a present. I am sure they will be delighted.”

“i had ordered two carpets one oblong and one round with a non slip underlay for the round one which was of course oblong in shape and slightly smaller than the carpet, thinking that it would be fine for what i wanted, i received a phone call asking if the underlay was for the round carpet to which i said yes, and was informed that the size would not be suitable and that they would just cut one to suit the round carpet at no extra cost to me, it's this sort of service to customers that will always get a good recommendation and return sales from me. I look forward to getting new rugs for other rooms in my house, thank you for the great service.”

“Great product and amazing service! We placed our order in the evening and the very next morning we received a personal phone call to apologise that our choice wasn't in stock. Offered a full instant refund or the option to wait a few weeks (given an exact week when the stock would arrive) which we decided to do. The guy on the phone was polite and really helpful and offered us also free underlay thrown in to make up for the delay. A few days before delivery we got an email to notify is and on the delivery day we were given a one hour window which was really useful. The rug is beautiful, great quality and the price was fantastic, we are really pleased and the free underlay is much appreciated. The whole experience was brilliant and we will definitely be using this company again!”

“My rug had to be imported and consequently there was quite a wait for delivery. However, this was made very clear to me from the outset and my order actually arrived slightly sooner than I had anticipated. I am delighted with the rug. Both customer service and communication offered to me by Rugstore NE was superb. I would not hesitate to order again and/or recommend.”

“Delivery was when stated. Unfortunately the rug had been cut wrong and the sides sloped. I contacted the store and was immediately offered a refund with an apology. I asked for a replacement as I really liked the colours and pattern. The seller was concerned that the next one could be the same if it was a bad batch. I still wanted to risk it so my new order was sent to them to be checked first. I received a call to say that the new one also was not right so I was being refunded and they were very apologetic. Although I didn't get my rug I was really pleased with the level of customer service I was given and will not hesitate to use this company again. Well done Rugstore!”
