“I am writing to strongly advise you to reconsider your partnership with DPD Laser as your courier service due to their consistently poor delivery performance.
Since December 2024, my experience with DPD Laser has been exceedingly disappointing. The first delivery attempt was scheduled at PostNet Bassonia, a mere 3.3 KM from my home. Unfortunately, I was away at the time, and the driver refused to make any accommodations.
The second attempt was equally frustrating. Despite receiving a message stating that my order was out for delivery, the driver simply never showed up, leaving me to wait at home the entire day.
On the third attempt, my neighbor was ready to assist by opening the gate for the driver, yet he still managed to leave with my order before they could even greet him. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. The drivers seem indifferent to ensuring successful deliveries, and this has created a thoroughly negative experience for me.
Additionally, my efforts to engage with their customer service have only compounded my frustration. After sending multiple emails to inquire about making special delivery arrangements, I received no response. When I called, the representative was unprofessional and seemed spiteful, providing no assistance whatsoever.
In light of these experiences, I implore you to discontinue using DPD Laser for your deliveries. Their service reflects poorly on your store and negatively impacts your customers. A reliable courier is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction, and I believe partnering with a more competent courier service would greatly enhance the overall experience.
I hope you take this matter seriously for the sake of your customers.”
“the worst online place to order if you are going to to order expect late delivery and they will continually change your delivery address make it incorrect and you will call more then 10 times asking for a correction. some of the clothes are not the same as advertised so be careful buy at your own risk some things are damaged and some other are good shame.”

The one bag I received was faulty and the zip didn't even close properly. The packaging had Chinese symbols on, and I was under the impression that the product is made in SA. “I ordered tube makeup solely because it contains Hyaluronic acid but I received a different bottle that contains seaweed. When I checked on the catalog, the 1 I ordered is still there but was told what I received is the same just different packaging. Like what? The color is not even something I would use. One is seaweed and the other is Hyaluronic, how is that the same. I'm super mad and disappointed😩 esp since this was my first order. They have lost me shame😡”
“I used to use Myrunway from the beginning when they were still Runway, however the quality of there clothes and shoes has gone down tremendously which I can only assume they selling clothing items which has defects as for the past 1 year that is all which I have getting. I would not use them ever again to many hassles and issues so not worth it”

“The delivery of orders is good, but the return of order is very terrible. You don't get communicate when the driver is enroute or can't deliver. All you get it a cancelations of the pick up and now you are left to "reschedule" again. This is such an inconvenience. And when you call the call Centre, it doesn't get through. So good luck returning your order.”

“MyRunway are clearly on the decline, and can't handle the busy season. I've been trying to have a return collected since 26 December. DPD Laser just don't arrive, my calls and emails to MyRunway just go unanswered. Absolutely shocking!”
“Horrible experience
I submitted a return on 14 Dec 2023. The courier company (Dawnwing) failed to collect the return from 18-20 Dec 2023, stating that I was unavailable which was a lie as they did not contact me. I laid a complaint with Dawnwing which was met with a nonchalant response however the parcel was eventually collected on 21 Dec 2023.
Their return policy states that refund take 3-5 days yet I have been waiting since. I have sent multiple emails only to receive feedback after 4-5 days, which give further instructions instead of processing my refund.
Such a great platform, its unfortunate that the service does not match”

“I have been their client for many years now so was shocked by the poor service I received.. I placed my order & paid, got a confirmation email & 3 days later got an email that my order has been dispatched today just after receiving my order I get an email that 2 items they were unable to source out which is becoming a norm now and when I sent an email to express my dissatisfaction with the company, I was told they offer low price for customers who can't afford to buy expensive brands, basically implying that I'm poor so should accept their poor service as they are doing me a favor... I spend lots of money with my runway & have been for the past few years, I was really disappointed with the response & service from them because at the end of the day I spend my money but get told if the service is poor I shouldn't complain but rather accept coz of the cost of the items which are not that cheap by the way... Very disappointed & offended by the feedback from my runway.”
