ABSOLUTELY APPALLING - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS. We had some windows and doors installed in March - they ripped the old ones out, put the new ones in, and then realised some of the new ones were either the wrong design, or they didn't have all the parts to install them properly. We've had 3 'service visits' since, but every time they've come with the wrong parts and have been unable to resolve. We were booked in again for our fourth visit tomorrow, but just cancelled with 24 hours notice and told it will be the end of September. So we've paid for it all, but 6 months later the installation is incomplete. I would definitely never recommend using Safestyle - I wish I hadn't.

Just had the worst experience, knew the product and exactly what we wanted. Went through a 90 minute Sales Pitch and no Quotation. Informed no quotation without commitment today. Felt very uncomfortable with one way communucation. "We aren't the cheapest and will be at least 30% more than a local supplier. But we are the biggest in the UK and the best". I kept insisting that we had carried out our due diligence and wanted a quote. No quote without commtall there and then. Result a Product I wanted and no quotation, a high pressure sales pitch without a result and a potential customer saying goodbye to a Product he wanted.

A mistake by the salesman on the initial order is being ignored and misread by the so called help team. At the time of my order the SafeStyle system was not working so, I did not have the contract to see and when I did get it the pictures and description of the windows didn't make a lot of sense so I trusted the sales had got what I asked for. Phoned no reply, emailed no reply, finally got an email answer and I feel they are deliberately misreading my issue. Aftercare is poor.

The actual job was shocking and what we had agreed and paid for didn’t happen. We are still trying to get them to fix their substandard work months later. We had a engineers report (done by Safestyle) which they have refused to give us (due to the fact that it said it needed ripping out and starting again). We asked them to block up a floor to ceiling window with half brick and half window and on the day they said they couldn’t get the brick and could they use cladding. As we were planning to get it rendered we agreed to cladding but we’re later told it can’t be rendered.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Put in two different windows and 4 months later still not sorted. Constant lies and excuses about changing them, stay clear of this company. Complaint to them has not been followed up either.Customer service is atrocious. Lucky to get one star.

Avoid this crowd at all cost! I spent some considerable time in the double-glazing industry and I know what I am talking about. Initial introduction, April 8th 2022, was when we asked the rep to give us a quote. He was very glib and quoted us well over the odds but as we are OAP's we could get a great discount. (I believe that this practice is illegal). We accepted the quote and paid the deposit by cheque. The survey was completed on April 26th by a gentleman who was polite and very efficient. Installation was scheduled for May 23rd with the scaffolding to be erected 2-3 days before and to be removed 2 - 3 days after. 0800 hrs, May 23rd and the installers arrived but no scaffolding! They arrived some 2 hours later claiming that they were not told of the job! 1 Window was very badly fabricated, (it had been constructed from 'cut offs'). Even the installer said that he would not have it in his house! The local manager gave me over £300 discount for the window and the scaffolders being late. It took 3 days for the 8 windows to be installed. I paid the balance but made the installation team, (2 men!) aware of the following faults -a drip cover missing, several brown mastic smears on the white house render, damaged back door and scratches inside the double-glazed units. The installation crews told me that the drip cover would be posted on in a few days and an 'engineer' would visit to correct all the other snags. It took several emails and 'phone calls to Head Office to get the scaffolding removed. It took another 10 days for this to happen and they managed to damage more render and destroy a hanging basket. It might sound as if I am nit-picking but, by this time, I'm getting pretty fed up ! The 'engineer' arrived on June.13th, took some pictures and agreed that the badly fitting rear door needed replacing. He told me that the report would be in Head Office that evening. I received a call from Head Office telling me that I hadn't paid the deposit! After a lot of calls, they admitted that the deposit cheque had some-how been shredded and would I pay it again. I was very unhappy with the actions - or rather the inactions - of Safestyle and wrote them a letter of complaint. I received a standard email reply telling me that an 'engineer' would visit on September 8th. This is about 8 weeks from the initial complaint! I enquired if the 'visit' would be to rectify the snags and once again received an email reply telling me the same as before and that parts need to be ordered nearer the date. This is a long drawn out saga and I would advise any-one thinking of employing Safestyle to think again. I seriously believe that once they have got your money they really don't care. The 'after-sales service' is a joke.

*** UN Safe NO Style*** Appalling customer service Now refusing to answer any more emails from their customer for their faulty product under the so called guarantee 😡 Check out trustpilot it’s full of bad reviews and awful unbelievable horror stories ..

I would give zero points if l could. I have been waiting now for nearly two years yes that’s right two years to get a pane of glass in my conservatory roof replaced. The roof is tinted BLUE they installed a replacement BROWN pane not once but TWICE. They should have come this week after waiting another four months but they cancelled as the depot had returned the new pane unit to the manufacturer as it had been sitting in their depot for three months! The incompetence of this company astonishes me. I have a 10 year guarantee on the conservatory and have wasted nearly two years getting one thing dealt with. They should extend my warranty to compensate for their incompetence. Will never use them again and would not recommend anybody to use them. They take your money and then you are on your own!

Would give a -1 if I could! What an on going nightmare dealing with this company has been! We approached them in January 2022 to get a quote on 8 windows and a door (half of the house had already been done by the previous owner and are still in warranty) we thought we would use them again for the constancy of the house, BIG mistake We first had a visit from a sales rep who we managed to get a 'reasonable' quote from with a year guaranty on the price, as long as we put down a deposit, which we did. We expressed at the time that the doors previously fitted had some issues so the sales rep advised to contact Safestyle to send someone out to inspect this, so we did Another gentleman visited the house at the end of February and took photos and wrote a report on the two broken doors and told us we would be contacted to organise the repair... we never heard anything So, my partner called on 25 April to see what was going on and was met with an extremely rude and hostile customer service rep. She told him he was a 'red flag' and believed he was trying to 'steal someones data' and that he was a 'scammer'. Even though he has spoken with them on the phone several times before with no issue, multiple people have met him in person at the house and he has signed documents. He wrote a complaint the same day and never got a response, despite their own promise 72 hours! I then called the same day and organised the repair of the doors for 16 May. The man arrived and said he was not there to repair but to do an assessment on the doors... which already had done! The Safestyle employee told us that 'this kind of mess up happens all the time' and also on his inspection of our doors, he told us that they hadn't been fitted correctly in the first place! We were then booked in for a repair on 13 June. Got a call that morning to cancel saying they hadn't had the parts arrive, and will rebook for 21 July. Had a call that morning to cancel because the engineer coming from Newcastle didn't have the parts which were in Newbury so can't make it (we live near Bath, Somerset), now rebooked for 14 September... that will be 9 MONTHS of this! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - prices can be cheap, but clearly there is a reason for that! Not worth the stress and hassle, I will be demanding my deposit back and going elsewhere, fed up with the unprofessionalism and excuses.

Biggest frauders in England. They gave me offer £8700. For example company from Doncaster £3300 about 9 items. So if you got big money to spend call them. :):):)

Gap between French doors. Put patterned glass in a bedroom didn't think to ask if was right. Since took plastic window cill of they had wrote nob head in silicon disgraceful service

I can't give 0 stars or minus stars or else I would have. I decided to use Safestyle to replace all our windows and doors. The fitting was shocking, the product was well below a standard expected and the customer service afterward was an absolute joke. After over 220 emails, 13 lost days of work waiting for them to rectify the shoddy work, ( 4 days they never turned up ) and nearly 2 years of fighting, I now have things sorted. The M.D, Mike Gallacher has no interest in how awful his company is . I would never ever ever use these people again and never ever recommend them either. STAY AWAY at all costs

Easily the worst company I've ever used for anything in my 32 years of life. I had a set of sliding doors and a back door fitted in April 2022. The doors broke within 4 hours of being fitted! When complaining to customer services most of the the time they either filled me with false promises and in a couple of occasions hung up on me when I was being very calm and polite. Several tradesmen came round to look at the doors all to agree the the workmanship and quality of the doors were terrible. I've now secured a full refund from this utter joke of a company and am now looking at a smaller local door fitter to provide me with the service that I assumed Safestyle UK could provide. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

New porch installed over a year ago . Within few days I noticed cold air coming through side of door so I called and let them know , now over a year later and after numerous call outs where the men have just ‘turned’ the screws in door hinges and went away, I was finally visited by their engineer who confirmed my front door is warped. I had a guy turn up with new door but he couldn’t fix new one cos only two of the hinges were replaced , again a new appointment for today where I had to take time off work and I get a call now telling me my appointment was changed to September!! I call them but no one wants to help. I am consider taking g this further as I feel totally let down . Not happy at all !!!

I am writing this review based solely on 1 employee at crawley branch safestyle. I do nit wish to comment on any other aspect of my installation, other than the work that was finished by Reece Allen This guy goes the extra mile to make sure that tte company name remains in tact and untarnished. He is an asset to safestyle and in my opinion as a customer that was on the verge of legal action if he doesnt get the recognition he deserves from this company i am sure will be snapped up elsewhere Thankyou for the outstanding work . Finished to an exceptional standard and attention to detail was fantastic. Cant thank you enough

I had my windows installed, the trades men were excellent. It has been now nearly three weeks post installation and the scaffolding still erected in my front drive. My wife is disabled and uses a wheel chair and as a result we are unable to use our drive which makes it extremely difficult with my wife disability. I have contacted customer services on a daily basis. So many promises nut no action. A terrible customer service. They take your money and then they forget about you. This has been causing my family so much stress. I’m seeking to take legal action against this firm. Truly appalling customer care.I wish I have used another firm instead. It is too late now.

I had an install completed Dec 2021 and by Feb 22 I had to contact the company due to a defect when a rust colour appears on the handle and lock of my new door. An appointment was booked by took 2 months for someone to come out. I provided photos of the issue with an explanation prior to the engineer coming out so would have expected they know the issue at hand and be able to fix it. To my surprise they had no knowledge of these photos or the issue and were not able to fix the issue but said they would re-book to come back after taking more photos. After another 2 months of waiting I get a phone call to say they have to reschedule my appointment and offered another booking 2 months from now. I have waited 4 months already for the problem to be fixed and only to be told it will now be 6 months. incompetence from a large company who quite frankly are expensive and provide defected products. Also, upon close inspection of my newly fitted door, i can see that the screws are not plum and were drilled in wonky. I really would not bother using this company as no-one seems to want to take ownership and I always seem to just get "palmed" off with excuse after excuse.

Very keen to quote for a new kitchen window and lots of flow up calls to secure my order. However, it was only when I placed my order that I discovered that they can only come and measure up during weekdays before 3pm and they do not work at weekends. How can this possibly be resolved when my wife and I work full time? This is truly pathetic and no way to run a business. It's not that we live in some tiny village in the Shetlands, we live in London; the capital city. We wasted too much time with this company and now cannot get the job done before our kitchen is refurbished. Thank you Safestyle, for completely messing up our plans and wasting my time.
