I was served by David at the Kidlington and considering the current atmosphere you get in other shops such being told to stand in boxes, out of boxes or on markers. David was polite and had a genuine conversation with me which was refreshing as some staff treat you as though you have the plague.

What a sudden drop in standards, Since lockdown we have been shopping on line, they have now changed their window from 3 weeks to just a few days while others have left their windows as is. I now shop with Tesco instead, why wait for Sainsburys to offer a slot when we can book slots 3 weeks ahead. If you dont use facebook or twitter (we dont), the only way to contact them is by phone - and they claim to be user friendly.

On two occasions now using the click and collect, the boxes which contain frozen items have been damaged. The items look as if they have been thrown into the the basket,or heavier shopping put on top of them. Not at all good for a reputable shop like Sainsbuys.

Past 20 years I buy everything from my local Sainsbury’s. Over the years Sainsbury’s services declining. Not many tills, unhappy staff. Queuing system complicated. The staff at the door way they call you to enter into Sainsbury’s feel like calling cattle’s. Absolutely disgusted & shambles.

For the pass 6 months have been doing online order and over the last month and during the virus have been put on the vulnerable for ordering and thank you for that but the last on my order have been able to get sainsbury's deliciously multi seeded gluten free bread and the last 2 that came had to be sent back because they were smashed have a friend that goes to the north Walsham store and shelves are empty they have enquiried were the bread is one week only 2 loaves came in the second week 2 and half cases came in but the lady went to the warehouse there was no bread on the store checker it tells you that it is in stock at 4.45 am and 10.00 pm would love to know what is going on try phoning but no one is answering and same with email have sent a letter about this but have yet to hear from you

I have difficulty in walking some times and need a walking stick. I don’t need to do the shopping for disabled people. I wait my turn in the queue. At our Sainsbury branch in Haxby York just like all other branches at the moment, it is in one door and out of the other. At our branch we have a door that goes out to the car park, which is at present locked so they can control the flow of people. When I have a heavy bag, maybe milk or so, the staff offer to help by letting me out the door to the car park. This may not seem much, but it is excellent service. It is really good of them. Thank you.

I regularly have online deliveries from Sainsburys and normally it is a excellent service. For 2 weeks running the packing has been a joke. Last week potatoes were stuck on top of my bread squashing it and then then again this week heavy groceries were packed on top of our bread. I am very disappointed and i recommend that the packers at the Kiln Lane branch in Epsom may need some more training in packing.

Drivers rude and don’t want to deliver to flats. Can’t complaint! Spend hours on the phone to customer services and then no manager is available to complain. Spend time a money and then have to wait a week for a refund and have to buy elsewhere what a waist of time and money.

Sainsbury’s Drivers refuse to deliver to first floor flat! can’t get a refund for a week! Then can’t file a complaint with a manager because Sainsburys has no one available, after been hours to their customer services, then they deliver out of date dairy products... what a joke

I am appalled that Sainsbury’s should choose to profiteer out of the CV19 lockdown Eggs have gone up from approx 9p each for 805 grammes to 11p each for 795 grammes Milk no longer sold in pints so for those living singly it’s gone off before it can all be consumed. The Belgian sponge puddings are now simply disgusting with a strange taste and no longer properly formed Butter no longer available in 500 gramme size No bread flour for months to name just a few. Do the bean counters take us for such fools? Apparently yes BUT NOT FOR LONG, sadly by then they will have moved on proud of the short term so called improvement in profits but leaving the wreckage of a proud old company in their wake, talking of wakes WAKE UP THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND SEE WHAT DAMAGE YOU ARE LETTING THEM DO TO YOUR COMPANY or we will be attending your wake. Hopefully before it’s too late, but sadly too late for me off to the Coop in future. Chris Taylor Cheshire

Disgusted no one way in Liphook store. People going everywhere. Staff not keeping social distancing and generally not a good experience. Tesco can do it right so why can’t they.

I went to my local Sainsbury's store today in monkseaton, Newcastle to pick up an item, I snapped a photo of the closed checkouts in Argos as I was talking to a friend on whatsapp, I really didn't think there was a problem.. no people or products were in the photo may I add. Upon leaving the store I was confronted by security Infront of all the other shoppers and told it was illegal to take photos in store (it's not I checked) after a brief exchange of words with the older security guard the younger guard Dan stepped in. His attitude was disgusting and I could tell immediately that he was trying to provoke the situation, grinning at me and trying his best to get me to lose my temper.. my thoughts are he was a bit bored and wanted some excitment at my expense, to be treat like this in store during the current pandemic was disgusting and it took great effort to walk away as such I am now reluctant to go back to shop there, I realise that this isn't an issue with Sainsbury's as such but as a representative of their store I feel that my only recourse is not to go back and that shop security needs to be retrained to descalate rather than inflame a situation and that guards such as Dan have no place on the shop floor working directly with the public

I’ve used Sainsbury’s at bridge of Dee Aberdeen for years but their delivery service is dire. Always loads of items unavailable, even a Daily Mail for an 11am delivery! Have had to start using Asda and Iceland delivery service as they have very few unavailables.

You have conflicting information about who is allowed in your stores between 8 and 9 am. It appears also that media sources are also repeating your original message. I have an email from Sainsbury’s dated 21/3/20 that states cares of the elderly are allowed between 8 and 9 m/w/f. However other guidance from Sainsbury’s dated and issued at the same time doesn’t mention carers being allowed in the stores. Please clarify the position. I am a cater and have been turned away today from Bamberbridge store, yet as I tried to explain I have been allowed in for the last 8 weeks. Waisting my time. Regards Neil Richardson

This is the worst supermarket ever. I was vulnerable for 6 weeks having had major surgery and could not get a shopping delivery because I was not on the governments vulnerable list. You could not even get through to them on the phone. I have always shopped in Sainsbury's but after speaking with a horrid woman named Nicola from head office today who showed Absolutely no remorse whatsoever and said it was their policy. Also complained about the little Sainsbury's always being closed when I went to do shopping to restock. Won't be setting foot in their again and writing to complain about Nicola for sure.
