GAS RANGE--- CHEAP MATERIAL-- PAID A PRETTY PENNY. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS... VERY CHEAP. GAS BURNERS WHEN ON VERY LOUD-- SOUNDS LIKE A BLOW TORCH OR TO FILL AN AIR BALLOON, HANDLES MADE OF PLASTIC.. MIDDLE BURNER IS UN-EVEN, TEAPOT DOES NOT SIT CORRECTLY. I bought samsung fridge and freezer 2 years ago with 10 years warranty on the compressors. The freezer not freezing any more and the fridge not working as before. Try to phone samsung company I couldn't get any help from them .

Samsung washer broke immediately. Called them and spent an hour talking with customer service (I use that term lightly) before they told me no company would repair it. Spent several hours and countless hoops were jumped through trying to get a refund. Their refund process is beyond ridiculous with many, many separate steps. It's apparent they are doing this intentionally so folks will give up. Finally, I just called Costco where I bought it from and they set up a refund in minutes LOL. I'll never buy any trash Samsung product again. All of the 1 star reviews below are well-deserved.

Do not buy from samsung!!! Youll be out 1000$ worth of groceries, $1400 for the fridge and one employee will say they can refund you, then another says ypu have to wait 45 business days. After being without a fridge for a month. Worst company!!!!!!!!! SPARE YOURSELF AND RUN AWAY!

I am Using Samsung refrigerator more than 4 years. Due to continues rain, power fluctuations were happened in my area for couple of time and my fridge stopped working. I have raised service request via customer care. First one service person came and he told that board problem and ordered board cost around 2K. Next time another person came and he told that compressor gone due to freezer box puncture, Need to replace both freezer box and compressor cost around 9K. They are focusing only on money. I have called to customer care and directly talked with Service Manager Raghu from Chennai, He was not listening my word and disconnected phone immediately. The compressor gone due to power fluctuation. The freezer box is working fine. My humble request please dont purchase samsung fridge. They dont have proper knowledge , They are focusing only on money.

Ordered a TV from Samsung.com. It was supposedly "in-stock". I picked the next available delivery slot which was two weeks after the order. I also payed for wall mount installation. A few days later I received emails from the courier and the wall mount company confirming delivery and installation. One day before it was due to be delivered and installed, I received an email from the wall mount company saying they didn't have an engineer available. When I checked with the courier through the tracking number they gave me, their website said that my delivery had been cancelled. Then I entered Samsung support purgatory: Having to call an Indian service desk over and over until I finally get a telephone connection where I can just about hear what the other person is saying. Then when I do, the comprehension levels are so difficult and communication is so challenged. They do their very best, but don't seem empowered to help in any way. Despite two days of trying, I still don't know when I will receive either my TV or wall mounting. Shockingly poor service.

Samsung products are very bad and not reliable at all. I had purchased two TVs of Samsung. Upto 1 year both the TVs were working but immediately after the expiry period of warranty, the mother board of one of the TV was not working and of the TV, it's screen panel needs to be replaced. It means samsung has been manufacturing its products only for a period of one year so that after that this company can cheat the customers. It is advice to all that one should never puchase any of the Samsung products as it is a cheat company and their products are not reliable at all which start giving trouble immediately after the expiry of warranty. I NEVER write reviews! I ordered a $2k+ refrigerator and it has shown up to my house damaged x2. I was unable to even close the doors the second time. I spoke with customer service and they were unable to give me any type of compensation even though I had to take off days of work for the deliveries. I still do not have my refrigerator . I will never purchase a Samsung appliance again. The only reason this review has one star is because I can’t leave it blank!

Been given the run around for 2 weeks on my TV that is broken. Not even 1.5 years old. Waited on support for almost 2 hours after they ran me around for 2 weeks. Last Samsung product I ever buy.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator from them and it was damage twice when it arrived. My husband reached out to there customer service and was told that he would be compensated for the inconvenience. Mind you it has been 3 months now. They said to call them back after we took delivery of the refrigerator and they would compensate him then. That did not happen, just know this company does not and will not compensate you when they say they will. They just want you to take delivery. We removed the food from our refrigerator twice and had to put it all back into the old refrigerator after not receiving our refrigerator. Then when we did receive our refrigerator the delivery person would not deliver it into our home. They put it into our garage after a debate with my husband as they wanted to leave it at the street curb as they didn’t want to be responsible for if it got damaged during delivery. Then they was supposed to remove the old refrigerator from our house and put it in our garage. Didn’t happen as they got into there truck and drove off leaving us no paperwork. We had to have help from family to take our old refrigerator out and bring the new one it. So when buying appliances beware….. what a nightmare.

Absolutely the worst customer service...EVER !!! My wife and I purchased a frame TV made by Samsung. When we opened the box, we found that there were Numerous pieces missing. When we phoned the customer service number, we were told, that since we had not contacted them within 48 hours, we were basically S.O.L!!!! What??? You kidding me??? What kind of company is this ??? When I asked to speak to their supervisor, I received the same non sense. Realizing that I was Very disappointed, and could not believe what I was being told, they gave me another number, some "executive representative"? , who was very hard to understand, and asked me to hold, then hung up on me! We have since ordered the parts from Amazon. This will be the last product I will ever buy from Samsung, and you can believe I will let my substantial circle of contacts know of their TERRIBLE service !

Horrible service of Samsung in Hyderabad. They are not Engineers to fix problems. They pulled some street guys and not trained them properly. Everybody passes their responsibility to another person. No one owns a problem, or can pin point a problem. Total irresponsible people.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING LABELED SAMSUNG. IAM ABOUT TO TROW AWAY SAMSUNG ALL APPLIANCES FROM MY HOME.

I purchased a refrigerator lesson six months ago and the whole thing does not work after spending $3000. I am being left high and dry with no food replacement cost with no new refrigerator and I am being forced to find in the fridge and spending another 3000 -6000 dollars never ever buy their products their customer service is awful! Furthermore never buy from Home Depot they do not back any products delivered to your home. They are even worse They are the poorest made products with no customer service! They will be bankrupt soon!

If you want to loss your money and time buy Samsung products. I am felling very sorry I bought my house electrics from Samsung. The frig costed me more than $3000 and it broke down after 2 and a half years. The clothes washer suppose to have 10 years warranty broke down after 5 years and damaged the floor and it took them more than 1 month to fix it and more than 3 months to reimburse me for the floor damage after I filed a claim against them with BBB. The 70" TV I bought from them Nov. 2020 broke down this Nov. 2021 and they porpoised to fix it the they cutting the calls on me. Their after sale services and costumer support are very bad and Samsung dose not respect their products and costumers. I will never be involve with them again.

Support Team does not stand behind their customer and have to pay out service that shouldn't have to pay, Low down dirty dogs. Paid $140.00 on the first and $478.00 on the second to fix the problem. When the product is still under warranty. My house is covered with Samsung products. My kitchen especially has the CHEF collection series bought at Best Buy. I have (4) TV's, (2) cellphones, and just bought a new wash and dryer set at Best Buy. Never again, never.
