Terrible customer service

After decades if using samsung, I realized how cheap and unprofessional they are, their costumer service is horrible, the worst I have experienced in my entire life, so rude to the costumers I had a s ultra 22 for almost 2 years and one of the updates on the phone made me loose my network ...after not having a phone for over 2 months and them semding me to 20 different locations and give me a good run around they literally made me buy a new ultra 24 in January... they told me to go and pickup the phone 3 days later ... I went to the store on that day after having to take a day off work and the weather was horrible , no one was on the road but Me ... it usually takes me 15 min to get to that samsung location... it took me about an hour Then when I get there my sales person Tanya which is not professional and acts like a teenager tells me I'm so sorry your phone didn't come in..... could she not Pic up the phone and call me for 2 mins so I didn't have to drive all the way there, miss a day of work, pay gas and go there.... then she tells me the phone might (might) come in mid February, so I'm paying over a month worth of interest on my credit card for a phone that I don't have and meanwhile I have bought another old phone just to be able to talk and text while I'm using my old one for the apps when ever I can get wifi ...it was so bad Then when I called them they told me they can't do anything for me and hang up the phone on me every time ...even the store manager offered me literally nothing

I bought the a samsung microwave from Lowes on 6/3/2023. I didnt get the microware from lowes until a month later due to their internal system issues (which is another story in itself). Upon arrival the box was damaged, however after plugging in the microwave its still worked and had no physical damage to the outside of microwave. Everything appeared on the up and up so i decided to keep the microware.. the microware was installed with no issues (two screws and a bracket - over the range) and worked fine until Jan 2024. The microwave door stopped latching and would not close. I called lowes who told me to reach out to samsung because the microwave was under a year manufacture warranty.. I reach out to samsung who sent a technician from Tekon to repair the microwave. When the technician arrived he took off the top black vent cover, told me that he needed to speak to a samsung rep because there was internal damage to the microwave and that the door would need to be fully replaced. After speaking to the rep he then told me that they couldn't replace or repair the microwave and that i needed to get a new one - i even showed him the pictures of the box that was damaged. He told me to go back to the place of purchase to see if they would replace it. After providing me with a service invoice he wrote that the damage was done by the installer (placing the blame on me). Which was not true.. After taking the microwave apart starting with that same vent cover.. i realized that the material used to make the microwave is extremely soft and is bendable with your hand / fingers. The issue was not the bend behind the vent cover... This microwave has a complete design flaw. The door hook latch can easily be broken because it is in place with plastic only. The whole latch has 2 holders for the top and bottom bracket and a hook for where the spring is attached. The plastic hook for the spring was broken, hence the reason for why the door would not close. Samsung should be ashamed for the amount of money they are charging people using cheap materials and not honoring their yearly manufacturers agreement while their outside technicians place blame on its customers. Needless to say that this is a know problem with samsung and this particular microwave. I was able to attach the spring to another part of the microwave that was metal and now it works fine.. Please also note that if you take off the inner seal to get to the latch to see what's wrong samsung again will not honor their warranty. Spoke with a tech about my Samsung refrigerator that was not cooling, and they scheduled a tech to come out, in about a week. The tech never came on the agreed date, and when they tried to reschedule I agreed to the new time they offered but they didn't confirm it and they never came out. Then they kept sending more texts to reschedule. This is a back and forth joke...enormously frustrating, so I will need to work with a local friend who knows appliances to figure out what may be a simple fan. Samsung did not stand behind their customer on this instance and I won't be purchasing their product again.

Awful experience with this awful company. Bought a Flip4 and it cracked down the seam - a noted design flaw since it's release. Rather than honour the warranty and acknowledge their flaw they're blaming me and charging me £340 for a new screen or £20 to have my broken phone back. I hate this company so much - they know what they're doing but they're gaslighting their own customers. WIll never buy another Samsung product. Too many bad experiences with their UK customer support team. Complained and this was their cut and paste stock response - they didn't even fill in the template fully. I don't know why it's out of warranty - but apparently the matter is closed. "Thank you for your getting in touch with us and please accept my apologies for the delay in our response in regard to your complaint. Firstly, please accept my apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with your product and for any dissatisfaction you feel with the service you have received. I can assure you that your feedback concerning your product and the service will be relayed to the relevant lines of business. I have now investigated your complaint fully and while I understand the inconvenience that this has caused you. For more information on our warranty terms and conditions please visit our website online at www.samsung.com/uk Please be advised that you are already through to the highest point of customer escalations and under terms of our Complaints Procedure, this is our final response. Therefore this will not be able to be escalated any further and we now consider the complaint to be closed. I acknowledge the inconvenience this situation may have caused you, but considering my comments above, I am sorry that we are unable to provide the outcome you would want."

We purchased 4 appliances from Samsung via Home Depot, and there were defects on both the dishwasher and microwave - Out of the box.. Which Samsung tried very diligently to pin on the HD delivery.. After a month of back and forth, sending out their tech team to investigate, the techs agreed that they were both defective. Waited an additional 3 weeks for delivery of replacements. After 6 months the microwave filter light came on, only to discover it was delivered without one. When I called to see if they can send me one, I was told I "was out of their 30-day warranty and they'd be happy to send me to parts to purchase one. Sh*t policies, Sh*t customer service. No wonder the reviews are so bad. ***BUYER BEWARE***

SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE "SUCK'S !!!!!!!!!!!" JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN EVERY SINGLE COMPANY IN TODAY'S WORLD. YOU 1ST GET PEOPLE YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY MUST RUN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF SWEAT-SHOPS IN VIETNAM. AFTER REPEATING MY SELF 10 TIMES AND THEM SENDING ME LINKS; THAT DON'T WORK I HAVE TO START THE ENTIRE XXXXXXX PROCESS OVER AGAIN. THE WORST................

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They can’t provide clear information, they mislead you , they can’t help you it’s a nightmare. I truly suggest never to buy any Samsung products.

I purchased a brand new in the factory sealed box Samsung 75" QLED 8k QN75QN800BF (2022 Model) TV. The tv worked great for about 4 and a half months. Then it would not turn on. No standby light unless I pushed the power button at that point the standby light will come on but screen remains black (no picture no sound). Sometimes the red standby light will blink sometimes is just stays solid red. I spent about 5 weeks with nonstop back and forth with Samsung. The customer service reps are all pretty friendly and professional. However they cannot help you with any of these issues just take your information. Someone from the warranty/return department is supposed to call you back. That is where the problems start......... Took me many weeks to get one of them to call me back. When they did they asked me to verify my information which I did. I then began to ask a question just to realize he hung up on me...... Then he canceled my ticket and left a note on file stating I canceled the ticket. Took me weeks to get back in touch again just to have the same person finally call me back. He was extremely rude on the phone and aggressive. I had filed a complaint via email to Samsung earlier in the week about the rude behavior and hanging up on me. It appears as though the only reason he called me back was to put me on the spot and start to interrogate me about my review I left about him. Then he says you did not purchase this new tv from an authorized Samsung distributor so your factory warranty is void you can fix at your own expense. Then he hung up.......... I spent over 2000.00 dollars on this brand-new fancy tv just for it to work for only about 4 and a half months. I did a lot of research online about this model only to find out its a known issue with Samsung........... Do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung products. They gladly sell you anything. But if issues come up, they will not support their product and will find any loophole to get out of honoring their warranty... I have never been treated so poorly by a corporation before. How rude they were was shocking.

Not called back as promised (more than once). Used "Contact the CEO" on website, got automatic confirmation of my email, including a number to call. Shame it was an Australian number and I'm in NZ. Useless!!!!!

This company is so dishonest. Constantly forcing "important security updates" that have nothing to do with security. They change the functionality of your phone and add apps you don't want. It's a shame because it would be a great phone if they would stop the bullying bs.

Pre ordered my phone and it hasn't been delivered. Customer service will not tell me a thing but promise a call back that never happens. I now want a refund as I cannot begin to imagine how difficult a warranty claim would be but cannot even get that. Never again.

I ordered a washing machine and tumble dryer through Curry's. I had to have the washing machine and dryer replaced as finish quality was exceptionally poor. Second washing machine was still poor. How did these pass the Quality control checks ? I also ask myself if Samsung are supplying seconds to Curry's. Three damaged products, absolutely shocking. Samsung maybe a good brand name but the quality is not up to scratch.

the Samsung company said I had to pay for the mistake of FedEx driver who delivered the watch to the wrong address. And now the watch I did get they are not giving me the trade-in value. Very shady company and did not like their customer service at all

Sorry to have to right about Samsung. I would not buy Samsung because iv'e had too much of what a ''coincidence'' where something just doesn't work right. There software is bad from the experiences iv'e had. I felt over and over again that i was being trolled and making me mad on purpose. So ya.

****PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT**** DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM SAMSUNG. PHONES ARE COOL BUT OVERPRICED. APPLIANCES ARE TRASH. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE CHOICE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THEY DONT CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. I PROMISE YOU THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.

I bought the samsung fold 4 and since day one I have had a problem with the hinge. I just exchanged it for an ultra phone and was ask to pay up 150 pounds for the hinge issue. I have given up on the folds as they always have hinge issues. Just read the reviews to know. Not happy and refuse to pay for this. Samsung need to concentrate on sorting out their technology as opposed to charging others for their issues

I've been waiting since November for a replacement gas dryer. There was a FIRE inside our unit. Samsung said they would repair or replace. They've been stringing me along since November. Here we are in February and now they're telling me that it's not possible to help me at this point
