Purchased a Samsung fridge and the compressor went out 10 months later. After waiting for 5 days for Samsung to schedule a service call, Samsung approved a full refund of my purchase price. This was June 2nd. Today is June 30. I have submitted all required documentation for the refund and was told on 6/22 that I would receive the $1500+ into my Paypal account. I am still waiting. I have made dozens of phone calls amounting to over 1000 cell phone minutes to get my refund. I am told that my payment was processed on 6/22 and that paypal has my money. I have checked with paypal. No money transfer was ever made. I received email documentation from Samsung regarding the payment. There are 3 steps in the refund process. Only the first step has been completed. It has become obvious to me that I will probably never see my refund money. I truly believe that Samsung's refund process is nothing but a Scam. If you need to purchase a new appliance, DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG PRODUCT!!! Their customer service/refund process is non existant.

Samsung S20 FE is the shittiest phone. Been using less than a year and the phone would only last you 6-8 hrs with just simple browsing and watching videos. Good luck if you play games. Specs are useless if it wouldn't last you a day. It heats up more than the planet Venus.

I bought a $1200 galaxy s20 a year ago within 3 months the moisture detector stopped me from charging my phone normally. After 3 months it went away and I charged my phone normally for 2 months before the moisture sensor has blocked my ability to charge ever since. What type of company can legally sell a phone as water proof but not provide a waterproof charging port that's how you power the phone there for you take away the power with water thus it's not water proof or resistant in any way. Why do you use such terrible cheap charging ports that can't be cleaned ? There is no moisture in my device yet the sensor still blocks me. Garbage system you set up !!!

Purchased new refrigerator in March not working condenser clogged need to order part. Horrible product will never buy any Samsung products again. Should not repair should replace it’s still new.

My $1500 phone is not working after just 5 months. They said its still under warranty. They told me to take it to asurion to get fixed. I did that 2 hours away. They told me they will look at it and give back to me next day. I got it back next day, and they said they are not able to get it working so they would let Samsung know that it needed to be replaced and I would need to call Samsung again. I called and they have transferred me 6 times again, repeating same questions and been on the phone with them for 2 hours and counting as I am still on hold on another transfer so I am writing this review as I have time waiting on hold with them again. So far nothing has been resolved, seems like they stole my money now and they don't care anymore. I have another 8 devices from them! all ordered through Samsung.com!!

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator at a local Lowes 6/2021. On 5/27/22, it stopped cooling. After DOZENS of phone calls amounting to over 1000 cell phone minutes, Samsung approved a full refund as this fridge was under their 1 year warranty and could not be repaired. They owe me over $1500 which I do not believe I will ever see. Samsung has the customer set up a payment (paypal) through Citi Bank which will transfer money to the customers Paypal account within an hour. This was set up on 6/22. I have called Samsung several times and they will not provide me with a contact or transaction number with Citi. I am convinced that this "Refund" is nothing but a scam. Samsung does not provide any customer service. I wish I was able to give a Samsung Zero star rating. Again, for your protection, DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!!! I have a none working almost $4000 fridge at my home that I got 5 years ago from Costco, a month ago my warranty was over and I have been dealing with Samsung support, plus Costco support, plus Allstate warranty for over 3 weeks, this became a Samsung problem and every time I call I talk with them for over an hour and now it’s been over 6 hours of dealing with them plus I have chatted with them on their website. First of all, they said they would do everything they could to get me the right help, then they sent a tech to help me with the fridge, they charged me $100 to tell me they couldn’t help me because there was a problem with my compressor and they didn’t work on them, many people I spoke with said good luck with Samsung because it’s hard to work with them, half the time I spoke with someone I couldn’t understand, they had very strong accents. Everyone said they would help me and do everything they could, someone told me if there’s a problem with the compressor then it will be fully covered and then after hours of waiting they told me they would make me an appointment with a different service center. But no, after hours on getting they told me that there was no service center in my area, and mind me that I live in Silicon Valley, the Bay Area, near San Francisco, a very populated and well-known place. How do you tell me that there’s no service center here that can work on my fridge. So then they told me that I needed to make an appointment with my near by service place and they will pay for it after I pay for it. They also told me that they would refund me all the money that was spent on the food that was thrown away. Today the service agent I got to come and check out my fridge said it would cost me over $2000 to fix and that the problem was a malfunction problem. I paid them $80 to check out my unit but I couldn’t allow them to work on it because I am not sure if Samsung would pay the $2000 and why would they when a new unit is $4000 and they need to reimburse me with the food cost, an other $1000+. This is so disappointing and it’s not only making me stressed and exhausted, but my baby doesn’t have her milk, my kids don’t have their food and it’s taking my time away from their summer vacation fun, this is extremely disappointing and imagine all of your food going bad on the daily basis.

I have never experienced worse customer service than with Samsung. Their customer service agents will regularly hang up the call if they feel the issue is too difficult or they can't find a solution. They will also just put you back in the customer service question for another agent so that they don't have to deal with you. I won't even get into how they messed up the FREE upgrade on my phone and I had to pay for two phones for 4 months. Customer service couldn't help me. It had to be resolved by Samsung Financing. Worst company to deal with. Go through a phone carrier!!!

Worst customer service I've ever seen no one can give you a resolution and to top it off they send you off on wild goose chases to their "registered" service centers that cannot or will not do business on behalf of Samsung. So not only am I left with a defective phone and no resolution they wasted my time also. After being a life long Samsung customer I'm switching to Apple this was just insane.

No I would not recommed samsung, I was issued an s22 at the Tokyo Paralympic games it has intermittent service connection issues. It was sent in for repair and they voided the warranty because it was an international phone......

Samsung use tmt first to scam you out of your warranty. They do this to avoid repairing under warranty, their huge delamination issues on the z flip 3.. They seem to think they are funny and clever by fiddling warranties.. Avoid like the plague. If samsung don't scam you tmt will.....

Hello, I wanted to report a review with this problem, I made two orders on June 14, I had a delivery date (before June 17), then they changed it to June 18, yesterday I called the XPO company and Samsung changed the date He told me that on June 26 he will be at my house. today June 26 they tell me that it is closed, they do not deliver on Sundays, that it is rescheduled for before July 2. (it is not what was agreed), I called Samsung sales, they still do not answer, they take your money and then do what they want with you. The home appliances that are part of your order #US004458903 left our warehouse today. They will be delivered on Jun. 18, 2022.

Owned a top loader that I loved until I didn’t. Less than five months after purchase (almost $1000) it stopped working! Tech needs part which is on back order. Then he tells me I have to disconnect and move the washer so he can work on it! I’m an older woman with no means to do a disconnect and reinstall a washer. Who knows how long part will take….NEVER AGAIN.

Samsung not honor the manufacturer warranty, i have to pay $120 for repair, cheap quality broken after 4 month, trash customer service! requested a repair, they want me to go buy an new one, not a good manufacturer

Terrible service. Waiting for mobile more then one month even that Samsung has 50 millions devices in overstock. Pay a lot but not get any service. Better buy some other brand! Worst service in the Europe.

Samsung mobiles customer care is worst service. Charger was showing as free but not sent with mobile. They are cheating the customers. The charger cancelled automataically, when informed customer care concern team will send mail about this occurance. No single mail came from 40 days and when she asked again, same dialogue repeating. They do not know why the order cacelled even 40 days completed. Very very poor responses and repeated dialogues. No progress till now.

If I can give Zero Star , I would. I called customer support line to get help with a leaking dishwasher few days ago! Stayed on the line long time and provided lots of details and pictures! While I was waiting 2 business days to receive a call to arrange a technician visit,this morning received an email that my ticket has been cancelled. I called customer service line again, being transferred between two agents and stayed on line for a while… new agent reviewed the details over and over and asked me weird questions ( as “is property damaged? Anyone insured?…)( Did I call insurance company or 911?) and he requested my home ownership/ possession paper !!!!! Since when home ownership documents are requested for sending a technician for a repair?!!!!! I am a real estate agent and builder !!!! Completely aware of some details and privacy matters!!! I Would never buy anything from Samsung and would never recommend Samsung to any clients or friends and would never use Samsung in my properties!!! All reviews showing that Samsung is the worst in doing business !!!!!
