It is very disappointing that Samsung doesn't care about customers and provide false commitment to them. With such a big brand I never ever expected that Samsung service center do extreme false commitments and doesn't care at all about customer. I decided to boycott all the Samsung products in future because of worst after sales service. This is regarding my ticket 4166477526. I sent my Samsung mobile for repair in the month of July and it was always committed I will get my device back in 7 to 10 business days. It is now Sept 15th and till now I'm waiting for my device. I feel that I have given device in wrong hands and it is stolen. I did multiple follow-ups with customer service and then connected with repair center but no one is accountable on call. At one time someone told my device is delivered back to me and when I provided the details, person accepted that he provided wrong information to me. All of this happened on recorded line. As per last notification, I was confirmed device is approved for repair at no cost and after 2 months I got another notification device will be sent back without repair and no reasoning provided for that. Also no tracking number provided to send the device back. This is unacceptable. I'm going to consumer forum for this torture that I'm facing from last 2 months.

Dryer broke down. Called Samsung they arranged for repair person. Received 3 text confirming the following day appointment. No show from repair person and no assistance from Samsung. Reached out multiple times never hearing from anyone. Got dryer fixed by local company. Also had to replace cheap plastic lint catcher which was $114.00 all other brands in the 20 dollar range. Do not buy Samsung. Between horribly being sent around the world trying to get answers and the high cost of parts makes it not a good value. Also their guy from Asurion in LA Jessie, not a nice guy. Not my fault the Samsung phone system connected to you.

I bought the Q95T 55" TV online on 14/8/22. It was delivered by courier on 17/8/22 & installed later the same day by the installation team at the price of £74.99. (Courier & installation team were excellent) It stopped working the following day 18/8/22. Rebooting in a loop until I unplugged it from the wall. Then spending a total of 8 HOURS (plus Facebook, Twitter, Chat platforms trying to get anyone to help) on the phone to their absolutely shocking customer services, whose English skills are on par with their customer service skills. Repeated myself constantly & passed from agent to agent. Having no box to return it in after installation & wall mounting was only the beginning of this fiasco. Being lied to with them saying that the courier would come into my property, remove it from the wall, pack it for transport & take it. With "it will all be taken care of" being said repeatedly. Not believing this would happen I rang the courier to confirm to which they replied "we won't be doing that" & that Samsung needed to send them a box to pack it into when they arrive. The courier guy rang 10 minutes before collection to confirm it was ready to which I asked if they had a box, they hadn't! So it wasn't collected that day. More phone calls & stress, this time being told to pack it myself, at my expense! The courier came with one label despite me telling Samsung it was in two boxes, 1 for the TV & 1 for the stand, remotes etc. They took them & said they'd "put them together". At this point I'm waiting for a replacement as I didn't want a repair because it only worked for 6 hours. Days go by, emails go unanswered, standard template replies from their Twitter page that is absolutely useless. I look on Samsungs website to see that my TV is now out of stock! After asking the Twitter page what was going to happen now, they then told me that replacement stock has a different allocation to the website stock & that the courier would be in touch shortly if not already to arrange delivery of my replacement TV. No response from either. Getting conflicting emails today saying that the replacement will be available from 26/9/22, my direct debit will be collected within 3 days, that my order has been cancelled & a refund has been issued (it hasn't). I'm still trying to resolve this issue & in short I don't have a TV that I'm about to start paying for, I don't know if it will be replaced or if I'll get a refund. Their customer services (if you can even call it that) is the worst I've ever dealt with, passed from agent to agent because they don't want to deal with the issue. If you're thinking of ordering from Samsung directly DON'T! It's not worth the stress when things go wrong. All I wanted was this faulty product replacing. After a month has gone by I'm still no further forward. This doesn't include all of the issues, just the main points. I'll be warning everyone I know not to use Samsung directly & look elsewhere. All correspondence, chat boxes, emails etc have been saved & will be published to review sites, ombudsman, social media & legal advisors.

I have a Galaxy Z flip 3 phone. It comes factory installed with a screen protector that they strongly recommend should be maintained. Unfortunately their screen protector is known to start peeling off within less than 1 year of ownership. For this reason, they offer one free new screen protector, but good luck interacting with customer service to actually arrange for this. I even went in-person to a Samsung Experience Store in Toronto and they refused to help, saying they were too busy and try calling the central samsung phone number. I tried all their phone, email and online customer service channels and they were all hopeless. Apple is just so amazingly better at customer service.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro which included a fast charging pad. The fast charging pad came with it's own adaptor and doesn't work. The lights flash briefly but nothing happens when I put either the new 5 Pro or a Smartwatch 2 on it. So far I have sent 4 emails, one every day since it arrived, and not received any reply other than the standard acknowledgement. Customer services did at least call me back but said I had to deal with the online store.

Samsung continue to supply an awful Customer Care service under the 5 Year Warranty, i have a broken washing machine first reported broken on 24th Aug 2022, it is now 12 Sept 2022 and i am still waiting for a repair to allow it to work as it should, one suggestion AVOID SAMSUNG at all costs as useless Customer Care after purchase,

I brought this Samsung microwave stove and refrigerator April of 2020 look at it now I will never buy a product from them again my stove panel keep going out and my microwave I can’t use it it all u see is rust they don’t even deserve 1 star ⭐️

Cell phone doesn’t work properly after less than 6 months. Lost a lot of my time with representatives on text and line. All the time was the same, send to repair center, technicians said can’t be fixed. Samsung customer service tell me I should have a insurance. How about factory warranty? No more Samsung products in my hands, share my experience everywhere and all the time.

Bought a samsung A13 ....Will not pick my WiFi up In certain parts of my home ....cuts off every few minutes .....have to buy a wifi booster to help it along Never had this problem with other phones. It's the first and last samsung phone I'll ever buy again Stick to TV's instead

I pre-ordered a watch 5 pro on the 20th of August, after emailing support I was told they would not ship the watch as they had none of the free Chargers left and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get them back in stock. So apparently businesses are more important than customers who pre order. I ordered the watch with the grey band and a extra white band.. long story short after confirming with support TWICE that I will be receiving both bands, I only got the white one. After years of loyalty to samsung.. I will be looking into changing brands to a company that values the customer and follows through with their word. The watch its self seems good although I don't notice much difference between my gear3 frontier, if it had not been for my previous watch not working I would be returning this one. This review was posted on samsung page but they decided it dont belong there so I am sharing it here as well.

Would definitely not recommend ordering anything through Samsung. I ordered a fridge that couldn't be delivered through the door because it was too wide, we knew this in advance but we couldn't choose a delivery option to take the doors off so assumed the delivery service would do this as it is a very common problem for the model. Despite us calling every day after this, Samsung could then not rearrange to deliver the fridge in the delivery company's holding time so the delivery was cancelled, we were still charged the full amount and have to wait 10-15 working days to get a refund if at all. And we have to buy a new fridge in the meantime. Every time we have called we have been told they will find a solution in 24-72 hours but then they have never contacted us and we have had to call to ask about the order.

DO NOT buy anything made by Samsung! If I could give zero stars I would. We bought all new kitchen appliances 6 years ago (all black stainless from Samsung) looks beautiful but that’s where it ends. We’ve had nothing but problems with everything except the microwave. 3 weeks ago our range caught on fire. After they finally determined that it was a faulty wire and not something that we caused they have been dragging there feet about covering our losses and reaching an agreement. They want to give us $298.00 to replace everything we lost including the Range which originally cost $800. Samsung is impossible to deal with. Please don’t give them your business because you will regret it!!

Dear samsung galaxy center I was purchased my phone on 24/12/2021..and now my ph under warranty...in an under warranty my ph vibrant motor is damage...than I reached samsung service store..That is on Raj cinema sector 12 near by bus stand, gurgaon ..no one ask me what is ur problem...they don't know how to talk the customer..no manners at all...and thn I told my problem they reply me there is no vibrant motor in our store...u should be purchased out side

AVOID SAMSUNG LIKE THE PLAGUE! This is really a 1☆ review if you haven't figured it out yet! I want it to be seen which the 5☆'s always end up being shown. The real reviews get buried and have to sought out unfortunately😃 I am FED TF up with EVERY samsung product I own, I freaking hate'em! They are 💩 in a shiny wrapper! They (they as in TVs, cellphones nd sound bar) always malfunction or break way to easy and alot sooner then they should! As of right now I'm speaking about my TV's, 2 phones and a horrid sound bar. My living room TV is a 70" LG webOS (That's what its called in the settings, not sure if that's actually what the tvs called??) Anyways we've had this TV for a couple years but watch it an hour at most daily. it has horizontal lines running through it and the right side of the TV is dark, noticeably darker then the rest of the TV and it drives me nuts!! My bedroom TV which is older by about 2 years then my living room TV is also darkening but all around the edges. Both my phones get alarmingly hot while using moderately and the batteries run out within a matter of a few hours at best and God forbid i stream music or a show because then it will go from 100% to 0 within an hour. I've been a long time user of Samsung unfortunately, it took me to long to figure out is not 💩 luck with electronics is because I only bought Samsung thinking that was a good brand🤣🤣🤣 I will be researching brands to figure out what I'm getting next, I just know for a fact it won't be a Samsung!

Definitely don't recommend Samsung even for my enemies!! Terrible customer service!!.. They don't stand behind their products and they don't even respect the warranty they provide with their products. Even Samsung care+ service is a complete joke!!! Bought the new S22 Ultra galaxy phone in April, paid full amount, total of 2300$ with the Samsung care+ plan for 2 yrs.. The phone is acting up and restarting by itself all the time, apps lagging, difficulty connecting to wifi and difficulty connecting devices using Bluetooth and it just disconnect phone calls randomly. Called them to explain the problem and request a replacement since it's a manufacturing defect and since it hasn't been 6 month on the phone, plus I already bought Samsung care+ just for issues like that but Nooo! Their response was policy doesn't cover replacement, we can take it and fix it for you!!!! I bought a brand new phone and paid 2300$ for it to have it fixed in less than 6 months usage!!!.. How does this make any f****n sense????!!!!!! Can I sell you a brand new shirt with a hole and when you come back to replace it, I be like oh we will sew this for you no problem??!!! Come on! Have some common sense people Never ever ever Im getting any of Samsung products again, there are alot other companies out there with decent products who appreciate their clients way more than this and don't waste their money or time!! Customer service is as important as a good quality products!!!

Awful experience. Occasionally I would get an efficient associate, but because I had to call so frequently because they would never resolve the issue, generally I wound up speaking to someone who made the experience terrible.

Supposed to get free soundbar. Customer Service said it will be sent to me in 14 days. 1 month later, still not received, and CS has stopped responding emails even though I only chased about it 1 month later. Not trustworthy brand.

On July 4, 2022, my new 85" HDTV glitched within 5 months. I began the exchange process on July 5th. Today is September 6, 2022; and I'm still waiting on the replacement tv. The contracted delivery company, out of Chattanooga TN, asked if Aug 24th, between 9am and 1pm, would be a good time. I don't leave work until 2:30pm; therefore, they claimed that it would be another week or two before they'd have a driver in East Central Mississippi. Last week, making week two, I've yet to hear from anyone to arrange a delivery date. They reply to the email, claim that they are booked up through Sept 9th, and say that they'll contact me during the week of the 12th. Today, September 6, 2022, makes 2 months and one day since this exchange process began. I think Samsung's replacement process, and their delivery company, is the worst with I've ever dealt. I probably could've ordered and recieved a television from Japan by now. Fortunately, here lately, I've been connected with representatives that I could actually understand. Before buying Samsung products, be sure to ensure that the dealer is a Samsung warranty affiliate that can make exchanges locally within the factory warranty period. If not, you'll be at the mercy of Samsung and a delivery company to execute the exchange, and be strong along for months waiting. This will probably be my last big ticket Samsung item.

Samsung ac is very worst product... After one year coil is two tym leakage and customer service is very horrible... And after many tymes complain in customer care then engineer come home so I am very disappointed to service of Samsung
