After seeing there reviews I’m not surprised. I own a lot of Samsung products. Thousands of dollars worth. They do not stand behind their product what so ever. Will not be purchasing anything from them anymore!!!!!!

Bought a stove Dec of 2022 Fiasco in itself not 100% their fault but ordered and promised from Home Depot before Thanksgiving. That obviously did not happen. Order was messed up with the fridge and ended up cancelled. So had to reorder. Now fast forward to now. Wife preheats oven and a few minutes later smells something burning so opens the door thinking someone put something in it. Nope. When she opened the door flames came flying out of it. She used the extinguisher to put out. First, new ovens have an alarm and a detector that locks the door. Neither worked. Now waited almost a week not being able to use oven and Samsung has to get a tech from a third party to call me. The first available date another week out. Wtf. To boot 1 yr warranty. So they will let me know if covered.

Samsung has the worst customer service in the market. If you’re buying a Samsung appliance be ready to be harassed by the service Center team. You maybe paying a lot for Samsung appliance but you will not get a good customer service at all. I would suggest if you’re buying a Samsung refrigerator then make sure to buy one more because if Samsung fridge breaks down they will not repair in less than 5 days. So do not buy Samsung appliances. My service request number with Samsung is 4399844450

I had a very bad experience with samsung they don't know how to maintain customer relationship I recently purchased samsung ultra watch and found battery problem in just 3 days Store people said you will get replacement And it has been almost 7 days still i didn't get my new watch

If I could give a ZERO i would have! I’m very disappointed in Samsung I bought the washer/dryer combo and in one load of washing realized it was NOT working right I re read the manual and tried again STILL dissatisfied I called Samsung and the representative told me I’m sorry I don’t know anything about that or having information it’s too new I reached out to online support for Samsung and they sent out someone to look at the unit The person that came out said Oh yea we’ve been called out for a lot of these they are NOT Good units I’m sorry However no one wants to help me out with this issue now I have ALL MY TEXT MESSAGES with the Samsung support and they have said sorry if you want us out there and we don’t find anything wrong you have to pay $150 So I’m stuck with a brand new unit that I noticed didn’t work properly the first week from purchasing and Samsung REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT How would you feel Samsung if this was happening to you I didn’t ask for a refund I was asking for credit in a different unit I’ve always had Samsung my whole house is Samsung VERY DISAPPOINTED

Got side by side Samsung refrigerator..a year back...not it has stopped working totally also... they are not refunding any cost...1st they promise to refund 49% of cost by payingthrough DemandDraft...now they are offering me Samsung coupons which are has already informed will not take it as has lost faith in Samsung product... few years back even Samsung TV has same issue

Got BRAND new ZFlip6 not even a month and it started shutting down continuously then finally went totally blk, went to ATT told me to call Samsung, which is a nightmare, called 3x finally told have to send phone into Samsung that phone is still under warranty wont have to pay to fix, get a bill for 345 stating not all the phone is under warranty. Will not budge so will not be buying another phone from Samsung HORRIBLE customer service

Samsung is very poor quality product use and his service center is also very bed for product service they wait for approval for screen replacement and approval take two day time why they take time? And my mobile is genuine and parts also genuine so Why take a time and I lost my work last 4 days l loss everyday of my business work.

Samsung produced an unsafe front knob stove that could potentially cause a fire due to the ease of the knobs accidentally being turned on if there was any utensils etc on the stove. 3 times this has happened to be. Had no fires but close calls. Their solution to the problem was to send out locks that go over the knobs. There are a few problems with that. 1. How long are these plastic pieces going to last when you have to take them off and on several times per day if you use your stove alot. 2. How easy are these going to get misplaced etc. 3. All of the customers that have these stoves are inconvenienced by having to go through these steps every time they want to use their stove. I got my covers and they ARE very inconvenient. So much that I personally am very disappointed in the stove and wonder if it’s worth even using it. This is my personal take on the solution they came up with which to me was a very cheap way for them but really made it inconvenient for the customers.

Samsung sent the return label to me and asked me to return to Samsung Flip 6 512GB on or before August 03, 2024. Samsung received the phone and claimed that the box was empty. Samsung won't refund my money back. I have called, chatted, escalated and written more than 10 times but Samsung still did not want to refund my money back. On July 17. Samsung sent the phone flip 6 to through UPS and its weight was 0.9lbs. I shipped back the phone through Fedex and its weight was 1.1lbs. My order number is SA103229259.

Do not buy Samsung Phones! Their phone screens fail after the contract is finished. I have two phones, S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra, which are top models with a manufacturing screen failure right after the contract was finished, and they say I need to pay for the repair. They say it's a manufacturing failure and expect the customer to pay so much money again for their repair. It's insane! It was a horrible experience.

Had a Galaxy 4 watch that stopped working , called for service could not restart. was offered a deal on a new watch 7 for $129.00 and i had to send the dead watch back for a $200 credit. Well classic bait and switch, the return label states the returned watch had to be on great shape and working order. Why would i send back a good watch? So if i had sent that bad watch back they would have changed me full price for the 7. no oone would help me, i feel like they should have honored what the Representative promised. Do not use the on line option. i do not recommend.

Sales representatives saying that the model A35 mobile is water resistant and the customer service representatives saying that the water resistant is not covered under warranty. I bought a new Samsung Note 20 in May. I registered the phone with Samsung to activate the warranty. I get a text that the warranty is active and the phone is covered until May of 2025. So the screen is not functioning properly so I send it back to Samsung for repair. They told me that I have to pay for the repair which is more than the cost of the phone because I bought it on eBay. They said they don't warranty phones bought on eBay or Amazon. I am going to buy a replacement screen and have a friend replace it. I don't recommend buying a Samsung product and will never buy another Samsung product again.!

I ordered a fridge online. The first fridge delivered was dented on the front door and they offered me a measly $100 for a fridge that cost over $4000 2hixh I rightfully and understandably refused. The second fridge delivered had multiple dents on the front door and again they only offered me a $100 to which again I refused. On the third delivery they only gave me notice of delivery 2 hrs before delivery by email and then the delivery person called at 10 am saying they were on the way but of course the service elevator was in use. Then I called samsung again and said they would the delivery would call me within 2 hrs so I could book the elevator and it has been over 5 hours without a call. NEVER ORDER LARGE ITEMS ONLINE FROM SAMSUNG. I WILL HAVE MISSED AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF WORK TO GET DELIVERY OFNA FRIDGE THAT I STILL DONT HAVE
