I was on the phone for 3 hours with a tech trying to get a problem fixed. She couldn't fix it so she said the last thing to was reset my phone. I asked her if afterward I would get all my data back. She guaranteed me that I would. So she reset my phone. Too make a long story short, I lost almost all of pictures. Called back 3 times to get this resolved. Basically all they had to say is "Sorry, but we've done all we can. Lots of very improtant pictures lost, including those of my deceased parents and many other family members. This really sucked.

Very bad customer support! They do not deliver the service on time as promised, and there is no response from their service center. Tried contacting multiple times, but no reply at all. Highly disappointed with their unprofessional behavior!

I purchased a defective product. Customer support hung up on me until I'd reached the two week limit. Then, they said I hadn't reached out in time. Do not purchase anything from Samsung!! Use Amazon or something instead so that you can return if it's broken. Samsung's system is set up to fail you. I have always used 100% Samsung products, but now I'm switching to other brands going forward. I'm offended by their service.

Never again. What a horrible experience with Samsung Direct. We bought a refrigerator from them and the first one had a dent in it. Never even needed to take it off the truck. Trying to explain this to Samsung was so difficult and for all our trouble they sent the same refrigerator with the same dent. Again dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Their promises to make things right were downright lies. They at one time posted 2 refrigerators on our credit card. What a nightmare! They then shorted us the refund. They gave their email address and promised to again make this right. Again pure lies. They don't respond. We ended up paying a service charge because of their lies. I don't understand why, after reading all these negative reviews, the company doesn't change their underhanded false ways. What a disgusting company.

Worst experience of my life! First, trying to use the Samsung website is almost impossible. Finally after 4 hours, I was able to order two Galaxy Fit3 watches. After I received them, I learned that they 1) had to be synced w/ a Samsung phone & 2) that only one, not two, could be synced per phone. Neither of these things were mentioned on the website. I do not need all the "bells & whistles" on my watch that are on my phone. I only need the time, the date, the # of steps taken, & the calories burned. Even w/ these few things, I can not use the watch unless I have another phone. So, now I have to return one phone (still in the unopened box) & pay a restocking fee. If the website had mentioned that each watch must be synced to a separate phone, I never would have bought two of them. I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again.

Awful customer service, don't look after their loyal customers too. I am done with them, would rather buy off other companies other than Samsung

Worst company I’ve ever bought anything from. Bought a galaxy laptop, hinges broke off within 6 months. Tried calling customer service got redirected to the wrong place or to nowhere. Called back about 8 times before calling it quits. Before you buy a Samsung Canada product I encourage you to try and call customer service and see if you can get in contact with anyone, you can’t and when you laptop breaks you just have to accept that you lost $1300.

I opened a case with Samsung to exchange a monitor on January 9th, 2025. Today is March 13th, and I still haven’t received the replacement. That’s nearly four months, and the monitor is now estimated to be delivered on March 24th — though, based on past experience, I’m not confident that will actually happen. Throughout this process, I’ve had to go through multiple support teams, often repeating the same information over and over. At one point, I was so overwhelmed and frustrated, I was nearly in tears — no one seemed to know what was happening with my case. Eventually, I had to reach out to someone in charge at Zones, who then escalated the issue to a Samsung director. Even with that escalation, it still took over a month just to get a clear update. What’s most disheartening is that I’ve spent hours — sometimes daily — trying to resolve this. The constant back-and-forth, broken promises (“It’ll be delivered this week,” “next week,” etc.), and lack of accountability have left me completely disillusioned. All of this effort, just to exchange a monitor. I never expected something so simple to turn into a four-month ordeal. It’s unacceptable.

Poor customer service as 2 small broken parts on top rack broken, having to provide proof of ownership, new home, pictures of parts, video of broken parts, 3 times and today told again to provide home ownership papers as per lawyers sale contract which I feel is another issue of privacy and will not provide, have already provided new home warranty papers as proof of purchase with address and names. Very frustrating

Samsung has a bad customer service; also they are dishonest with regard to promises. The icemaker in my Samsung refrigerator (bought in 2021) stopped working and upon digging I found out that it needed a replacement kit. I called Samsung and we had a text exchange and they promised to either find a repair person or cover the cost of repairs if they couldn't find such a person. Two days later, they texted and said they couldn't find a repair person in my area and so I'm on my own. I texted back to ask if I'm able to find a repair person would they cover the costs? They sent me an emphatic "no" as an answer. I reminded them that as a company, their word was supposed to be their bond; crickets after that. To me this is a sign of dishonesty and they are just not trustworthy. Therefore, if you're with Samsung's customer service take everything they say with a very large grain of salt.

Samsung has terrible customer service. They were at fault sending me the wrong frame for my frame tv and refused to send the correct one. They wanted me to send the tv back and start again. Difficult to understand when they were at fault in the first place.

I bought the new Samsung AI clothes dryer, and it has been the WORST experience. I paid over $700 for this dryer, yet the clothes are not dry after using the AI function. The AI function is supposed to weigh the clothes and verify how damp the load is, then set a time to dry the clothes. Even with the drum half loaded, the clothes are not dry after using this function. This leads to damp and smelly clothes, requiring me to re-wash. Technicians have come to check the machine 4 times, and the best solution they can offer is “put each piece of clothing in piece by piece and monitor”. This is absurd. The machine is 4 months old, yet they are not willing to exchange it for a new one. After wasting countless hours talking to customer service and technicians, I have decided to just live with this, as they are a true waste of my time. I don’t want any of you to waste your money or time on this AI Samsung dryer.

The first phone I received was glitchy and dropping connections. In the process of returning the phone and purchasing another there was no case available which was free due to the promotion. The representative told me I could keep my current case, which I asked him to make a note of and he said he did so as not to have issues over a free item. I then returned the phone with the air two Air Tags after I received my new Ultra with only two tags and no case due to its unavailability. The following business day I received an email stating the return could not be processed due to the missing silicone case. I promptly called customer service to resolve this ridiculous issue over a free item with a stated price of $7.50 before being free with the promotional credit for purchasing a $1,500 phone. After an hour on the phone banging my head against the wall they refused to budge on letting me keep the case and processing my return without it, even after seeing my new phone was shipped out under the same promotional terms without a case. There was no note as I had requested of the previous customer service rep stating I could keep the case, as I had feared due to his statement that "it was free", and he didn't think it would be a big deal, which I had a strong feeling otherwise, therefore I asked him to make a note of it. I don't want an empty apology, I want the situation to be made right. As a spokesperson for a company, I expect that company to honor what their employees state. It can easily be verified since calls are stated to be "Monitored for Customer Quality". I am disgusted that after purchasing 5 Ultras in the last three years I'm being treated this over a $29 top retail silicone case that is supposed to be black but is actually blue. This is the last Samsung item I will EVER purchase. That includes washers, dryers, televisions, computers, phones, tags, hardrives, and any other items I would have considered purchasing. Unlike Samsung, I honor my word. When your customer service is that ATROCIOUS, the quality of the product is irrelevant.

Purchased a brand new TV. Initially, the screen kept on going out. A piece of insulation between the board, and the screen was defective. A new screen is placed at that time. Now I have a pixel that is defective on the screen. I’ve had this TV for three months and Samsung has had to come to the house to fix it at least four times. Horrible customer service and horrible quality of products. I will never buy another Samsung ever again.
