I recently purchased a Samsung oven, and it will be the last Samsung product I ever buy. The customer service has been absolutely shocking. From the start, there were issues with the oven: the dividing shelf was broken, and it also fails to maintain the correct temperature. When I contacted Samsung, they refused to replace the shelf, claiming it was not covered by the warranty, which only lasts 28 days. However, by the time the oven was delivered, it was already past this period, rendering their warranty practically useless. Despite their assurances that they would resolve the issue and contact me back, they never did. I even escalated the matter by emailing the CEO. The response I received was appalling; it took several prompts to get any acknowledgment, and when they finally replied, it was clear they hadn’t even read my email. They dismissed my complaint about the oven and did eventually resolve a missing purchase, stating that I hadn’t contacted them, despite my numerous emails proving otherwise. The customer service from Samsung is terrible. If you encounter a problem, don’t expect any help. I would strongly advise others to heed this warning and consider these reviews before purchasing any Samsung products. I, for one, will never buy from them again.

I had a couple of issues with my Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23, went to the Westfield Starford store amd Hamas, who knows me from past visits, managed to sort my issues out wiylthin a matter of minutes. Very helpful nad certainly knows his Samsung products!

Worst Company Don't By Any Product Of Samsung Special Air Conditioner My New Samsung AC Work Only 6 Month.It has been 2 years since I purchased and I have got it repaired 4 times, now it is kept aside. Customer care only charges money every time, don't buy please.

Samsung fold 4. Black screen when I open it. This is the 3rd year I purchased a new phone. Very disappointed. I am not buying a Samsung again. Paid $1800 per phone and they malfunction somehow after one year.

Purchase at your own risk I can't believe that the StormWash Top Control 24-in Built-In Dishwasher (Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel) ENERGY STAR, 48-dBA, Item #: 1630556|Model #: DW80R5060UG, that we purchased in November 2022 is already worthless. I've tried many different detergents and rinse aids over the past six months and my dishes still come out either dirty or full of film even after a second rinse cycle. Of course the warranty is only good for a year, why can't manufacturers stand by their products for more than a year? I won't purchase anything other than a cell phone thru Samsung.

Samsung real fraudsters in the name of services they damage your furniture and its more then a month they are asking link that they will replace damage furniture but everytime just passing time pathetic management after damaging assets they are saying service of AC not required complete waste of time I was regular customer of Samsung but now its my last purchase ridiculous act

Doesn’t fully submerge your items. I take clothes out and they are not clean. I won’t buy Samsung again based on the fact I feel they don’t do a good job washing things well. Wasting time, energy, detergent. Very disappointed in the washing machine.

DON'T BUY FROM SAMSUNG. PERIOD. My wife bought me the Z Fold 4 last May for my birthday direct from Samsung. Within a year the protective screen was cracking and then suddenly the centre screens went black, didn't work and the phone wouldn't open fully. So, as it was in warranty, I went to their King's Cross centre. I booked it in but by the same evening I received an email saying that the phone when opened had been tampered with and that it was therefore out of warranty and I'd have to pay the same coat as a new phone to get it fixed! If they didn't hear from me within 7 days they would send it back to me. How could my phone have been tampered with when it was bought brand new and direct from Samsung and had never been out of my sight until the day it went into Samsung's repair centre. I went straight back to the centre the following morning to explain and ask what the hell was going on. I was shown a couple of pictures and told that a few screws were missing and signs of glue. I told them if that is the case, then either their engineers were wrong lying or it was done in the production process. It did me no good and was told I could phone the customer support line and see if they, as a gesture of goodwill, would allow it to be fixed! I was completely shocked. It cost my wife £1400 with a trade in and it lasted less than a year with a meaningless warranty with no way for me to prove against their accusations of tampering. After looking at the reviews on Trustpilot, I see I'm not alone in being conned by Samsung. One day the truth will out about this company. I note that thief previous CEO in South Korea was convicted for fraud and embezzlement, only to be oddly pardoned recently by the state! They've lost two customers for ever with my wife and I. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs. No wonder their global profit share has declined by nearly 25%. Horrendous! They advertised that the TV I purchased from them was next day delivery. I specifically purchased it for this very reason as our TV is broken. After taking my money they then notified me it would be 2 days later. I took the day off work to receive the delivery and they cancelled it that morning and two days later still no delivery or any idea as to when it will turn up!. I have contacted them on a number of occasions and literately no help whatsoever. Terrible service and somewhat disingenuous!

I can understand your letdown as a consumer, but that was the best deal that has offered to you.” - 2 year old Samsung 75 inch TV with manufacturing default. This is after being a loyal customer. They offered me 20 dollars off my next purchase. The worst experience and money down the drain. Company does NOT back their product up. Do Not Purchase any of their tv’s or products. They can care less about your business. - To help me with a manufacturing issue they directed me to go buy a new TV.

I bought 4 Samsung screens (two TVs and two computer screens), the first 2 TVs were 4k, the screen went bad within the year, luckily it was under warranty. The second screen I bought 8k in size 65 inches I paid something in the area of ​​NIS 8000 or so now two and a half years later the screen died. It's not that I bought a Chinese brand for NIS 800. I expected the TV to be with me for at least 5-6 years. I contacted customer service and explained the situation to them and they said there is nothing to be done Pay 350 NIS for a technician and another 1000-2000 NIS for the possible replacements. I ask if there is a reason to pay for the Samsung brand, unfortunately I no longer recommend anyone to buy a Samsung TV Samsung Community in Israel | The Samsung Israel community will make your decision! The last two televisions that went wrong, call me lucky, but there is luck in a casino, not in a brand that considers itself the best in the world!!!

I've been having issues with the sound quality on my galaxy A54. Tried to fix it through Samsung online customer service but it didn't get better so they told me to go to Samsung service center. Went in, they said the speaker needs to be replaced and they have to order the part. So I went back once the part came in, the problem didn't resolve and now they're saying it's the motherboard issue. Of course, they don't have the part so it's going to take weeks again and I'll have to back-up all my data. Tried to get a replacement instead and Samsung customer service says I have to mail my phone for them to see if they can give me a replacement. And no loaner phones. Very disappointed, no wonder people don't buy galaxy.

dont order from them unless you dont care when you get your product, they will promise you a date for delivery and weeks after that will pass with no shipping, and then lie to you and tell you its being priority shipped for you and still wont go out...HORRIBLE SERVICE...DISHONEST

Today, May 13th, my samsung Galaxy Flip4 phone was updated by force by samsung, it blocked my access to my samsung account and insists on using an outdated phone number with no option to change it without know the old number on file with them and also deactivated my cell AT&T SIM card and made it useless now.......customer service is ABSOLUTELY NO HELP in resolving this issue. with being forced this "advanced intelligence" without asking my verification or permission, I NO LONER RECOMMEND SAMSUNG PRODUCTS after being a customer for for over 30 years

I purchase a washer dryer set ten months ago the dryer just died I contact Samsung of the dryer not working after ten months here in Florida she sent out contractors a tech came out and informed me it was my electric and to call an electrician Ferran was contracted and said nothing is wrong with my plugs but something is wrong with this default dryer. well he came out and told me nothing is wrong with my outlet that the dryer need to be replaced. The agents that comes out to fix are non fixing agents who also told me I needed a new cord I told him ok put one on he told me he doesn’t replace anything like the cord. Now I’m confused. What’s with Samsung not paying the third party of repairmen to fix fix fix I will never recommend no Samsung to anyone is it my fault their dryer does not turn on after ten months I’ve call homedepot they only carry the products to sell out Samsung need to take full responsibility of all there warranty appliances . GET ANOTHER AGENT YO FIX THESE PRETTY ON THE OUTSIDE DEFAULT ON THE INSIDE MACHINE S . And another thing that tech that came out complained to me he wasn’t gonna get paid. Well Samsung you are putting out bad business. Your machines are wack and your service people are wack. I’ll be writing a reviews as updates are needed . I’m so disappointed in these appliances

Purchased a Frame Art TV 50". One of the incentives to purchade as it offered a promotional service to include free installation and next day delivery. After numerous phone conversations and emails to customer service, no clear communication on delivery date which had changed from next day to 4 days. Customer service giving diffrent information each time I called or unable to assist further. Asked wait to and see at delivery if TV is delivered with free installation purchased at checkout. TV arrives with no installation included. Call customer service now told they have a hidden refund charge of £50 to return item to rectify unopened or used order. This information is not clearly stated on there website. Now receive a email with hidden clause of £50 charge as part of there refund policy. Loss of future customer. Worse experience trying to figure out with Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung, Bespoke Jet™ Cordless Stick Vacuum with All-in-One Clean Station® in Misty White online. When I placed the order it stated that this model # VS20A95 comes with (2) batteries. However when I received the order on May 10th the order only had one. I called Samsung to have the extra battery delivered and they basically denied that a second battery was offered. Their own manual under batteries says two units. Very disappointed in how they do business and in their poor level of customer service.
