Samsung have a new scam the they sell you a device then they put a walk on it telling you that it will walk within 72 hours this walk cannot be removed only Samsung can remove it when you get in touch with them they tell you there is nothing they can do this is a scam do not buy Samsung tablets

ar [Recipient's Name], I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided for my refrigerator by Samsung On 6 April 2024 I lodged a complaint regarding the malfunctioning of my refrigerator. After three days, a service engineer finally arrived to inspect the appliance and confirmed that a part needed replacement. I was informed that the part would need to be ordered, causing further delay. Since then, I have experienced repeated delays and unfulfilled promises from your service team. Despite assurances from the service engineer that they would return to replace the part, they failed to show up on two separate occasions. Moreover, when attempting to contact the service engineer, their phone was switched off during normal working hours, adding to my frustration and inconvenience. Subsequent calls to the call centre provided little reassurance, with representatives simply stating that the part has been ordered and would take an additional three days to arrive. It is unacceptable that a supposedly reputable company such as yours would have such inefficient and unreliable service processes. The prolonged delay in replacing a single part reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I reside in Mokila, Hyderabad, and I must emphasize that the service support in this area is exceptionally poor. As a consumer, I expected better service and prompt resolution to my complaint. I urge you to address these systemic issues promptly to avoid further dissatisfaction among your customers. Before purchasing a Samsung refrigerator, prospective buyers should be made aware of the substandard service support they may encounter. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and request that the necessary steps be taken to expedite the repair of my refrigerator. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted due to the service delays. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide a satisfactory resolution at the earliest opportunity. I look forward to your prompt response.

I sent my jet 60 in for repair. I was told to send everything back which I did. When my cleaner was returned it was missing my charging cradle. I ha rung them again and again about this. I keep getting told they will ring me back. They never do . So now I have an expensive cleaner that I can't use. I'm disgusted with them. Never again

Went to checkout to purchase a washer dryer using a 20% discount code. At checkout the price had increased a further £50 and then discounted 20% to portray giving you more of a discount then you are. After contacting their site, I was told that they could not change the price and that as the coupon was from a third party it was their fault and to deal with them, despite the price increasing being on Samsungs site. I requested to speak to a manager where I received a confirmation code and that I'd get to speak to one, but of course I never heard back. Utter waste of time and a massive con, so went with LG instead.

हाय मै सॅमसंग का पुराना कस्टमर है लेकीन मैने हाली मे एक रिफ्रिगरेटर लिया था उसमे कलिंग का प्रॉब्लेम था बर कंप्लेंट किया लेकीन प्रो्लेम स्वाल नही हुवा सॅमसंग सर्व्हिस के पास केअरलेस अँड unskilled technician है. बहुत पुअर सर्व्हिस दी गई है... मेरी सभी कस्टमर से विनती हे की आप सॅमसंग का कोईभी प्रोडक्ट ना खरीदे..

The absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. First call due to watch not powering up. Told I need to pay $70 for repairing a watch that is defective. Over an hour on phone. They send shipping label with wrong return address, another hour. Send new label with wrong phone#, another hour. Then 3 days later tell me repair is $128. Told them to just send watch back. They email me a link to purchase upgraded watch for $252. Link doesn't work. Call and now the price is $319. Another hour wasted. I am done with Samsung. It is a shame because I like a lot of there products, but if something goes wrong they stick you on a hamster wheel. Horrible Experience!!

Terrible phones by Samsung. My phone keeps hanging and behaves like its got a mind of its own. I used to think samsung phones were the best in the market but i am utterly disappointed. My friends with samsung phones also experience the same problem.

Terrible terrible customer service!!! Worst company ever! After buying a new expensive refrigerator that worked for 4 month and still under warranty- we now many weeks fighting the case and waiting for promised replacement. Agents give wrong information every time we connect and so on.. do not buy from samsung!

The worse customer service ever. I have been chasing for one part of my friedge for months and no support at all. U pay anlot of money for their appliances and then u get no support and no parts available. My expwrience with LG is way more efficient.

I will NEVER purchase anything made by Samsung. Extremely disappointed in quality and support (or should I say LACK OF SUPPORT). This applies to all products made by Samsung, starting with phones through to all household appliances. Almost all workshops I've contacted to have Samsung appliance repaired, refused or were "unable" to accept anything made by Samsung. The ONE workshop that did venture to repair an item, quoted outrages price and expected 8-12 weeks (3 months!!) delay in acquiring spare parts from Samsung. My entire family and all people I know have also stated; they will never purchase Samsung goods.

Software update reduced navigation bar options and no reason was given looks like engineers forgot to include previous options and its affecting my usage , customer care didnt help at all, i guess its time to hire AI .

Review: Disappointing Experience with Samsung Stove Approximately three months ago, I purchased a new Samsung stove with high hopes of enhancing my culinary adventures. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned sour. While innocently boiling water for a comforting cup of tea, the stove's top inexplicably shattered into several pieces. Upon contacting the seller, I was redirected to Samsung's customer service, which initiated a two-week ordeal. After an agonizing wait, technicians arrived to replace the stove's top. However, my relief was short-lived as it became apparent that the replacement was not installed correctly. A subsequent call to Samsung resulted in the revelation that there was an issue with the replacement top, necessitating yet another replacement. In the meantime, I was advised against using the stove, leaving me unable to cook for nearly three weeks. Frustratingly, Samsung's response to my predicament has been far from satisfactory. Despite their acknowledged fault, they have adamantly refused to offer a replacement or refund. To add insult to injury, the retailer from which I purchased the stove, Orvilles, has been unhelpful in resolving the matter. In summary, my interaction with both Samsung and Orvilles has left me deeply disillusioned. The lack of accountability and customer care displayed by these entities is profoundly disappointing. I caution others to exercise caution when considering purchases from either party, as my experience suggests a troubling lack of integrity and reliability.

Do not get the Samsung Care+!!!! It is a waste of money. Search for the reviews.... Either they will tell you to drive to the nearest "You break it, we fix it", fix it yourself or please $99 + the amount of the phone as a security deposit (which mine is $1,300). Read the fine print!! It states that if they deem your phone fine you will pay an upward amount of $2,500 unless you return the replacement phone without damage. This will come through the .ail after 30 days. What are you playing for?!?!? Then I read reviews where people had a crack screen and was told that their phone was beyond repair. Customer service is terrible!!! Be careful!!!! I wish someone would have told me.

I am retired Safety Dir.largest township in the country. I worked out of the Human Resources Department (Personal). I needed technical support with my Samsung tv. The problem was fixed easily with the help from Dave .Thanks Samsung,Dave is what we in Human Resources call a KEEPER. Thanks Again Dave for your assistance.

Love my new phone, but will never buy direct from Samsung again. I took advantage (being sarcastic here) of their pre-order trade-in deal. My S24 Ultra arrived promptly, but the link in the email advising how to send in my trade-in didn't work. Made numerous calls to Samsung's Customer Service 0800 #, most resulting the promise of a call-back, none of which eventuated. Finally asked how to escalate the issue and was told to use the "Contact the CEO" link on their website. Did this and, nearly 2 months later, no reply. I had previously been told there was no Samsung office in NZ I could talk to about the issue, or drop the phone off to. Did some research online and found a distribution site in Northcote and, in desperation, I took the phone with me when visiting Auckland and personally dropped it into them. The staff there were great and seemed somewhat embarrassed when they acknowledged there had been some back office issues. Nearly a month later and following a couple of additional emails, the Samsung Trade-In centre, wherever they are, have acknowledged they have my phone and are assessing it. Their apologies and the concern they have expressed re the issues I have experienced have obviously not resulted in them dealing with the final steps in the transaction in a timely manner. Would I buy a Samsung again....sure. Would I buy direct from them again....NEVER. I only hope I do not have issues with the phone itself in the future, as Samsung's offshore Customer Service is completely useless. Buy direct from Samsung and you have no back up.....you are on your own.
