When I purchased my Samsung Appliance I had assumed that Samsung was a reputable name as well as company. I felt comfortable spending the 13,000 that I spent for a complete Appliance set which included refrigerator microwave the dishwasher washer and dryer Etc. I should have known when my nightmare began with installation. I purchased installation through Samsung and it was outsourced to another company which I do not recall at the moment apparently they are a national company that does the installs for Samsung. It not only took four weeks longer than the date that was promised to me that I would have my appliances but when this company came out to do the installs at first they needed a couple different tools so I had to wait another week and a half then when they came back they said they couldn't do it for one reason or another no keep in mind from the time I ordered the product to the second visit from the install Company 2 months have passed and in the meantime I had to rent a washer and dryer as well as rent a refrigerator from rent Kings or some type of company like that. Also I purchased extended warranties which didn't do me any good. At 13 months 1/2 of my appliances all took a poop in the same month. Now it's bad enough having to get work done on your appliances but the problem is that even if they agree to accept responsibility on repairs you're still looking at a good six to eight hours on the phone with a service tax that talks you into trying to repair your own product at first which includes pulling out your machines using wrong tools to repair the products. Then when you can't get the products repaired on your own they remind you that you're 13 months post purchase of your 13,000 appliances therefore your poop out of lock at that point. I went from complete excitement of getting a complete new Appliance kit to sheer heartbreak. Especially after talking to friends that have spent anywhere from 3,000 to 4,500 and not only did they get competitive customer service but they didn't need as many repairs as I did on Samsung. If I were a betting man I would assume that Samsung is either planning on selling their company or climbing on going under the same way that Magnavox and Panasonic did. When people in those companies discovered that these companies were building up names and corporate credibility by their side that's when they're quality assurance went down and the company folded and opened up under a new name. One thing that is for sure is that when you call their sales number they are on point they are quick to respond the only difference is is that if you can figure out what the people are saying " shattered English" a severe problem, you will get a different price every time you call as if you are at a flea market. I highly recommend against anything Samsung as their warranties are virtually non-existent they're installation is horrific and their prices are very well overpriced for the poor quality that you will receive. Keep in mind when you are leaving a review all the reviews are vetted and mostly the five-star reviews are posted. This is a common trick with it programs nowadays in order to allow corporations like Samsung to show a much higher rating than they deserve so if I see my posting I would be in complete shock. Please for the hard-working man stay away from these products they truly have serious internal issues as well as customer service issues

The worst customer service my entire life at samsung-bugis junction in singapore by 2 personnels. An hour to get the screen protector done for my new phone by the female. Talking ill of the customers in madarin. Plain rude and disrespectful to customers with colour. The male personnel had to step in and do the application, saying i had waited too long in mandarin. Prices were not told if they included GST. All they wanted was a signature and to leave. Services that were supposed to be provided, was not checked until i had to repeat myself again.

18 month old Book Pro 2 stops taking charge. I can't take it to microcenter, or best buy, because Samsung has it's own tech places they work with. Send it to their recommended place. They "fix it" and it works for 3 weeks, only to have the same issue again. Samsung won't do anything about it, only talking to their "tech partner" now who wants me to send it back to try and repair it AGAIN. Only if it's "unrepairable" will I MAYBE get a refund. Out of a laptop for almost a month because of them. Never buying Samsung laptop ever again.

Terrible costumer service! Been dealing with a broken microwave for 4 months now. They came out 6 diffrent times to assess the unit and repair it. It caught on fire after the 2nd repair. They stripped the screaws and couldnt put it back in and tge unit sat on my counter over Christmas still Nd its still not working. I have spend hours on the phone with costumer care and every single time I call they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about, like they have no documentation or history of the hours of phone calls or service the company provided in my house. Detinitly regret having all sumsung appliances in my kitchen.

bought samsung single oven dual flex in 2019, works for about 2 years but lapse the warranty period. First problem it never stop heating up, pass the set temp and continue until it stops itself (some kind of auto shutoff protection). Called samsung and got a list of certified/authorized service companies. Read the reviews and none has good review so, I called a couple of local technicians, they came out and suspect a problem and said will contact samsung to discus and get the part and, samsung will not sale the part to them. Called samsung and they said they only allowed authorized repair companies to perform repair. This is not acceptable business model, I understand if it is still within the warranty, but in my case, it was no longer covered by it. Since, I have a not working samsung oven to display on my wall. NO MORE sumsung.

Benjy I was taken in by Samsung advertising. I currently reside in Asia, and Samsung has these huge, building-sized electronic ads. I was smitten by the ad, thought Samsung must be a premier product. I bought a Galaxy flip-phone for $2,000. The thing gave out after 15 months, 3 months past warranty. Cost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to fix. I will never buy a Samsung product again.

I bought a fridge freezer in may 2021 was delivered in June 2021 It broke in September 2023 it been repaired 5 times and now it’s broken again - every time I lose the contents of my freezer and no one has ever helped me It’s disgraceful - when the engineer comes out this time he will declare the fridge freezer unrepairable - as he said last time that what he was doing was the very last thing he could do he came out a week ago, I’m sure you build the products to last more than 2 years and 4 months when they cost around £2600 disgraceful company

Wish I had read this site before purchasing Samsung products! If I could've rated less than zero I would've! I was treated like a thief! Mind you it's an S7.....not the latest and greatest! They couldn't educate me beyond my own knowledge gained from UTube. I am a private duty care giver with 3 Cardo patient's in which I informed them. My phone is the only way for my patients to contact me hence they are not tech savvy and geriatrics! I'm so surprised and astonished that Samsung treats its once loyal customers in this manner. I'll never purchase another Samsung product again and those that ask me about Samsung products I will advise to purchase another brand like Apple! The #1 worst decision I made! DONT BUY SAMSUNG!

I had issues with the link in the email advising me of the process to send in the phone I had used as a trade when I pre-ordered my S24 Ultra. I made numerous calls to Samsung's 0800# and was promised call-backs on 3 occasions, but never received a call. When attempting to escalate the issue, I was told to use the "Contact the CEO" link on Samsung's website. I did this over 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing. In desperation, I dropped the phone off at their Auckland office last week, when there on holiday. The phone I purchased is great, but I will never buy anything direct from Samsung again, as their customer service, via their 0800#, is non-existant.

Hands down the worst technical support I have ever experienced. Its almost like they are trying to be the worst. I have been texting and weeks, and I can't get anywhere. It is so bad that I had to go buy a different display and so far I am just eating the cost of the $1100 monitor that doesn't work

Bought a Samsung fridge and freezer (separate, free-standing), and the fridge started leaking inside the compartment. Despite having proof of purchase showing it was within the 5-year warranty period, Samsung decided not to honor it because I hadn't registered it online within 90 days of purchase. Not a good way to do business, IMHO.

I bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra about 3 years ago and had a great experience. However this year I bought the Galaxy 24 Ultra and traded in my device. I noticed Feb 4th that I accidentally clicked the wrong phone to trade in (Z-Fold) but both credits were the same $400. I called customer service that same day and they said this was okay that they would still give me the credit if the device was eligible. On Mar 17 they said they could not accept my order. At first they said the device didn't qualify, and then they said it wouldn't boot. I sent them proof of both being false. Now I am having to return the phone so I can re-order it and go through the whole process again to get a credit for the trade in which will take more than a week. Very poor customer service. (Mar 18th)

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPEREINCED!!!! I bought my Samsung Galaxy A54 in October 2023. The phone is still under warranty. I started having problems a month or so ago with my phone connecting to android auto in my car. I went online and did all the troubleshooting recommendations Samsung provided (deleting and reloading the app, new cords, etc.). When that didn’t work, I took my car to the dealership to make sure it wasn’t the vehicle. The dealership contacted me and stated they were unable to find anything wrong and that they were able to connect other android phones and my android auto worked, so it was not the vehicle. I called Samsung. Each time I would speak with a technician, they would start the same troubleshooting options that I had found on the internet and tried already. I even gave them control of my phone for them to work remotely on it. They clearly did not know what they were doing and were just doing a search of their system and reading the instructions (the same instructions you can find online). They had zero knowledge or expertise!!!! Each one of them would get so far and not have any further options and we would somehow get disconnected, and they would not call back. I will get a text message a minute later saying my ticket was completed and closed. This went on for 5 hours the first day of the most frustrating 2 weeks of my life!!! I then called back the next day and after trying all the troubleshooting again (they do not believe in reading the tickets that had been placed prior), I was told it was my car. I explained my car had already been to the dealership and it was not the problem. They insisted it was my car. I called the dealership and they said they only thing they could do that they hadn’t tried was updating my car stereo system (even though they did not think it would make a difference, they were willing to try). Made an appointment and dropped my car off a second time. Well, the update never completed because my car already had the most updated program. Picked my car up and called Samsung again. Basically, the same run around as the first 10 times, except this time they recommended I take my phone to a shop near me that has their technicians who can diagnose the problem. I called and I took my phone. One of their in-person technicians assisted me and finally agreed it was a problem with my phone. He was able to connect his phone to my android auto but was able to see that my phone was not connecting. He did more tests and diagnosed the phone and determined the USB port was not working properly and, therefore, was not transmitting data. He did not have the part in-house, so he ordered one and we made an appointment for the new port to be placed. Took my phone back to their technician and left it for 3 hours. I then received an update that the port was changed out, but the phone was still not transmitting data. They now diagnosed it as being a board problem and recommend a new phone be issued, as it is under warranty. I called Samsung again. I was then informed that they would not issue a new phone until I mailed them my phone (could be at least 2 weeks) and one of their onsite technicians evaluated it to see if there was a problem. So, the customer is inconvenienced without a phone for at least 2 weeks!?!?! Also, if I needed a phone in those two weeks I would have to go to my provider and rent one. They offer their customers nothing and NO help, but you must send your phone to them! This has been going on for weeks!!! Back and forth with Samsung and I still have not resolution!!! Samsung has literally had me running around in circles to avoid taking responsibility for their product. Everything Samsung offers their costumers is at the expense and inconvenience of their costumers! I have never experienced customer service as bad as Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung product. There is not a word to that can define how absolutely horrible they are to deal with!!!!
