what didnt go wrong?? that will probably be an easier at this point. BUT... Their customer service is completely horrendous. They will deny that there is any faults with their company, or their website. If you have a ticket number, good luck. I have been hung up on three times so far, this go round, trying to deal with a ticket number issue. Along with the being passed back and forth between a bunch of employees. Like I said, customer service is a joke. I switched from Apple to Samsung, and I completely regret that decision. I am ready to go back to Apple. We purchased 2 galaxy s22's and 2 different versions of the galaxy watch4, and the whole process has been a nightmare.

I bought Tv got delivered but when I connected the Tv after months, I noticed that the screen was cracked but Samsung wouldn’t replaced it or repaired it. They want me to take the product to their repair centre and I will foot up the bill. Also they have cancel my 5 years warranty and their excuse is that, the product was accidentally damaged. This damage was caused by them. I will not buy anything with Samsung written on it . Their customers service is disgusting. Worse company to deal when things goes wrong . I dislike how I have been treated

I got a galaxybook pro 360 15.6" last July. It had frequent weird screen issues - scrolling bars, blurring, jumping flashing going black etc. I finally got around to making a service ticket for repair when I went in for brain surgery in February, as I use it for work but wouldn't need it for at least a week after. 1 week later, I got it back, with a note saying the screen had been replaced. They sent it back without the s pen that was in the box and I had to call and fight on the phone with someone who claimed it hadn't been to get replaced. Anyhow, now the screen was doing something NEW: Just going black all the time. I also realized I couldn't use windows hello and some other things were not working properly. SO, I created another service ticket and sent it back again. After about a week I got an email saying they found nothing wrong and were sending it back. I waited...and waited....no tracking info available after 3 days. So I call, and it's a huge to do, to find they just haven't sent it out yet. When I finally get it back, windows hello and the other OS issues, and screen issue, were resolved. "Hooray!" I thought. I THOUGHT WRONG. As soon as I went to shut down my laptop for the first time I realized....they'd replaced my screen with a non touch screen!! This model can't be shut down without a screen swipe. A ton of functionality is lost. And when I sent it back for repair the second time (when they claimed nothing was wrong, and nothing was done) they REPROGRAMMED the OS to function with the incompatible part!! Samsung won't replace it. They want me to send it in a THIRD time to the same place. I NEED this for work, I do not have a backup computer, and I've already been without it for a huge chunk of time, 3 weeks total, with no resolution. Now I have to send it back - as though I can afford to miss out on another whole week of working (Realtor) to have to reinstall/set it up again and just...hope it works? How many times will I have to do this? If they just keep NOT fixing it, do I just keep sending it back in, forever amd ever, and basically just...not have a computer to rely on? Why won't you exchange it for me if it's so "fine and repairable"? Go ahead, repair this one, I'll take one that works. Everyone wins. At this point it's still under warranty - and their contractors broke it. I don't want this laptop- ITS NOT EVEN MADE OUT OF THE RIGHT PARTS ANYMORE. It's LITERALLY not the laptop I bought - and they've messed with the OS settings too. I can't believe I'm still dealing with this - but the moral here is: Don't buy this laptop, because if you have a problem with it they will make it horribly inconvenient if not IMPOSSIBLE to resolve. I have so far spent 2 months and SIXTEEN hours on the phone attempting to resolve this with absolutely no luck. While recovering from brain surgery. I cried, a ton. I was hung up on by 3 support reps when they asked if they'd resolved the reason for my call and said no. I promised phone calls from surpervisors that never came. And every time I spoke woth someone, I had to tell this WHOLE STORY again and again. I was in excruciating pain, literally fighting for my life and my sanity. I wish I hadn't spent my money on this. I'm devastated. I loved this laptop but for the screen issue, and now I'm stuck making payment on a laptop that I never would have paid $1200 for.

would give 0 if i could. shockingly bad service from such a huge organisation that i paid £1400 for samsung s22 ultra only to receive non existent support via phone or chat which just keeps cutting out. really wished i hadnt given them my business.

Unbelievably dishonest. Absolute scam. I trusted the Samsung name but this was clearly a mistake. I really can't emphasise how disappointed I am with this whole affair and how differently I now view the Samsung brand. I sent my near perfect Galaxy Note9 in as a part exchange towards a new Galaxy S22Ultra. Nearly a month after receiving my trade in, they contacted me stating my old device had 'screen burn' and I had to pay them an extra £50. I really look after my phones and know the device was immaculate and fault free when it left me. They have said the screen burn was caused by using the display on full brightness for too long. I never used the screen above a third of its brightness setting! They are giving me the options to pay the extra they are demanding, pay the trade in price or return the new phone. I am more than prepared to return the new phone and will be taking them up on that offer. Unfortunately that now leaves me in the position where they will return my old phone with a fault, so either way I lose. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company that I have always preferred to use. This whole experience has been quite simply unbelievable for a global brand and I plead to others to NOT attempt to use this trade in service. I deeply regret my decision to buy directly from Samsung and using Samsung trade in.

En solo tres meses mi microhondas samsung se le daño una parte y samsung no se hace responsable. La garantia extendia que compré en Home Depot tampoco se hace responsable porque ellos empiezan a cubrir despues del año de la compra. Yo nunca mas compraré ningun producto samsung en mi vida. No se los recomiendo y tienen un mal servicio al cliente. Despues de la compra muchas personas me dijeron que los productos samsung son malos, si hubiera sabido esto antes no les compraba nada. Lastimosamente ese mismo dia compré una cocina tambien sin saber que estaba comprando basura.

Never send your Samsung to their engineers for repairs I sent my phone in as it was not charging so in return they sent me a bill for over a grand saying it needed half a dozen other things replacing. Obviously I asked them to return the phone and found online that by factory resetting the phone it would fix my charging issues, which it did lol This whole process took a month, my next phone will be Teslas

Horrible experience. The customer service is shockingly bad. Firstly u will be asked to hold for 1 hr and then they will disconnect your call. The customer service is based in Philippines and they struggle to speak English. They keep disconnecting the call and never call back. I will never buy anything from Samsung again.

if anyone want to buy anything please use order store. i bought a washing machine which was delivered damaged and i told the delivery driver to take it back the same day, call samsung for a replacement on the same day thinking it will fast to get a new one the next or third day, i was told to wait 7-10 working days with no email confirmation saying sorry or what so ever that until they receive the damaged one that is when they will be able to process another one or send a new one out which sounds fishy to me, i think they use that to buy time, order the damage part fix it and send the same product back instead of sending you a new product. i was the one chasing samsung for more than 3 days for a replacement when i finally get a mail from them there was no specific date saying my washing machine will be delivered all what was in the mail was returning and expecting no date/time when the replacement will be send out, even there customer service don't know anything about when they will send me a new one that is how bad it is all am keep hearing is i will pass the information to the other team, at the end i have to cancel the order, even i told them i have little kids at home that i need to wash the cloths that did make them solve my order on time all i keep hearing is wait 7-10 working days and wait 24 - 48 hours for email. that how bad it is, no good information to hold on to, to make you feel good. i will advise others to think well before buying anything from samsung if you can't wait and deal with no useful information from them if your product was received damaged or faulty thats fine but as for me this is my first and last i will purchase any product from them.

It’s worst customer ever seen in my life what Samsung providing. It’s been around over month to get my tv replace. But still I am waiting. They don’t care about customer service. It’s new tv got problem in 6 months. They don’t follow up their customer. I don’t recommend anybody to buy any product from Samsung.

I called customer service to speak with someone in the USA about my tv and I get somebody in the Philippines. I don't want that I want a USA representative. I am actually due for a new tv and you can be sure I won't be purchasing another Samsung if I can't get somebody in the USA!!!

Worst experience with samsung phone delivery. Expected delivery keeps on changing. I made the purchase expecting to get my device before my travel. Due to change in Expected delivery now I have to cancel my order. Now I will think twice before purchasing any Samsung device. Will look for alternatives.

I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years, and I gladly encouraged others to give their mobile phones a chance over Apple. However, Samsung's horrendous customer service has made me consider switching over to Apple. I've had two separate experiences where Samsung essentially told me there was nothing that could be done in either situation. Nothing. The first incident, I had sent my phone to Samsung to have a cracked screen repaired. They sent it back to me with more issues than what it had when I sent it in. They refused to work with me on the problem and I ended up having to go through Asurion to get a replacement device. Dealing with Asurion is no walk in the park either. The second incident, I had accidentally selected the wrong trade-in model when I purchased a new phone. They told me that there was nothing they could do, and that my only option would be to send my new phone back, repurchase it, and start the trade in process all over again. I understand that I'm the one who made the mistake in this instance but I refuse to believe that there isn't someway that they could adjust things on their end and correct my mistake without having to jump through hoops. On top of this, there is no sympathy. You can clearly tell that every agent you speak to is given a script to follow. After every call I've ever had with Samsung, I feel so defeated that I want to cry. It's awful.

Absolutely disgusting service, my daughters Christmas present a Samsung tablet stopped charging. Samsung arranged to pick it up, there was no damage to it at all. I have now been sent a hefty bill for a smashed and bent tablet, which happened in their care. No one will take responsibility and are blaming us. Do not buy from this company as they are completely unscrupulous.

My cards weren't accepted for no reason at all when buying online. Used my spouses card and the order was taking a bit to be accepted. Contacted customer service they said it was all good and should be finalized soon. 2 hours later my order is cancelled and they dont say why.... just to contact customer service..... so I wait on hold again for quite some time. The rep says the billing and shipping didn't match. I asked my spouse and it did.... he looks again and says "oh, it does match, I will escalate it and we will call you right back today" rest of the day passed so first thing in the morning I'm at them again. New rep says the same thing as last rep..... my billing and shipping is the same though. So I immediately ordered a different TV elsewhere. Spent hours on holds and was forced to repeat myself everytime because they aren't even looking at my order or issues or previous conversations.

Absolutely the worst company Ever! Never Will I Ever order online or buy in person any Samsung products. This is coming from a long-time customer of 35+ years. I currently have 40 TVs and over 100 wearables for my staff and bar. I am replacing all devices. Why? You may wonder. Simple, after I spent over 2K on my IT/employee salary on order issues. The Samsung rep told my employee to shop someplace else. So, I took their customer service representative (manager) advice to heart. Now I'm in LG land and I must say "Life is Good"! Not to be obnoxious but, “you can take or leave it”. I suggest leaving Samsung and going with another company...

I have s Samsung galaxy s21 +5g. I like the phone. The one problem I have it absolutely will not work with my Gold Pad application when I try to tap the phone using the NFC function on the phone even though it is turned on. For this reason I will not buy another Sumsung phone.
