All I can say is what a terrible company. I originally ordered a fence from them on the 02/11/2021 and was advised the delivery would be January even though on there website it was advised as delivery in 2 days!!! Then January came and I was advised February then on the 28/02/2022 I finally had enough and cancelled my order on the 28/02/2022 I was advised I would have a refund in 2-3 day. It’s now the 03/03/2022 and having been promised on numerous occasions it would be sent still nothing. I’m now forced to seek legal help. My advice run not walk away from this company!!

N'achetez pas chez eux ça fait 8 mois qu'on a commandé un portail et des 2 poteaux et ils sont incapables de nous livrer ou de nous rembourser !!! Par contre ils ont bien encaissé notre argent et ne veulent pas nous le rendre. Honteux.

We bought a gate on 26 December 2021. On 01/01/2022 we asked about the status of the order, we received a reply on 05/01/2022: "due to the high product demand over the holidays one of the products is unfortunately no longer available and we are currently waiting for a goods restocking, which will soon enter with us." On 26.01.2022 we asked again, as we have not yet received any information, only newsletters with offers and discounts. The answer on 27.01.2022: "We sincerely apologize for the delay. We are currently waiting for an upgrade of your gate, which has unfortunately been delayed due to all the Corona regulations. I have been informed that it will happen after delivery in March." We were also offered a 10% discount, which we accepted on 02/02/2022. We received payment on 02/10/2022. On 24.03.2022 we asked again, as we have received NO information. The answer: " I am very sorry that you have not received your order yet. I have looked into it and we are waiting for your (Moucharabiya privacy gate) to be available. The next batch will be ready from (May), once it is, we will make sure it is shipped as soon as possible." The gate is currently still offered on the site, with no note that delivery is currently delayed! We cancelled the order and should receive our money back within 1-3 business days. On 30.03.2022 we still did not have our money back. To get our money back we first had to open a dispute with PayPal! This worked very well, it took about 2 hours and then we had a credit on the account. I can only advise against this provider. Here they work with delay and do not transfer the money back immediately!!!

Quality is poor . My original panels bought a few years ago were great quality , the ones I’ve just received are tough and cheap looking arriving in boxes saying made in china. I thought 5hese were made in uk or certainly used to be .

Telephoned about order I had placed on the 6th February 2022.Said it would not be available till May I was not told this when ordering so I cancelled the order on the 6th march .Still awaiting refund .Customer service is shocking .

Very poor service. I ordered 2 side gates. First of all they did not inform me that the panels had to be sawn to the correct size. I then had difficulty attaching the hinges to the bracket that I purchased to attach to the wall. The installation video I was sent did not show how to attach the hinges. The hinges kept sliding down the bracket. Despite sending several videos to the company regarding the issue they were of no help whatsoever. Eventually I discarded the bracket and attached the hinges directly to the wall. Very poor service. Would never use them again.

Beware of this company if ordering a single item!! All looked good at the outset, small family run business offering 2 day delivery. That turned out to be a little different. They dispatched with Hermes which took over a week before informing all that they had damaged the first order. Not good. It gets worse, I asked for the second to be sent with a different courier and with additional packaging. I then find it has gone with Hermes - no attempt to find an alternative courier despite assurances and also no additional packaging (if the first had any less then it would have been bare) - and then when it does arrive another 10 days later the package is left outside my house for anyone to steal (not exactly secure delivery as advertised). The box was in terrible condition and the product inside was significantly damaged - images give a flavour of this. Requested a refund as I was not happy for a third item to be shipped with Hermes for more delays and probably more damage. Was initially told I would need to pay to return the broken item, which I refused to do, then offered partial refund if I could still use the item. Again refused and then begrudgingly agreed to full refund and dispose of broken screen. All in all this company is badly run and staffed. Most staff fob you off with standard replies and little to no empathy. Even had the cheek to email and ask for a positive review as they have had so many negative in recent weeks. Given my experience and those below is it any wonder. Will not be returning for future orders. So disappointed as I really like supporting small businesses.

I purchased fencing in good faith to add to the fencing that I had already purchased. I had to buy extra as the first fence was blown down in a small storm in December so given it was not a storm of the magnitude of the recent storms tells you the fencing is poor quality. The new fencing is terrible, it is so flimsy it bends and a breeze makes it pop out of the of the posts as its shorter than the original fencing. Its poor quality, not fit for purpose and faulty. I cant have a refund though as " They " don't agree its faulty and I have to pay to return it. FIND ANOTHER FENCE SUPPLIER

Ordered 6ft privacy gate - what you receive after numerous phone calls with condescending staff, waiting for deliveries that don't show and lots of bits and pieces arriving separately is - PIECES of a gate not an actual GATE. Be very prepared to BUILD your own £340 gate! Instructions are poor and gate is not worth £340 at the end of it. Do yourself a favour and scroll past!

Very arrogant and poor customer services. Received damaged product. Refusing to replace panel. Shame as nice product. I have bought numerous times from them but they are not prepared to adhere to their legal responsibity to replace fault product within 30 date. It is regretfully that have to say do not buy from this company.

As numerous customers have found to their cost, £ as well as time and effort, not to mention the poor quality of products if and when they are finally delivered this is a company that should be avoided. Untold emails and telephone calls, promises never kept, parts missing, numerous deliveries etc. etc. A total shambles - Avoid

I found the staff at Screen with Envy really helpful and pleasant. My screen arrived damaged, but there was no issue about replacing it. One arrived within 2 days together with a note of apology and a packet of Love Hearts. I had been worried after reading these reviews, but can't believe they are talking about the same company. The staff are excellent, the product is beautiful and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Much the same as the latest reviews. Bought fencing and a bespoke driveway gate which I waited 3 months for, spent over 5k .The gate that arrived-well, someone in a CDT class would have done a better job, nothing bespoke about it. Driveway posts were deeply scratched. Asked for refund and a replacement standard gate-no refund for bespoke element, replacement posts damaged but not as badly as first delivery and the gate well only half was delivered and the half had lots of bits missing. Action is being taken against them as they are arrogant and too busy on tik tok posting nonsense.Appalling! Please don’t give them a penny, the pictures are so far from reality and it’s just been a nightmare that’s taken nearly a whole year of my life and left me in tears .

I purchased £900 worth of mirror tiles . After placing them on a clean , dry , new wall . So many just fall off . Lots of correspondence with screen with Envy . And all I got was they can’t be responsible for the type of wall I put them on . I placed them on a normal clean dry wall . So I asked them to come and see for themselves . Because what wall would you put them on then as mine was perfect base . Lots of E-mails and basically they wouldn’t send me replacement packs . I did get offered a small refund on one order . But considering I spent £900 that was just rubbish . I am now having to glue each one but by doing that risk ruining the tile . The effect is just lovely . I have so many compliments on them . But so disappointed they are not fit for purpose. And screen with Envy just pushed the blame on me . I am so confident my new walls should of been perfect base . Poor adhesive for the cost they charge .

Bought a 4ft Vector Screen Gate. Not clear on product page but this comes in a complex flat pack without predrilled holes or detailed instructions, and requires the 6ft screen they send you to be cut down (as well as some of the metal pieces). When cutting the 6ft screen down, at least in this 'Vector' design, 5 of the struts fall out into bits as no border to hold them in place. Phoned company and was told to glue the border back on or screw somehow. Gluing won't work and screws will have to visable along top and bottom rail and looks awful, still not strong enough so cannot use as defective and company want me to return it at my cost, and said I wouldn't be entitled to a refund anyway as it wasn't in a resalable condition. Had to dispute through PayPal. Do not use this company.

Gate was ordered. Split in to Several deliveries over weeks , missing parts still after months of trying to sort. Gates not fit for purpose. Service is appalling. All promises no actual doing of anything Still awaiting rectification!! AVOID.

bought a gate, as they advertised next day delivery. A week later, still no gate and staff completely uninterested in helping. I ordered another as it’s possible it was the carriers fault. I’m still also waiting for the second gate . I ordered these over 20 days ago. The company are refusing to refund as they are “in transit”. I’m afraid their issues with their unreliable couriers shouldn’t be my issue. No help from staff what so ever and now I have no gates and no refund. Avoid.

Part of order missing, awful quality and damaged. They don’t even honour their own terms bc and conditions which stipulate the 14 day right of withdrawal but they refuse to honour it! They dump it on your doorstep, turn around and run and deem that an acceptance of the goods being delivered in full and 100%. Dreadful business and not surprised to see they are on the FDA watch list

After reading all of the negative reviews i can only say what i have found with my numerous purchases and dealings with Screen With Envy. Fantastic quality and very beautiful screens i have ordered a few now for various projects both at home and commercially. Screen With Envy have been brilliant in responding to my questions regarding their different products. The screens were delivered well packaged with no damage when received from the couriers. Overall i gave Screen With Envy 5 stars for the quality of their products and ultra professional service.

Been reported to the police for fraud. Take your money, delay you, they then missed the delayed time frame and ignore you. After going to extremes they then respond to further delay you 2 months. They then don’t respond when you demand refunding. Been reported to the police and Fraud department. Beware
