Received my screens after 10 weeks one broken one missing, emailed and ring on numerous occasions, they either ignore you or put the phone down, avoid at all costs.

No stars No stars! Ordered £1240 of screens in May. Still no delivery. They just give me excuses - the couriers lost them, now out of stock, they have just been despatched for next day delivery (ha!). Can’t believe anything they say. I just want an honest answer about delivery. Various bogus tracking links take me to a removal company in Portland, Oregon. Looking at all the reviews here and on Trustpilot I note that lots of people have had the same experience and most of the 5 star reviews were ‘invited’ by SWE. Will be contacting BBC watchdog, trading standards and the guardian about SWE. Do not order from them!

This company has been nothing but professional with me and I can't understand all these negative reviews. Both my orders - I ordered more as I liked the 1st lot so many - arrived within a week, although it says next day delivery with so many people isolating it's not surprising that it took longer than advertised. I had to check a few details with them about the screens and they replied almost instantly and answered all my questions. Considering how many companies are fobbing off with 'due to covid' it was nice to deal with such a friendly and efficient company.

Wow....First review got deleted so I will write another one. I ordered three large screen and because the description on the website wasn't clear I took the trouble to contact customer services, who should know the product, and ask if the screens came in 3 sections or 1 pieces. I was told the 2 screens I ordered would be in 2 pieces, so I proceeded with the order. When they arrived, there were 6 pieces. They were not joined. I couldn't use them and more to the point their staff gave me the incorrect information. I have written proof of this. I asked them to collect the screens and refund me. They have refused. Firstly the wanted ME TO PAY to return them at a cost of between 50 and 100 pounds. Secondly they took so long to respond to my email asking theu refund me they then claimed it was outside the 14 day returns period. I'm now going though my credit card and klarna. Will be going to trading standards and watchdog. This company are an absolute joke. The products are over priced and I spent 900 with them to be treated like this. Literally the worst customer service I have received anywhere in years.

AVOID AT ALL COST! THis company is a joke, I ordered a gate on 13th May was told delivery would take up to 3 weeks. I still have not received my goods, I have contacted them on numerous occasions just to be given pathetic excuses, I really don’t know how this company has not be shut down! I have now taken matters into my own hands and contacted my bank to deal with getting a refund I think I will get my money back quicker!

Please do not buy from this company, save yourself from the anxiety, stress and lost of your hard earned money. We regretted that we did not check the company reviews online before we order their composite fences. Now we are one of their so-called NEXTDAY delivery victims. The main reason we bought the composite fence from them was because they offer us NEXTDAY DELIVERY, we needed the fence urgently for our boundary fence in the garden and our neighbour really like a pretty & nice light grey composite fence. So right from the start, we asked their staff via online chat to check their stock and delivery timeline before we order. They told us stocks are sitting in their warehouse ready to despatch for next day delivery. However, they've lied. There isn't any delivery, no goods, nothing. When contacted them via online chat, they kept repeating the same reason, delay in transit, courier issues etc and when we called, the lady sounded very unhappy, she said the order already been despatched and blamed the courier, she said they cannot cancel or refund us. Instead she asked us to refuse delivery if it come and only refund you after they receive it. We contacted the courier company directly, they told us that SWE did not give them the goods/pallet for delivery, so they have nothing to deliver. It's obvious that they did not despatch the order. We then asked SWE to cancel our order and refund us, they refused to do so. They firmly insisted that they despatched the order and is delayed in the transit. From morning till afternoon, we've battling with them but we're getting nowhere. We are now seeking Citizens Advice, taking action actively to get our money back. We encourage everyone who suffers the same as us report this company to BBC Watchdog and also seeking advice from citizensadvice.org.uk / Trading Standard to get back your hard earned money especially in this pandemic. We still not getting a refund back for undelivered order, the worst is we now have an upset neighbour next door!

If you want to waste lots of your time chasing a business for missing fixing or parts that you ordered then I can highly recommend Screen with envy. I ordered three screens and two posts, the screens arrived eight days after the order was placed (not next working day as the site leads you to believe), the posts did not. I had to chase this company to which they advised they'd have to check with the courier and then sent a "new set of posts". These arrived two weeks after I placed the original order. Sadly, they only sent me fixings and the end cap for one post. Four times I've chased them and twice I've had alleged dispatch emails but still no missing pieces. I've since been to a well know building supply company and purchased the fixings myself. The overall quality of the product is suspect, not only were the corners damaged on my screens but they're also roughly cut which caused me to remove the end of my finger when opening the packaging. The post inserts do not fit the posts either. I've read and seen many posts on here now with other people having this same issue and seen dozens of negative reviews disappear. Be warned, this is a true review of my experience and many others by the reviews I've read.

The company are a complete fraud. My experience is pretty similar as others. Daily emails exchanged reporting delivery and shipment. Tracking details offer no insights. No progress. Basically you cannot track the shipment. Customer Services advise the courier lost the delivery, replacement goods shipped, replacement goods not shipped as courier needs paperwork to deliver to Northern Ireland that SWE have now sent the paperwork twice and the couriers would be in contact to arrange delivery. Guess what, they didn't. SWE ask i be patient. This has been weeks of regular communication with the same outcome. No shipment for £1000 worth of goods.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.Ordered for next day delivery,8 weeks, 37 emails and 10 phone calls later still nothing.Terrible customer service beyond belief ! PayPal dispute finally refunded.

Avoid! Dreadful company…. Only half our order arrived (late) and one of the panels was broken. Numerous messages and promises to and from SWE and blocked from their FB page! We ended up driving to their Aylesbury showroom to collect our missing and replacement panels.

AVOID.....AVOID.....AVOID Okay my last review on trustpilot flagged because order was in wife's name so it was removed & she does not have a trustpilot account but this is my true experience as well as my wife. I am writing again on this site😠 Look at all the 1 star reviews rather than the INVITED 5 star ones on Trustpilot . All we can say is AVOID this company, they lie all the time, delay after delay & with us after 3 months we get what we ordered and the planter is good, it turned up without warning and tracking did not work. E mailed them to take their money because we did a chargeback but yet again 3 e mails and they have not taken it yet. Oh gosh this is the worst customer experience we have ever encountered, in fact today day 45 they e mail to say they tried to get money from bank and that case was closed, nope open and called bank and bank confirmed they had not tried to request money back

This is a completely crooked way of trading and by far the most difficult purchase of my whole life! On three separate occasions I was assured that the goods had been shipped and given fictitious tracking numbers. At one stage I was told that they had the goods in stock but there was nobody in the warehouse to pack them for the next week. Absolutely beyond belief for a mail order company who promise next day delivery. The emails received were very generic and presumably generated by bots. I eventually took to ringing on a daily basis and received nothing but repeated lies. One of the supposed ‘customer services’ people got upset at being referred to as lying, you wonder how they have the cheek to take money in a job where all they do is lie to irate customers all day long - there is plenty of honest toil about nowadays. Finally after reporting the company to the BBC Watchdog and threatening them with Trading Standards and the Small Claims Court etc the goods mysteriously arrived - 5 weeks late. What a shame they carry on like this as the product is actually pretty good. The new anyangle post is invaluable for my particular project and the newer posts which are all Aluminium are far better than the previous ones whose steel based rusted very quickly. The only complaint is that the panels are rather flexible and would benefit from edge reinforcement along the longest side. I would give four stars for the product but it has to be one star for the absolutely shambolic customer service. I would not trust their Trustpilot rating as they seem to have found how to ‘game’ that site with a suspicious number of invited five star reviews which somehow distort their overall star rating. Genuine good reviews for this company are few and far between.

Ordered a radiator cover from here some… Ordered a radiator cover from here some months ago…..it took some months to arrive and although I’d paid for delivery within a week nothing materialised. I never got that fee back by the way! When it did arrive I thought I’d managed to get a product that I was successful in winning from a grabber machine in Blackpool! Battered and tired and none of the fittings quite worked. Screw this screw at point C…. Unfortunately point C was six inches away from where it should be. I was really excited by the look of what I was sold on Facebook. Complete let down from how long it took to deliver, to the quality and the customer support. How you can keep a tenner for fast delivery that took nearly 3 months is beyond me. I got quite vocal on Facebook about shocking you are as well and surprised…I’m now blocked from disliking or commenting. The email you sent me straight after I’d paid for premium delivery as well that set out how hard things are for you are the moment, what a joke. I was ok with waiting, things are tough but you are a scam company that take money and deliver absolute rubbish. I also would never complain but this is the worst company ever I have ever brought anything off. Your radiator cover is in the recycling bin, that seemed a little posh for it but it was that or the tip!

Do not order anything. Have had 5 weeks of hell and stress to get my money back. I am out of pocket as I had to pay £104.00 to return the rubbish they sent me. Dented scratched and a very poor botch job to touch up. Lie after lie of promises. Eventually realised I would be better going through paypalBeware, you might get my returned order. Never ever again.

Extremely slow delivery. First order arrived within 2 days and buoyed by the reasonable quality and (almost) next day delivery we placed 2 more orders on 29/5 for more intricate products. To date, orders 2 and 3 still haven't arrived (7/6/21) and every email reply is nonsensical and doesnt address the questions asked. Finally contact SWE via their chat and they have promised delivery by tomorrow at the latest. Frankly, if these dont arrive then I'll be cancelling all orders. What's most annoying is that they've accepted for quite some time that there are courier issues however they still promise next day delivery on their website. Not a great way to run a business. ***Update to this (10/07/21); lots if excuses and promises to look into this. I've had responses of, it's got lost by the courier, we've sent out replacement products, it's out of stock, etc. We finally accepted we're being strung along so asked for a refund on our orders. ***Further update (14/07/21); its proving just as difficult to get a refund as it was to get our orders. After much emailing back and forth confirming yes we would like our money back, it has finally sunk in and one of our two orders has been confirmed as cancelled. Just have to wait 10-14 days for our money back. No idea why the second order cant be cancelled yet. All in all, this company is a joke and the experience has been truly disappointing for us. Avoid and find somewhere else to spend your money.
