DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Last Saturday evening, we ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister in Scotland for her birthday. We gave the correct address , plain as, as we have done with several other deliveries to the same address. Within hours, on Sunday, we received an email stating the Chauffeur had delivered the flowers and an accompanying photo of the home to prove delivery. Finding it very strange to have such a delivery on a Sunday, with the Scottish city being under Covid Closure on a Sunday coupled with a photograph of a strange dwelling not even resembling my sisters home, we immediately became suspicious. Emails began between us and this flowers company, 12 in total. They claimed the address to be wrong. We supplied the correct address again and again and so on and on, wrong address. Eventually they said the address was wrong as it had no Post Code attached. We responded that the address was correct and blind freddie could understand it. Sorry they said, no correct delivery address, delivery failed and order void. They invited us to reorder with full amount to be paid. We have since discovered their head office to be in MALTA and since then have found this site where we are "encouraged" that many others have experience same or similar experience. Needless to say we will not be touching this company again and encourage everyone to do the same. Trouble is few read this BEFORE ordering. I think British expression is "NOT HAPPY JAN !!" G

So angry with this company.... Ordered my step mum some flowers on the anniversary of my step brothers death and was told they would be delivered the next day. I then emailed on the day to make sure and I got a reply saying yes they will be delivered today... it got to 6pm and still no delivery .... I then emailed to say are they being delivered and I got a half arsed apology and my flowers weren’t being delivered!!! Said I wasn’t happy and wanted to make a complaint.... then got another half arsed email and £5 refund.... not happy and definitely been fobbed off!!! Won’t be ordering from here again as it’s the 2nd time it’s happened!!! Awful company ..... false advertising and should be reported!!!!!!

I have never written a negative view before but I am utterly disgusted, initially with the flowers and subsequently with the appalling customer service from Serenata. I am convinced they are a scam company. I have just received a sparse and very cheap looking bouquet, ordered by my mother and intended to be a gift. Nothing like the image on the website and nowhere near the number of stems in the description list. She paid £39.99 for them. £5 at a supermarket would have been a more appropriate price. It could not have been further from the image or description on the website. There are two variety of flowers completely missing (and no substitution made). The roses arrived looking brown around the edges while the only lily stem they deigned to send was closed and tiny. The white foliage flowers also arrived brown. It is upsetting that my mother sent the bouquet as a gesture to support me at a difficult time and it has backfired as now I am just feeling upset that she has been taken advantage of. Customer service have been entirely useless, there is no contact number. I have sent pictures and detailed the stems provided to show that it doesn’t meet the quota. They have ignored this entirely with stock cut and paste responses and no resolution offered. Shocked and disappointed does not even cover it!!!! Do not give this company your money!

Absolute rubbish. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. Flowers arrived 8 hours late, were nothing like the picture on the website. One open bloom (which was almost dead) and 3 lillies all sealed. Only awarding one star because it is the lowest I can give. Customer Services about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Inept, incompetent and downright useless.

I ordered flowers for a special friend due to a bereavement. I requested next day delivery, they did not arrive! I felt compelled to contact my friend to ask her to advise me when she had received them which was very disappointing! I had to email customer service twice before being advised the flowers had been damaged in transit and that they could either try to redeliver or I could have a refund! Even though they did apologise I felt I had lost faith in the service and requested a refund. No gesture of good will was forthcoming which after taking the time myself as the customer to contact them about my order I believe this would have been the least they could have done! I will not use this service again!!!

Ordered birthday flowers for our granddaughter for Saturday delivery this is Monday morning and still nothing arrived!! to say we are disappointed is an understatement, she is in school now so won't be there to get them if they arrive. We will not use this company again.

I hadn't used Serenata flowers before but was happy to use them because they did next day deliveries. I picked the flowers I wanted to send and went to write the gift note. They were flowers for congratulations but there were no congratulations cards available - the only cards that were available were an additional £3 on top of the flowers. I thought this was steep. I emailed customer service and asked if someone could write my message on a white card - as used to be done - as I didn't want to pay the extra £3. They didn't want to do this - everything has to be done by the usual channels. I then asked if they had any congratulations cards then as my friend had neither died, passed her driving test, got married or needed thanking. They did not. The only option was a card with their Serenata logo splashed across the front which was unpleasant and not what I wanted. I was going to take my order elsewhere as I felt it was unnecessary to charge the extra £3 but in the end I stuck with the order because they had said they would deliver the next day. The next day came and went and no flowers had been delivered. They were finally delivered the following day but by which time it was too late. I contacted customer services again and they didn't want anything to do with it. I hope the flowers were OK because the effort in getting them there was not worth it and the customer service was derisory.

Ordered flowers for my daughter in law who's just had a baby. They arrived with what was described as a FREE vase although I'm pretty sure that would have been included in the £40 cost of the flowers. Anyhow the vase was smashed to pieces when she opened the box. I'm trying to complain to Serenata but can't without a picture of the vase which I havn't got as I don't live near them which was the whole point of sending the flowers. Anyhow anyone could just smash the vase and then take a photo so can't see the point. So my complaint won't even go to Serenata without the vase photo. What a disappointment and complete waste of money. Wish I'd just used a local florist

The flowers looked nothing like the photograph supplied on the website. Even after left to bloom, they were sparse and cheap-looking - they looked less like a £30 bouquet and more like something you'd grab for a fiver from the petrol station. I was pooh-poohed by the customer service team who refused to cop up to their false advertising, hiding behind a get-out clause of the stem description on the website to avoid giving me a refund. Who buys flowers based on a clinical bullet point list rather than impression given by photos? The photo on the website doesn't even match the description either, which is a joke. Strongly urge against buying with Serenata Flowers.

Good luck if you are trying to send flowers and paying from Canada - I have tried using three different payment cards through three different browsers and every time I get an error message. I have brought up the issue with the company but they say the issue is with my cards. I called the card companies and everyone of them said that the issue lies with Serenata. Pathetic customer service. I always used this company, but then as of late last year I have been unable to pay for the flowers online. They changed something in their payment system but will not even have the decency to find out what was changed. My suggestion - Steer well clear of Serenata flowers.

Didn’t arrive on day it should have and Next day they claimed it had been delivered with no photo evidence no description and no where to be found . I now I’m supposed to wait while they investigate with the courier. I’m going to put my neck on the line and say I bet it was yodel!!! I have no tracking info except their own tracking to prove it and they won’t admit who delivered (or claimed to deliver) . They have been responsive on email which is good but they can’t resolve it because they have to find out what the courier says and in the mean time I’m out of pocket, embarrassed as the recipient now knows about their surprise because I had to ask them if they could check everywhere . Will never use again!

Ordered from this company for my sisters birthday. When she received the delivery, she sent me a picture, I was so embarrassed as the flowers looked like a £5 bunch from the supermarket. When I complained customer service asked for stem number and pictures, as the website states that there are 15 stems in the bouquet and my sister received 15 stems, they said there is nothing they can do. Save your money and the embarrassment do not order from this company! I will be speaking to the bank for a charge back as item received was not the same as what I ordered .
