Totally disappointed and quite embarrassed to have sent a friend who is having a very hard time at the moment, this very poor excuse for a bouquet of flowers. The website examples look quite magnificent, what arrives couldn’t be further from the truth. The ironically named ‘customer delight team’ are anything but! They don’t give two hoots and are not in the least bit interested in your dissatisfaction. My recommendation to you is never ever use them.

Avoid them like covid. Despite ordering the flowers 2 days in advance, the flowers were to arrive a day late. There is no contact email, phone number which was quite telling, they’re policy (so they reckon) is that its not important that your flowers/ gift doesn’t arrive on the day you book, there’s no refund. Avoid!

The Flowers we received were poor quality for the amount of money spent. It was such a disappointment and i will not choose this florist again. The arrangement does not resemble the one advertised on the website as you can see by the pictures. This was for a bereavement and i was asked to wait 5 days to then take photos of flowers. How ridiculous? when the recipient is grieving. The last thing she would be waiting to do is take photos of her flowers. I am utterly shocked at their response to my comments and of what was delivered. Very poor customer service indeed

Looked nothing like the picture on the website. Fewer flowers and poorer quality. Very poor value. Supermarket quality and value is far superior.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sick mum 2 days ago as this company advertised same day delivery. I ordered online as I live in Australia. Shortly after they received the order they sent an email saying they could not deliver that day and would tomorrow be ok. I said yes. At 1 pm the following day I had heard nothing and contacted them by email as you can’t phone them!!! They responded that they would return to me once they heard from their partner flower deliverer. I contacted them hourly for the next few hours and they had still not received an update. Some partnership! I have awoken this morning to an email saying that the flowers could not be delivered on the second day after ordering them and would the third day after ordering be ok!!!! They also offered a refund which I readily accepted. This company have no integrity and do not follow through with what they advertise on their website. I would look elsewhere for flowers to save the headache and disappointment!

Please do not use Serenata flowers UK. I ordered a spray for my mums birthday...terrible! 13 tiny stems. Now here's the thing....their customer service is dreadful...they asked for a photo then came back and said was OK. No apology or anything.no redress. I and all my friends will never use them again. Very short sighted of them I feel because if they loose all their customers they won't have a business. Just look at their reviews and make you're own mind up.

What went wrong??? Everything went wrong! Not only were the flowers I ordered 3 days late! The glass vase was broken and the flowers had wilted!! How embarrassing and upsetting not only to the recipient but for me. To make matters worse by enquiry regarding the missing flower delivery was not answered. I would definitely not recommend Serenata Flowers. Appalling customer service and quality of the flowers and receiving a broken vase too!!! I am demanding a full refund and an apology.

Flowers ordered for standard next day delivery but never arrived. Contacted them and was given a standard email blaming covid. Asked them to cancel and issue a refund. Again a standard email hiding behind ts and Cs suggesting they are used to letting customers down

On Thursday i ordered what i thought was a stunning bouquet of flowers to be delivered the following day for my mum's 60th birthday. When the flowers (if you can call them that) were delivered i was absolutely disgusted with what was delivered. In the image on their website it shows a beautiful bouquet of white/cream flowers, perfect for a special occasion, but what was actually delivered was a bouquet with 70% foliage and a very small amount of flowers. I totally understand that bouquets have some foliage in them but the amount we got was ridiculous ! When i contacted customer services i was told that this was in fact the bouquet i ordered. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

I ordered flowers on Tuesday 22nd for delivery on 23rd June 2021. It is Saturday 26th June today and my relative has still not received it! Customer contact is terrible! I am still waiting for my issue to be solved. Please don’t order from this company.

Ordered £50 flowers and a £10 vase, they delivered the flowers which weren't in the best condition and forgot to send the Vase meaning the flowers got wasted anyway. Spoke to support who said they can't send the vase out seperately so would refund me the cost of the vase for the inconvenience (even though it wasn't delivered) - There support team has been terrible, they haven't acknowledged any of the issues I raised and have simply said they can't help me. I would not shop here again or recommend it to anyone else, there are plenty of other places that do it better and have a much better response to issues.

Ordered flowers for my 94 year old friend for her birthday, I got an email saying it would delivered that day and did not turn up, no good the day after, will not cancel order and return my money. Very disappointed in service. Just heard my friends neice used the same company and hers not delivered.

Purchased their Scarlet Pimpernell bunch as my partner loves Lily flowers. Their photo shows 3 Lily Heads but what you actually get is only 1. Contacted their Customer Service which was a complete waste of time. I will not be a returning customer and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Extremely poor service, delivery not even attempted on agreed date and using excuses as to why it wasn't delivered. Please use another provider for delivery. Would not recommend.

Do not use this company, terrible customer service. Flowers delivered a day late, even though I paid for overnight delivery, and when I complains they blamed it on Covid. Flowers that eventually arrived looked absolutely nothing like the ones on the website, hardly any stems and the flowers looked old and poor quality. When I complained and sent a photo they basically said the photo looked fine to them and offered no apology. Shocking service

What turned up is nothing like the photo This is mis description, they said read how many stems you are getting but it does not show on the mobile site. These were a thank you to my daughter in law who helped me to organise my husbands funeral, it was a thank you to someone, I wish I had bought them in sainsbury myself they would been much better. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY ITS DISGRACEFUL

Flowers ordered for my daughters 50th birthday. Didn’t arrive. Contacted them (which is not easy) and said next day delivery sometimes didn’t work due to covid. I ordered on the Sunday for a Tuesday delivery. They eventually came the following afternoon. They were the orchid stems and were all squashed together. Will never use this company again

Ordered the Sapphire Galaxy bouquet and received plain tulips for my wife on our anniversary, some of which died after only a day or two. Have emailed customer service with my order number and not received a reply. Also requested them to resend the correct ones using their automated system and these weren't received either. Poor service.

I am disguisted with this company. I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday to arrive on the morning before we went out. I bought this most expensive bunch and paid for the guaranteed delivery. The flowers did not show up so i contacted support. Did not get an apology but an excuse blaming covid on late deliveries that could take up to 48 hours extra. If you can't deliver for occassions then you're in the wrong business as flowers are heavily occassion led. I got an offer of the late delivery cost, however we are not able to receive these flowers as they did not arrive at the time i paid for and was guaranteed. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible attitude. Can't comment on the flowers as I never received them on time. Thanks for ruining my girlfriends birthday you bunch of amateurs.

I ordered some flowers for a friend coming out of hospital as a nice surprise to cheer her up. I was led to believe I was buying a beautiful bouquet. The purchase process even asked me about delivery instructions. What was actually delivered was a flat pack bunch of flowers posted through the letterbox. I complained and initially Serenata Flowers failed to address my specific concerns. Finally, they admitted to causing confusion but offered nothing beyond an apology. Kinda takes the wind out of the sail when you want to treat someone to a lovely surprise. My advice, look elsewhere. Terrible product and terrible company to deal with.
