Shocking bouquet for £40 (£51 with delivery and card) m, looked like it was done by a child ,costumer service is disappointing, apparently nothing wrong with that bouquet, even with the missing lilies and funeral style greenery..🤮

Worst “florist” ever Flowers ordered for delivery on a specific date. Didn’t arrive. Recipient was only at the property until the specific date and then away for weeks thereafter. Clowns delivered them at a later date to a neighbouring property, despite me specifically selecting the ‘do not deliver to neighbour’ option. Now they refuse to have the courier collect and return the flowers to them. Recipient is now miles away in another city and cannot retrieve the delivery. I am out of pocket for over £40 for something the recipient will never receive. Whole bunch of excuses from them but refusing to refund. Making a claim through my credit card company. Absolutely DO NOT order from these liars and cheats.

A terrible customer service and packaging!! On delivery the cardboard box was completely broken, both the sides and the top. Items were damaged inside, - the chocolates' seal was opened (an issue as to whether they'd been tampered with) and a birthday card with a personal message from my husband wasn't inside. The items had no protection inside the box and the heavy chocolates would have moved around, breaking some of the flowers. When complaining to Serenata, all we received was a 'goodwill' gesture (emphasised by the company) of reimbursing the money for the missing card! The total order was nearly £50! Although photographs had been sent, there was no mention from customer services of the condition of the box or the items inside on receipt. A terrible response from a company that claims it has a first class service for occasions.

Can't deliver on the day of the occasion, still blaming Covid 12 months later. Customer service appalling, cannot provide updates just excuses.

Appalling service. Avoid at all costs. Ordered flowers on a Tuesday, to be delivered in the Saturday but they didn’t arrive. Spoke with customer service and they said I need to allow 48hours after my selected day for delivery.... Still haven’t arrived and it’s now 72 hours. Like many companies, they are blaming the pandemic for a bad service. Avoid.

The vase was smashed, the flowers were dead, there was half the flowers on the advertisement, customer service have been quick and helpful. They were so so so poor - I wish I had read the reviews first

Avoid avoid avoid! Take your money but don’t fulfil the order. Leave it to the customer to check if the order has been delivered and then take 3 days to agree you are telling the truth during which time they miss the occasion for the gift in the first place. Computer says no quality of customer service’s only resolution available was to redo the order ‘at no extra charge’! Exactly why there could possibly be any extra charge for not fulfilling an order in the first place is just incredulous. Believe all the negative reviews here, they are absolutely correct.

THIS REVIEW DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR I bought 3 bouquets of expensive flowers and they arrived DEAD. Congratulations to the photograph though who does a professional job at making those flowers look stunning though... Many people like me fell for it!!!! £107 was a lot of money spent to Serenata for dead flowers!!!

This company is not anywhere near the quality of inter flora and definitely have extremely bad customer service using Covid as an excuse for non delivery. It is not my concern that they deliver 98% on time it is my order that suffered because of their poor logistics. As Seranata have not completed the delivery regardless of the terms and conditions quoted, my request for a refund was not unreasonable. I also highly recommend staying away from these cowboys, if I could rate them zero I would!

I received the most incredible bouquet called Felicity from Serenata flowers. The flowers arrived fresh, on-time and pre-arranged. They are as beautiful if not more so than on the image on the Serenataflowers website.

I chose a delivery date like you do with flowers, as that’s the point of sending them, and they haven’t arrived for my friends 50th Birthday, I’ve been told I have to give them 48 hours, sorry!!!!!! you have totally missed the reason people send flowers, and they blamed Covid when M&S, Moonpig and Interflora have ALL delivered on time for me in the last 3 months!!! Never again, I’d advise everyone not to use tgem if you want them delivered on a “special day” as they haven’t quite worked out the point of sending flowers, even though they are a flipping florist 😡😡😡😡

I have used serenata several times before without problems. Unfortunately I Placed 2 orders last week 1 on 22nd and the other on 25th both to be delivered on 26th march as it was my mum's 100 birthday. Unfortunately both of them didn't arrive till 27th which caused a lot of stress. Quite disappointed this time. The flowers were nice as per photos sent to me

Delivery was on time, the flowers were awful, broken and squashed. Complained, they needed photos and were very missunderstanding. They made it sound as though it was my fault. Offered 15% off the price which was an insult. Never again Serenata.

Received a bouquet from a friend as a surprise to cheer me up and whilst the thought was lovely I was disappointed by the quality of the flowers, they were already turning brown and if I had picked these up in a shop i would have put them straight back.

Absolutely terrible experience and I would never recommend these people. We lost my grandpa last week and I sent flowers to my mum. I chose a £50 option to make an extra effort to make her feel loved and hopefully bring a little bit of sunshine to her. What arrived was NOTHING like the advertised photo, there were about half the amount of flowers, they were all wilted and some dead, there was no water in the bottom part, it was bone dry. I chose a sympathy card so they would have known I was sending them because of a family loss, yet still, they sent half-dead flowers that were nothing like what they advertise (total mis-selling and ripping off customers). And to think I was about to order the same for another family member too. I followed up with customer service. Instead of doing something remarkable to fix this and retain me as a customer, they said they will re-send them and "no additional cost to me" and made it sound like they were doing me a favour by offering this! I told them the damage has already been done and my mum is very upset. They said, in that case, they will also give me a 10% off voucher for a future purchase, that they are already going above and beyond, and that's all they are prepared to do! I was speechless! Clearly, they are just an agent or search engine, they aren't a florist and most definitely don't have any experience in the customer service area. I highly recommend staying away from these cowboys. Don't be misled by their great photos or you'll get ripped off. I never write reviews, but I took the time to share this so others don't make the same mistake I did. If I could rate them zero I would!

Ordered a wreath for a family members funeral, I specified the time of the funeral, they did not arrive, given the option I would not even rate them 1 star, an absolutely appalling service

Would give no stars if I could. My order for a friend’s 30th birthday was three days late, the flowers were turning brown and there was no card as per the delivery instructions. It took a week to follow up with repeated emails and nothing was done about the issues. Absolutely appalling customer service, I would never order from here again and would hate for anyone else to make the same mistake.

Flowers sent by son died within days. Dreadful Customer Service when I complained despite having used Serenata for the last year. Escalated to Customer Delight Team who advised replacement delivery for today. Delivery showing on tracing as out for delivery at 7:30 then message saying they were unable to deliver.
