I signed up for the website, but it told me to invest right away. I made some investments, and after a few trades, they introduced me to a woman named Michelle. I wanted to close my account, but he told me I had to pay $500 to get my money back. Completely fraudulent; take away: Never trust any advertisements you see. Do your homework before losing money. T O N E L I M I T E D assisted me in getting my money back from them, and if you happen to lose any too and would like to get it back, they are among the few reliable

What seemed like the perfect platform for investing was actually a massive scam.Electra Bernard, my "financial adviser," was really helpful and communicated well right up until the last minute. But as it turned out, this was dangerous conduct. She communicated with me on a daily basis for more than four months!She appeared to be successful, but she actually "made" a good amount of money by trading. Worconsultd on Google helped me get my money back, and for that I am glad. She sent me an email with "documents" when I asked for the withdrawal, asking for a £90k "Liability check reverse payment" to be sent to a Bitcoin address in order to collect my earnings. It was a fraud.

Terrible online delivery experience. I always provide my full address including door number. They always manage to not put the full address on the package which then causes problems with the delivery services here and delay in shipping. Nothing changes despite so much feedback on this from customers

I would be more than happy to assist,I had similar experience, This scams keeps growing with no ending in sight, We hope this stops and the authorities get more grip on things, I have been scammed severally but I was able to get my funds back after weeks of consultations from Authstag made a lot of things easier for me to figure out..

Never trust the positive ratings—they are all part of a scam. They are just robbing you of your money. If you give them any money, I can guarantee you that you won't see it again. After that, I looked up Authstag and contacted their staff. They looked into it, and their company returned my money along with my profit.

The Mango Flagship store has Bed bugs that’s the 5th Ave store in NY for those of you that don’t know. The issue has been relayed to management, and they are doing nothing about it. It’s sad that they hit the $13 million dollar mark this December 2023 and you refuse to address the issue.

When I tell you that these people are thieves, please pay attention! They are merely robbing you of your money. I can assure you that if you give them money, you won't see it again. Never trust the positive ratings, they are all part of a hoax. After that, I looked up C O N C E P T S T R D on Google and got in touch with their employees, who look into it and there company got my money back along with my profit. I would like to thank C O N C E P T S T R D for their prompt response.

worst customer service!!! I order before black Friday, most of the items didn't fit, I had to pay $35 for returned items because they cover shipping costs. I placed order for the same items, paid more, and one of them came defective, I have to send it back, pay shipping so they can give me back a refund for shipping and send me a new one, that's after 5 phone calls, and 5 emails, half of them going unanswered, these people are unbelievable! I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

Mango is not gonna make it in the US. They are scammers the customer service just sends you in circles and they don’t take care of you. I try to exchange some boots that ran way too large for a smaller size and they wouldn’t do it. They don’t give you a phone number to call and talk to anyone they want you to email and then their emails don’t go through. They are just trying to make a quick buck and run.

I've been ordering for many years from the Mango outlet. The last couple of years they switched couriers from DHL to Geniki Taxydromiki(Greece) and that was it. Delivery delays (up to one month) and not a single one delivered to my home. I had to collect the orders myself from their delivery points. For my last order, they completely messed up. After 20 days without any update on the tracking number and without any contact from the courier company, I saw that my order was labeled as 'returned'. I tried to contact Mango via phone without any luck. I tried their contact form and all I got was a delayed irrelevant reply saying I should try finding the items I ordered and pay for a new shipment. I couldn't even reply to that awful email. After posting on Mango's FB page, I managed to get in touch with someone who at first told me that my order was refunded(this wasn't the issue) and later on they just dodged the issue by using automated responses. Awful customer service and overall approach. After nearly a month, I don't have what I ordered and I am frustrated that their response was 'thank you for your feedback'.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering online. Admittedly it was UK delivery firm, Evri, that messed up (twice) but getting a refund is like blood from a stone. I'm promised a refund (again) but have no idea when it will turn up. And they are useless at providing information. Don't bother with the online chat, or the main phone for that matter as both are designed to block you - my rage is still subsiding. I would urge everyone to step away from Mango.com. Really don't know how they manage to be so bad. Would give minus stars if possible. I'm trying to fill in the boxes below but should leave them all blank as there's no option for 'never turned up' or 'I used all methods of communication' because I had to in order to raise a response.

I purchased 5 items on Mango.com for the specific purpose of receiving them prior to leaving for Europe on a 2-week trip. My flight leaves December 12th. I bought my items on November 26th, thinking almost 3 weeks would be a substantial amount of time. It is now the 8th of December and they haven't even left the warehouse in Barcelona, Spain yet. I live in Canada... Not only that, but 2 of my items have been refunded and were suddenly 'unavailable' AFTER I had bought them. I was told over the phone "some items are no longer available and given to other customers after purchase". Excuse me? If a customer has PAID for items which are clearly still in stock, they should not simply be given to other customers at random. I will never be buying from Mango again. Such slimy methods of money-making to just give away paid-for clothing to others after they've already been bought. Disappointed and upset that now a package requiring a signature won't be possible seeing as I will be in another continent. What am I supposed to do now...? Unbelievable

Will never make the mistake of ordering online again!! Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still shows ready for dispatch. Allowed the full 10 working days before contacting to chase delivery and all they can say is the order should dispatch very soon. They cannot confirm when, or what delivery service will be used and will not escalate my complaint to a manager.

My first time to shop at Mango store in Brea on Nov 30, 2023 around 3-4 pm. After I chose the items I liked, the lady was about to ring me when she said she has to entertain the lady behind me. It was just 1 person. So, I let the customer go before me. Then the cashier entertained the rest that followed. I stood up when it was clear. Then she asked “are you ready?”. I dont want this to be a race issue, but I think she let other people go before me because I was “different”. After she was done helping me, I said “thank you” but I never got a “thank you” back. I will never shop at Mango again. It was an awful feeling to be singled out.

Mango sent the wrong size of pants 2 times and instead of exchanging for the correct pair like I requested they ended refunding the order and then tried to encourage me to reorder for the 3rd time. The quality of the jeans I did receive was lower quality than Zara or Abercrombie and other comparable clothing companies. Their customer service is not helpful nor able to resolve any issues. I would stay away and shop at other stores

I order boots, they send me one boot. When I take them back they refund me 37 KM and I paid 50 and paid 12 for DHL to take back that one boot. Never again, so unproffesional

1. Keep sending me the defective items at least twice. I bought a boots on mango outlet for the first time and found out it's defective when I received it and returned it back and bought the same product just thinking that's faster and to avoid long waiting time and in case it's backordered. But when I received the item for the second time, it's still defective!!! 2. Bad return policy, mango has the worst return policy that i've ever seen. from their website, only asking you to fill out the return form to clarify the return reason, so I did that for the defective items I received, paid for the shipping cost, which is supposed to be refunded when they received the item. Later on I was told that the shipping costs can be refund only if you communicate with them via email with pictures, even you call them mentioned that's defective items and make it really clear in the return form they required, it doesn't work. 3. Rude and worst customer service ever. the agent keep telling me that's the company's protocol and refuse me to talk to manager/supervise and hang up my phone when I'm not finishing my call.
