Awful time trying to get a refund from this company. I contacted the company early regarding a change of address and was assured that the package in route would be returned to the warehouse. The package was not returned as promised -- it was delivered and Mango then refused to refund me for my order.

its a scam site mango, do not buy they give me a fake tracking link no answer for my email. omg i lost 90$

Shocking customer service. I returned items (fortunately by next day guaranteed but not cheap!!) but was not refunded my money. When I contacted them 6 weeks later they said they hadn't received my returns and I should contact Royal Mail. Royal Mail were able to give me an exact time the parcel had been delivered and I then had to email this info plus a photo of my proof of posting to Mango. My money was then refunded. I tried to take the name of the woman I spoke to on the phone but she refused to tell me. I had to try many times to get through on the phone... a series of messages and then the line cutting out. I did get my money back but it was very time consuming. Would absolutely not recommend.

I asked all family to buy me vouchers for bday so after lockdown I could treat myself!!! Only to be told you can only use 1 voucher in a transaction!! Example 3 separate vouchers total £160 1 coat costing £160 NO you cannot use them So be careful don’t get caught out like I did SHAME ON YOU mango

You will lose your order, your money and your time chasing both. My order went missing and I emailed many times, no response. I also phoned but the phone system is a joke - you get an automated answer which tells you contradictory things (on one call, "your order is on its way and will be with you shortly" and on the next "there is no order"). You never get to speak to a human - you are told to hold, but the call is just cut off.

The worst customer support ever. I can probably forget my 40 euro refund. Not to speak to send the parcel back by email.

I purchased an item back at the end of Nov 2020. We then went into lockdown, requested a return without realising they are only offering 60 days return policy. The item is sitting in the box unworn, with the label on. Waste of money. They won’t even do a return on this product as it’s past 60 days. I left it to one side thinking will return in store. Then this guy on the phone started saying it’s-past 60days that I know. My question to mango : Is it my fault your stores are close and I can’t return an item. If other retail places are offering extended return policy of up-to 100 days or even longer once shops have opened this year. Terrible customer services, waste of money. Don’t order from these guys. This is not the first time I have experienced such customer services with mango. All branches in London are the same. Horrible service.

Terrible service The company is using the cheapest shipment options and does not take any responsibility for delays which may be unlimited. They refuse to start refund process even if an order was not delivered within the estimated delivery time. Representatives are wasting customers' time simulating help and are not able to resolve any issue. They also refuse to connect you to a manager saying that there are no managers in the company. The representative told me that they will start the refund process when they receive the order back. It is hard to return what you have not received though.

I bought a coat , when received was too big I proceed the return and I was not allerted by the forwarded ( despite they should as use me) the date of pick up thanks god I was home After this I got one mail saying that between 4 and 12 day I would have a communication on my refund Very unacceptable service All your competitors are more quick and they stay closer to the customers I had no other message from you and now after 10 days I’m really upset Ver very bad This is the Last time I will be your customer You should give more info to your customers and overall be quick

Item never arrived. Very disappointed. Shipping says 3-5 days for west coast. A month later, still no delivery. Tracking is a dead link. After reading reviews, sounds like I’m not the only one and this company is bad.

I have paid one fairly expensive item on Mango website (the transaction was confirmed by my bank and by notification on the Mango website), but by checking my order status I have leart that my order does not exist at all. Requests for clarifications placed on their website stay without reply. Pitty that I can not place this feedback on the Mango website to warn people on absolutelly not acceptable attitude of this Mango internet shopping

Tried to order from Jersey but said ‘review your postcode’ so assume they don’t send here. Emailed them to check and can’t get a reply. Just an automated message. Useless.

Love their clothes, although very overpriced for what you get and the sizes are bigger than what you expect. I can forgive all these things but their delivery...my goodness, sure does take a VERY long time. Also when you query, they don't resolve anything, rather they shift the blame on their courier and get back to you when its shipped. It really shouldn't be taking longer than a week in my opinion. Website is also really bad, really needs refreshing in terms of updating when new items come in...I end up finding so many new things in the individual categories than the new in category. Another thing they need to sort out is the delivery info as it doesn't allow you to track your order!

They refuse to refund me only because I do not have the bank account in the country of purchase. I explained them that I am an international student here and only have the bank account in my home country. They even do not suggest alternative ways of refund (such as giving me a voucher of the amount of refund etc). I am actually furious and disappointing. The worst and the most awful online store and service I have ever received. Will never return.

I recieved two pairs of shoes/boots as ordered on line which arrived promptly and well packaged. Sadly the shoes did not fit even though I have purchased many pairs of shows from Mango in that size previously. I returned the items promptly, however I was advised that as the shoes were not damaged or faulty i will not be receiving a refund for the £8.99 postage that I paid. During COVID 19 times, I would of expected Mango to be more flexible and I feel disappointed as a frequent and loyal customer. You have lost my custom and I feel unhappy with your customer service and returns policy

Being a jumpsuit bunny Mango is the place to get such an item although they are pretty expensive but good design and feel so every now and then I pay a visit to the Oxford Street store although not too keen on the cold and warehouse like feel of the inside of the shop :(

No refund, avoid purchasing from Mango I used to like the brand and I ordered a dress. The dress arrived in a very poor condition, they didn't even bother to fold it before sending it. Without trying it, I sent it back on May 15 and since then I have been waiting for my refund. I have contacted customer service several times -emails and calls-, sent them proofs but nothing happened, no updates from them. Never ordering again, it’s a waste of time and money.

Gosh, this was truly the worst experience I have ever had. I’ve had better experiences with companies shipping in from China like SHEIN and ZAFUL. Mango got my address wrong when passing it on to the delivery company, even though it’s correct on my profile. They also don’t give you ANY updates and it’s impossible to contact customer services. Fuming
