“Disgraceful customer service - return generated 9 Sept - today 17 Nov – I’m still waiting for the pick up.
The delivery time for my order is a disgrace.
We originally placed the order for the furniture on 2021-04-24. It EVENTUALLY shipped 2021-08-26 and we received it 2021-09-06. When we received the order, it looked like the product had already been used, there were liquid marks (cup stains?) and indentations in the tables.
On the 9 September we raised an incident and generated a return. It's been almost three months since we requested the Sklum courier company to pick it up and it hasn’t been picked up. I have called the Sklum customer service on 13, 14, 15, 20 October and 11 November. Each time the customer service person tells me they have tried to contact the courier GEFCO and that they'll call me back - they never do. Today it is 17 November and it still has not been picked up nor have I heard from Sklum customer service.”
“Awful, terrible, a bad joke. Waiting for delivery for one month, apparently the material is damaged, the logistical company won't send it my way. I tried to get a refund, which is still processing.
I am starting to think that the SKLUM team - and associated logistic company - don't communicate via mail just to not leave clues of their failure of a system.
Why does this company still exist? Can somebody tell me, after reading these reviews?”
“Their logistics is awful , much delay and articles lost. I had to call and email so many times... And still no product and then it is a struggle to get any refund. Never had so many issues with any furniture company.”

I have posted before – but I will post again – as this is still not resolved from MAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am starting to think this company is a scam.
Ordered a childrens bed in May.
My childs first bed, an important purchase for him.
Turned up, couldn't make straight away as decorating room.
But when we did – we noticed 2 legs were incorrect parts.
They said end of July to turn up – as out of stock.
Got a dispatch note in August, still no legs.
Was made to wait a month before querying.
Turns out it was a logistical error from Spain.
The legs should go out next week.
This was on the 3rd September.
Still heard nothing.
They have since offered me 10% off my next purchase!
Come on Sklum, if you can't sort this out within 5 months, you shouldn't be operating as a furniture company.
I would appreciate a phone call tomorrow.

We ordered a bench and after waiting 10 weeks it was delayed a further 2 weeks.
We were on holiday so our neighbours took delivery. On our return we noticed the workmanship was terrible and the laminate was in wry bad condition all around the top. Despite various attempts to reason with Sklum, their position was that because we didn’t notify them with 48hrs it was non refundable and our problem. This is despite the delivery being delayed beyond the agreed date, meaning we were on holiday.
It was an altogether terrible experience and would advise anybody considering a purchase to look elsewhere.”
“Terrible service. I bought vases, for a month the paint peeled off the green glass, SCLUM was told that this was not a reason to return the money under warranty. Well, yes, the poor quality of the goods, this is certainly not a reason 😂👌🏻! I will never buy anything else there!”

Hace más de dos semanas hice la compra de un Sofá que indicaba sería entregado entre 48-72 horas después, en el que además hice uso de un código de descuento HOLIDAYS10.
Al realizar el pago, no recibí ningún tipo de confirmación y al comunicarme con ellos (después mil intentos de escribir al chat que no responden y llamar al teléfono que no contestan), me piden que mande la muestra de mi pago que fue descontado de mi tarjeta. Dos días despues de enviar dicho email, no tenia respuesta así que tuve que de nuevo intentar comunicarme con ellos para verificar que pasaba. Me contestan el teléfono y me dicen que el departamento administrativo me enviará la confirmación en dos días. Siete días despues de dicha respuesta,me comunico de nuevo porque no tengo noticias y de nuevo me dicen que en un plazo de 24 horas tendré mi confirmación, cosa que tampoco sucedió y tuve que llamar una vez más. Finalmente el miércoles de la semana pasada logro que me envíen la dichosa confirmación. (PEDIDO LMAOSDREL)
Escribo ayer, Lunes, para verificar el estado de mi pedido porque ya se superaron las 72 horas estipuladas para el envío y ahora me dicen que el pago está mal y debo transferirles 24 euros más! Les envío el desglose de mi pago y un día despues nadie me contesta mis emails. No tengo sofá ni el reintegro de mi dinero.
De lejos la peor experiencia que he tenido comprando en linea! De no creer!”
“En la pagina indican stock disponible en 48/72 horas, una vez realizado el pedido y hablado con el soporte indican que hay un problema y no se puede enviar con plazo indeterminado. Tras solicitar la cantidad retienen el dinero y no realizan la devolución”
“I just need to tell everybody reading this review, if you are thinking to buy from this website, think twice. Not only the delivery was late, but the product that was shipped was not what I had ordered and this is just the beginning. If you want to claim the return in order to get the right item you would have to go through a painful form on which you will be required to send pictures of the incorrect item. In my case I would not need to unpack the product since you can tell from the very first sight that it is not what I ordered (size, name on the label don't match). You still need to open the freight( or parcel ) and make pictures of it, make pictures of the packaging, shipping label and delivery note and upload them all. Then you will have to wait 14 working days in order to get just an aswer not even a refund or someone who will organize the pic up of the wrong item, if you reach the customer service they are absolutely overwhelmed (no wonder) with requests, therefore in a bad mood, but most importantly entirely hopeless and not solving anyting. They will just tell you to wait. Long story short I ordered a dinning table 2 months ago, so far the wrong table is still sitting at my place and my money is gone with no light at the end of the tunnel that I might get a refund. If you can spare yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.”
“Worse delivery that I had in my life.
Start with the fact that the delivery man didn't want to carry our new sofa to the flat and we had to carry it!.
The worse part is that the delivery man throw away 2x2M wood pallets (like in a construction site) Infront of our building door because "he didn't had a room for it"
Sklum admitted that the delivery man made a mistake, but they will not do anything about it.
Long story short, if you are looking for additional sport and extra construction materials, order from Sklum.”

“I ordered a table 6 months ago. It should come into 2-3 months. Every month it becomes later and later. After arguing the table came 6 months later! The deliverer was another argue. He did not ring at all to my house!! After building the table I saw a crack in the table and called them because I did not have the original packaging, they cannot help me. I payed 400€ for my order! Commande pour 450€passé le 27 décembre sur leur site (l'un des produits était annoncé en livraison pour le 17/3). 3 autres produits ajoutés à la commande le 3/3, 197€, paiement par virement bancaire. Aucune nouvelle depuis. Le numéro du Service Client ne répond JAMAIS. J'ai utilisé tous les moyens de communication sur les rrss, ils me disent que le virement de 197€ n'a pas été fait. Je leur envoie le justificatif de la banque et depuis... Silence radio... 650€ depensés chez eux, RIEN n'a été livré !!!! Gros ARNAQUE. Par contre, ils explosent ma boîte mail avec de la pub quasiment tous les jours!!!😤😤😤”
“Placed an order 3 months ago. No goods, just excuses, out of stock, Covid ,Brexit, carriers tracking not working. Can't do Chat as it's not available out of office hours (11am - really!) Phone dead, emails not responded to. I would strongly advise any one contemplating buying from them not to.”
