I order two times - and two times they sent DAMAGED PRODUCTS! first time i fixed the table myself and didn't file the complain.
The second time I ordered a bar chain which mechanism was damaged and it wasn't working!!
When i went to request for a return - their site and "service" were not allowing me to upload the pics of the damaged mechanism of the chair - thus, not allowing me to finalise my complain and return! it's an endless circle of buying damaged products from them and then not allowing for file for a return and not returning the money! They are really the worst shop i've ever experienced. NEVER EVER AGAIN I'LL ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!”

“Ordered three kitchen stools all were damaged, only way to get refund was to send them back and pay shipping myself, due to being based in mainland Europe the cost to send from the UK was equal to the refund. No replies from customer service, despite multiple attempts and photographic evidence. AVOID!!”
“Insane level of service, never again.
- Ordered for 1200+ (order id: RYYNOYIDM ), gets a free delivery - nice.
- Sklum splitted an order into two deliveries, the first - right away, the second - one month later. It was ok since we knew of limited availability.
- The first delivery took a week, at the same time they promised to make it 3-4 days. We've got zero notifications on possible late.
- After month of waiting I've got email that my second shipment is postponed for 4 months (!!!). Still not a single call or email questioning if this option is suitable for me. Yeah, just took my money and will deliver something in a half of the year.
- I reached out to them, asked for cancelation of this postponed part of the order and money refund, asked also whether it will be a subject of any charges, they said "no". But 2 days later I got email that they charged me with a delivery payment, as the order became less than 1200.
- More than a month passed - still no money. During this time I reached out to support 3 times, every time they said nothing but "we will try to speed it up" (I bet it means that they don't give a fuck), last time they said "oops, there was a mistake, we actually didnt make it, but now we did", it was yesterday, still waiting for my money.”
“They sent me a broken sun bed with pieces missing and refused to replace it or take it back. They told me that it had taken me 5 days to let them know, and their policy is 48 hours. I explained that the law protects the consumer and that I actually had far more time to notify them, but they didn't care. What they do is illegal and immoral. Do not buy from them. Disgraceful.”

After a serious delay, we received last week our locker. Last weekend we opened the box and concluded that there were several dents in the metal.
We noticed this to Klum and get the answer that they are sorry but we had to mention this within 48 hours that's why they cannot help us further.
It's really a shame and that's why I advise everyone to do no business with this company. BAD SERVICE!!!”

“I received my item on the 23rd of February and upon opening the box (which was not damaged) I quickly noticed the chair was broken in a few places. Within 3 hours I contacted SKLUM looking for a refund. They said they couldn’t refund because delivery was made on 14th of February and that I missed the 48 hour deadline. I contacted the delivery provider and they sent an email confirming delivery was on 23rd of February. I got another email saying sorry delivery was made on 16th of February so they can’t help. They completely ignored the email confirming delivery was on 23rd of February by the delivery agents. They have given inconsistencies in the dates and are ignoring my evidence that delivery was made on 23rd. Furthermore, it was impossible for delivery to be on 14 or 16th because I was out of the country and only returned on 21st of February.
SKLUM is in breach of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 as well as the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Be very careful with this supplier. I will be lodging formal complaints to get this addressed but it is shocking how they are responding.”
“I ordered 6 items from SKLUM and only received 5. At first I didn't complain as I just thought that the 6th item would arrive a little later. When nothing happened, I contacted customer service. They said I had to upload pictures of the photos I received (which I did), as well as pictures of the shipping boxes. I din't save the boxes, so now they're saying that I cannot proof not to having received the missing item. Which is why I won't get my money back or receive my product after all. I wouldn't recommend anybody to shop at SKLUM - I lost nearly 300€ and never received the 6th item.

“Dhel cushion SKLUM
I bought 4 Dhel cushions with them, git it almost over 2 months and it should take 25 days. One of the cushion was damaged fabric and all 4 smelling old stuff. I contacted SKLUM, send all pictures requested with original boxes, them they asked to send pictures with the cushions inside the boxes, what I did. After that I got an email saying some company should contact me from 10 days later to arrange the collection. Already passed 7 days from the the day that the company should contact me and I didn't hear from them. Now I am still waiting for a phone call from a company to arrange this collection, that can takes another while, after that I need to wait at least another month to get my money back.
If you want my advice, stay away from a company like that, the processes it is very slow, the customer service doesn't help with anything, just basics emails saying that they are checking, but no solutions.
Very disappointed and frustrated with the product and SKLUM.”

“I bought a 3 seater green linen sofa bed, armrest was insecure, which was annoying, but I didn't think to return it just for that. Then a leg broke, which was too much. This is with one persons use, not three it's rated number, and never used as a bed.
I was past the 30 day review period when I got in touch. about 40 days in.
I dealt with two people, the first asked for a couple videos of the issues, accepted them and said Sklum would send out a replacement sofa, ASAP, and I can dispose of the original. Disposing of the original gave me pause for thought, it would be a challenge, but I figured, I could manage it. At least however i would have something to sit on again ASAP.
The second correspondence, said that I had to return it, and that it had to be in original packaging.
It took a long time to clarify what was acceptable packaging and how to do that.
This was blamed on the logistics company but really seemed like they were trying everything they could to stop me from returning it.
Very unhelpful customer service I begged them for any other option other than to replace it with the same version, which is to my opinion faulty design.
If a three seater sofa bed breaks with one persons use, then I don't know how it can even work as a bed.
They refused to offer ANY other outcome, I asked for any thing other than a replacement, I accept I was past the 30 days, but I would have accepted store credit or a sofa of much lesser value.
As I didn't have the original packaging like a pallet or a sofa sized box, I had to go around to super markets to find pieces of cardboard to patch together or they would not take back the sofa.
I am nearly a month into this process and wonder when I will have something to sit on, or even get this cardboard monstrosity out of my sitting room.”
