Paid $40 for shipping on 1/12/25 to receive by 1/17. Products had not shipped by 1/15 and contacted customer service, was told it would be delivered on time and they would put a note in the order. On 1/16 at 9pm I contacted customer service again because still had not shipped. I was told I would need to contact them again on day of delivery (1/17, the next day) to discuss options. I pointed out it was due to be delivered following day and it was 9pm at night and still had not shipped so there was no way it would arrive. I was told it did not matter so I would need to contact them a 3rd time. Very frustrating and would not have ordered or paid $40 in shipping had I known it would not arrive on time and I would not be able to get the money back for the expedited shipping without contacting several times and consuming a lot of my time. Extremely frustrating, still not sure if i will get the money back, amd, the person it’s being delivered to will be leaving town so the photos may get ruined.

THE QUALITY OF SNAPFISH ORNAMENTS AND PICTURES IS VERY BAD. AND TO DEAL WITH THEM, IS ONLY VIA ONLINE CHAT, VIA A ROBOT LIKE PERSON, SO IT TAKES 30 MIN OF CHATTING TO NOT GET ANYWHERE. USE SHUTTERFLY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

If I could score a 0 I would!! Horrible experience and will never shop here again. I purchased a blanket that we never received. You can’t talk to a live person, everything is done through chat which gets disconnected and long wait times. Emails/Supervisors don’t get back to you. Tracking number given was incorrect. One month later still no explanation or delivery. Worst customer service experience ever!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been using Snapfish for over 10 years with no issues. However, this time around I had to pay $20 import fees for a $36 order. None of this was mentioned at check out. I paid as I needed my project for Christmas. The only way to contact Snapfish is through their Chat line. I got basically the same response from each person without any resolution. Finally, I insisted on escalating my issue. First supervisor admitted in writing that the wrong invoice had been sent to UPS and they would work on rectifying the issue. 3 weeks later- nothing so I sent 2 emails to this person. No response at all. Back to the chat line- same run around and excuses. Finally escalated to another supervisor. This person’s email was a carbon copy of the first email sent by first supervisor except for at the end said they had no control over import fees. So the run around continues. It is mind boggling why a big company like Snapfish would not just refund customer for their error. It is shameful and beyond frustrating that you can’t talk to someone at Snapfish and have to start from scratch every time you start a chat. Needless to say, I will NEVER be using Snapfish again. Their customer service is beyond appalling!

The shipping costs were exorbitant. I had a large order of holiday cards and also ordered a few 4x6 prints. Snapfish charged me a separate $7 shipping for those prints. I also ordered calendars and each one, they added more than $8 shipping, such that the amount for shipping was well over what actual usps shipping costs. I don’t like their tricky sales tactics. I don’t plan on buying products from snapfish again. I hope others can understand they are NOT getting a deal.

I ordered calendars and a photo album for shipment to Canada. They filled out the paperwork wrong and I had to pay as much for the shipping as I did for the order. Customer service was useless and just apologized and said they couldn't help. Can't speak to an agent in person. All support out of India. Terrible experience!!! Never again.

Bad quality and bad customer service. I designed a mug. When checking out, I put quantity 2. Upon receipt, one was good the other printed poorly. I asked for a replacement. The rep tried to tell me the image size was the issue. I explained again one was good one was bad it is not the image quality. I also included pictures. They maintained it was image size on the second which makes no sense given I designed one mug and selected 2 for the quantity. They also would not issue a refund. DO NOT recommend. Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Horrible customer service! I ordered 3 photo books and received 2 books that didn't have my family photos. After hours on chat and lied to 3 times I cancelled my order.

DO NOT BOTHER! I decided to go with them to save some money. I ordered 3 books with extra pages (all the same books). I ordered them on 12/11 and with the $30 shipping, it said my order would arrive on 12/20. It’s now 12/23 and customer service is a joke. There is NO ONE to call. You have to chat with them. When you ask to speak to someone above them, they say they will “email you and you can reply back” which takes forever. They said they will reimburse me for the entire order and refuse to overnight the order because they can’t. They keep telling me there are delays with production. I have chatted with 3 people on 3 different occasions. I was told my items would arrive in 24-48 hours all of the sudden when I said I wanted my money back. But they lie - another person just said nothing has shipped!!! So much for Christmas presents of our 1 year old for grandparents from out of town! NOT worth saving the money!!! Oh they did reimburse my shipping (I told them to put it towards overnighting my books and they said they couldn’t). Total joke and disappointment.

I have been a customer of Snapfish for 20+year. This year 2024, is the limit. I have never had so many issues. I still don't have my card/envelope order resolved after they have processed the order for the 4th time and a 3 week delay. Can't do this again.

Should tell Canadians, there will be extra charges by ups, they don’t even give usps option not to have charges, added later. Don’t mind waiting, but don’t like $20 extra charge on $20 items. Probably why I have not used in a few years, I forgot. Many more options out there.

I messed up my order and was charged 198$ instead of 63$. It took a while but they refunded me the overcharge amount. Very reputable company!

I purchased cards and metal ornaments. The cards were great, but the metal ornaments had scratches and misprints on them. I immediately contacted the company through their chat feature and was ensured new ornaments would be shipped out. It never happened and I was never refunded. There is no other way to reach this company. Buyer beware. It's a red flag when you don't see a rating directly on their site or Facebook page. Now I know why. I wasted my money and will never buy from this company again.

There is no phone number to call, only chat feature. I chatted with 3 different reps on 3 different days starting 12/19 because my order placed on 12/8 was still not created. On the first day, when they were still guaranteeing Christmas delivery, I was guaranteed 12/23 delivery. Today is Sunday 12/22 and it’s still not been processed so I don’t see how it will be delivered tomorrow. I’ve received multiple orders I’ve placed even a week later than 12/8, so this is very frustrating all of the time I’ve put into making these gifts. The best part of giving these types of items is seeing the reaction when someone opens it. This is not a shipping problem!!

The template on a photo album allowed me to place words too close to the edge. The words were cut off in the book. I had to re-order the books and they did not credit me for shipping. The books cost $5 more than the credit they issued, plus I had to pay $16 in shipping to correct their mistake. The book itself is very nice. I'm not happy with the service though.

The card I approved is not what is being printed. The text that I added was cut off. Four people looked at the card before I hit review and purchase. The text was not cut off. I spent three hours on chat yesterday, and asked them not to mail the cards. I was told by the first representative--no problem, you can edit it, and we will credit you so you can get the revised cards out. He gave me credits for less than the original order, a smaller size, and nothing for mailing which I had paid the "mail for me" charge. Then the chat disconnected. I get on with someone else, and have to go through it again, and it was cut off. This happened a third time. And then the fourth rep told me too bad, so sad, the WRONG cards are being printed and mailed. Four different people. Four different outcomes. No clear resolution. $400 spent on cards that are wrong. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

We ordered holidays cards Dec 2nd. They were completed December 6th and we had to pay for UPS shipping (e.g. no free shipping like other sites). Recently we began saying it coming 14, no the 15th no the 16th. It turns out UPS will not be delivery but by local USPS which takes longed. Very disappointed in the shipping component of Snapfish.

If I could, I would give no stars. I spent hours perfecting the layout etc of 20 identical calendars for Christmas gifts. I got to the checkout and was going to be charged $144!!! I contacted Australia Post - postage should be $20. Snapfish, in their communications to me, clearly state that their postage prices are not just on product and weight, but reflect the overall price. True meaning: they inflate postage costs to offset the huge discounts they offer on outrageous original prices (no-one is gonna design a calendar for $44.95!!!) Avoid this thieving, unethical company at all costs!!!

The website advertises a sale price but changes the price back to full price in the cart. The shipping is ridiculously high and customer services only objective it to get all your email addresses (probably to sell them) while NEVER providing any help
