I ordered something online and when i try to make an account so I can track my order it never sends the email i've tried it on different devices even and nothing works, so I don't know when my package is coming... Anyone know how to fix this?

I totally agree Sid, its sooooo frustrating, Im travelling to Ferny for a mon th and want to buy a complete set of ski gear and I can get to their site, no way to run a business.

I live in Australia and I’m travelling to Canada in a week’s time for a snowboarding and ice-climbing trip. Whenever I tried to access the website to do costings on gear I got a pop-up stating Sportchek didn’t post to my country. How the heck is one supposed to access the store if one does not live in Canada??
