“ Pathetic return policy. They don't care about the customer and their satisfaction. Bought a pillow online and got to know as soon as the box is opened the product is not returnable. If this is for "hygiene" reasons, how come Amazon accepts returns on pillows bought online??? Will not do business with Sportchek again!!!! ”
