“ I had a bad experience few days ago with Sportchek. I ordered a Nike air max shoes through online. The status of the delivery shows that delivered. Till now I didn’t get the product. I try to contacted the customer service few times. They said they are not responsible for the missing item. First time, Worst experience in online order. ”

“ We recently ordered a pair of running shoes - paid in full. Order date Nov 11. 2022. Nov 12 received message order shipped. Delivery was supposed to be 5-7 days and today is Nov 30. Sport check notified Nov 24 and still waiting. Our daughter also had trouble in November with a delivery from Soortcheck and had to call. Appears they are using a delivery service that we had never heard of. Doesn’t look good on Sportcheck!!!!! ”
