“One of the worst customer services imaginable. Ordered shoes on January 23rd, after about a week of waiting contacted customer support and asked what's going on. They said the courier lost the shoes and they will issue a refund within 21 days!! And the 21 days came and went, still no refund, tracking still saying "ready to ship" and after emailing customer support, each time they copy paste the same message saying how sorry they are and say they need 3-5 working days to receive and answer from the courier. They then promised the item will be delivered within two days, didin't deliver it, and after contacting them again, said they need 3-5 days to get an answer form the courier. It took around 15 emails and multiple web chats and over a month to get my money back, and no shoes were ever received. An absolute tragedy of a shop.”

“I just wanna testify of how he help me get access to my wife phone,text-messages,whatsapp,telegram,gmail,browsers,contact and call logs. His generosity towards client have being in better position since i hire them my doubt is cleared as they help me spy on my wife phone without any trace or physical access. “Ordered 2 pairs of trainers on the 10.1.23, received a dispatch notice the following day however they did not arrive until 13 days later ( I have tracked several times but just ended up going round in circles). When the parcel turned up they were not trainers at all but 4 random items not even from Sports Direct, contacted them straight away, was cut off from the web chat 3 times but eventually got the point across that I had not received the trainers and was asked to send all the items back for them to look into, which I did and backed this up with an email to customer services. After a week I had not heard anything from them so contacted again with the receipt for the returned parcel, the replied quickly saying the parcel was not deemed lost and they would have to replace or refund, the other pair of trainers were also out of stock so they would refund them. I choose to have the whole order refunded and waited and waited, a week later emailed back to ask where the refund was and received no reply, tried again a few days later and still not reply. The next day I get a dispatched notice for the out of stock trainers and they were delivered later that day. I emailed them back saying I had now received the out of stock trainers and needed to refund for the lost trainers ... I have never received a reply. Emailed once more saying I would give them until the end of the week to make the refund or I would contact me credit card company to get the money back, that is exactly what I have had to do and I am now waiting another month for it to be investigated. Sports direct maybe cheaper but they do not want to know when some thing goes wrong. I went direct to the manufacturer to buy the same trainers at the same price and they arrived the next day. Save your self the hassle and shop around, I will never use Sports Direct .com again.”

“What is cheating? According to Oxford dictionary, Cheat means an act of dishonesty or unfairly in order to gain advantage, also it’s Flirting with another person is not as serious as having sex outside the marriage.But you should always be sensitive to the feelings of your partner.If you can not handle this flirting behavior , you should talk about this with your partner and seriously ask him to put an end to the flirting.If he does not do that, because he somehow thinks it is his right as a man to flirt with other women(??!!), you are in serious trouble and you both need relational therapy or a hacker (to verify your claim)to get your marriage or relationship on the rails against, In this Century right now cheating is becoming so common and normal, I don’t seem to understand why we as a people have to live our life’s that way. So much heartbreaks, you meet someone you fall in love with,which was not even genuine in the first instance, like it’s a normal way of life now. People find it hard to stay committed again. “The first piece of advice I will give is for you to have a ‘clear the air’ discussion with her on how her conduct has affected you emotionally. If this does not work out as you would expect, then the next step is to spy on her and I mean to spy on her discreetly. How can you track your wife’s phone without her knowing what you are up to? “Sports direct refusing to refund for item which was never delivered! A garmin watch was ordered on 8th january and payment taken from my account on 9th January. The order was due to be sent to the local.sports direct shop in portlaoise. I contacted sports direct on 18th January to query delivery date. They replied on 19th to advise item was with the courier and if not received by 30th to get back in touch. The item did not arrive. Sports direct have since advised that the order is showing as return to sender, they don't know why it is being returned, possibly it could be damaged in transit but until it is received back to their warehouse they will not process my refund. This is unacceptable, i have not received my item. I have queried if the courier does not return my item do I not get back my money - I await that response! Customer service is appalling!”

“I enquired about an order I placed within one hour of placing the order. I placed an order for 2 products. Customer service responded on the 4 th day after I enquired. I enquired about a pick up option and not delivery as I was not given an option to pick up. The order was processed approximately 16-17 hours after I placed the order. When they contacted me on the 4th day they said they cannot do anything as it has already been dispatched. I asked them to cancel it and they said they can’t because it is already delivered. Yes it was delivered by the time they responded to my emails. They don’t have calling service and only emails. I assumed I can’t cancel because it is delivered. A part of the order was canceled by them due to less/no stock and I was still charged 19.99 for delivery of one product which I think is unfair. At no time they told me I could cancel within 14 days, I would have if they had informed me. They are misleading and have horrible service. The photo attached shows what appeared on the screen when I was placing the order. No delivery charges were shown. And I went ahead with Apple Pay and was directly charged 75 and I didn’t know why until later. Second photo is what I got after my Apple Pay.”

“£149.00 spent with sports direct in 27th Dec online and they do not send the goods or make a refund. Several emails and they are still ‘investigating’. Customer Service is shocking, no delivery of goods and just keep your money ..didn’t realise they were such a bad retailer until now..never again and I will tell as many people as possible before others place an order they will never receive”

“On 25-11-2022 i returned 2 pair of runningshoes to sports direct till today ive had more than 15 times contact with costumers service. I send proof that the goods were delivered at their warehouse. Problem is they cant find them so no refund. Ive send more then 7 times a complete historie including all my personalia and they Do Nthing With It...yust a next day message sorry can you send anything else. This is absolute the last time i ordered at SD. Even a one star is much much to high for their costumers service that dont desirve that name. They only keep you on hold. Bad vey bad experiance....”

“The product i ordered was fine, no issue with that. I will never order from Sports Direct again as the Jacket i wanted in my size was in stock so why cant they send to the shop when they have a delivery, which they have every week. I had to pay £4.99 delivery and then as it didnt fit i then had to pay £6.85 to send it back. Of course i got a refund for the item but it ended up costing me £11.84 for the priviledge of trying on a coat and sending back.”

“Ordered an e-gift card well in time for Xmas, for a relative - still not received despite contacting customer support and being promised it would be re sent, how difficult is it to send an email ( and yes they have checked spam/ junk mail and verified their email address). Would not use again or recommend”
