DO NOT BUY FROM SUPREME AUCTIONS THEY ARE RIP OFF They mislead buyers into believing the items are new by taking photos from websites - when I collected my items noticed each one had a label attached stating 'not working/burnt out/faulty - certainly not as the pictures led me to believe - when I spoke their poor customer services - they said I should have checked the items - surely they should if the boxes have labels saying faulty and sell them as spares only. I have since written to directors Mr Mark Tune and Mr Christopher Petch who offered no help or resolution. My claim has now been passed to trading standards - disgusted with the way they treat customers as per other reviews

I bought a few items from supreme auctions thinking that I was purchasing quality goods. To my surprise when I opened a box full of tech, I couldn’t believe what they had sent. Most of the items had missing parts plus there was a box with nothing in it, then there were electrical items that had missing parts (see pic) or just did not work even an item that came without a plug, how shameful, to use the name supreme in the title. I’ve also read the reviews online and everyone of them I can sympathise with this is a total scam taking peoples money and providing Shoddy goods, I’m sure Trading services should be involved and close this outfit down. There’s no way that I will be bidding for goods on this site ever again there must be something we can do as a collective to get this place shut down. I’m that disgusted that the review star should be 0 not 1?

Bought some tables, 1 turned up with no legs(not contesting this one as its a return), the other was ok but the third was supposed to be like number 2 but instead they sent different item(product number differs one imaged in the lot) and 2 boxes both contained the same items. I complained via email but they're too pig headed to listen instead citing their T&cs as their clearly not interested in retaining a customer!. Every other auction I have dealt with in the past has honoured the deal and allowed either return or have refunded me!, they try to hide behind their T&Cs but they're wrong!. I will contest this further through trading standards and the bank as its unacceptable.

*SCAM ALERT* I purchased a pallet of ‘unchecked’ returned parcels/Royal Mail parcels. Every single one had been opened and sellotaped back down with the same tape, which indicates it’s the same people that opened them. All the parcels seem to have cheap ‘temu’ and ‘shein’ rubbish in them. It’s almost like they’ve either opened the parcel, kept what was in it, and replaced it with some cheap rubbish they want to get rid of or they’ve got hold of used parcel wrappers which were genuine and posted, and just put in some cheap things to make it look like a lost parcel. Some things were postmarked less than two weeks before so how can it be ‘lost’ or undelivered? All had the ‘same handwriting’ on them as well. It is a SCAM. They seem to have lots of reviews stating the same thing, if only I had read them before purchasing. Anyway, the item does not match description so I’m stubborn enough to take them to a small claims court. The item was collected last Thursday, I complained on Friday, heard nothing, then got an email saying I should collect items or they’ll be re-sold whilst I get taken to court 😂 Complaint going to trading standards also. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY Edit. Just read the good reviews praising ‘carol’ 😂 even they sound fake, especially one from ‘Tumi’ they are so funny they are trolling us at this point.

They miss-sell items with pictures that have simply been `lifted' from the Internet and that are not of the actual goods for sale. I `won' a Dewalt Battery drill and Impact Driver set complete with 2 batteries, charger Dewalt box. I received a well-used drill without any battery and a box. There was no Inpact Driver, no batteries and no charger. It was a blatant, intentional misrepresentation of the item on which I bid on with Bidspotter.com UK. On reporting this to `Supreme' they absolved themselves by declaring that I should have checked the items first and directed me to their small print ON AN INTERNET AUCTION no less !.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Supreme Auction. After winning an item from them, I requested a collection date and time. I received a confirmation email and began my journey to the specified address, which took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I waited an additional 30 minutes, only to find out that the item I had purchased had not even arrived at their warehouse. Since July 9th, I have not received my item nor a refund for my payment. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and reliability from Supreme Auction.

1 star is too generous. Bought 6 items from them. Every single one of them is broken and/or incorrect and one item is the wrong item, doesn’t work and is incomplete. It says this on the outside of the boxes and they claim they are unchecked. They denial all knowledge of defects. Do not buy from these people. They are total cowboys. Actually, that’s not fair, cowboys have fun hats at least. These guys aren’t even fun.

This place is an absolute joke had to wait a week before they would allow collection and then received an email telling me that they were going to charge me for storage if I didn’t collect my goods. Spent over two hours and 150 miles to get there and then they say sorry we don’t have the goods we were going to charge you storage on!!! Sorry about that we will tell you when we have them and you can come and collect them then. Never again will I use this company as their customer service is terrible and surprisingly nobody in the office will come down to speak to you. Avoid at all costs

Avoid! Listings lack detail of condition as they aim to cover all lots by their disclaimer. Pictures used are stock photos rather that picts of actual item. I won & paid for a lot traveled over 100miles to collect only to be advised on arrival the item wasn’t available. Went to my car then returned to collection point hoping speak to someone in customer service but the warehouse guy offered me an alternative with some great sales pitch, upon returning home discovers all contained corroded batteries and didn’t work. Upon checking their site discovered they had 3 identical listings to which i had won and was collecting. Make what you wish of this but i would personally be cautious. PS 3 members of staff advised they had suggested to management that listings should state condition which tells me they have had a lot of customers making comments.

Avoid at all costs, pics of items for sale often wrong, postage extortionate, customer service poor.

As many others have added here this auction house is fraudulent in there approach to business in my opinion. Delivery costs are not show and give no indication before purchase but I judged by other auction houses I've used such as John Pye, Vernon Fox etc whom are either free or charge approx £10. This company wanted £36 to deliver a 6.5kg Shredder that should not have cost more than £10 to deliver, so just a rip off revenue stream. Item was supposedly new but who knows what would have turned up if I hadn't told them to stick it up there backside!

We brought 3 pallets of "end of line supermarket stock, large amount of new items, some damaged packaging, high re sell value" What I received was 3 pallets of completely damaged and used items. Items were actually labelled as returns or illegal stock. It all had to be disposed of. I tried to resolve the issue with supreme auctions and was given the usual "terms and conditions" response. I was then blocked by them swiftly. I was left with no option other than to file a County Court claim. Supreme auctions did respond to the claim but left everything until the last minute in terms of response time and didn't actually turn up to the hearing. They asked the judge to attend via video as they had got their dates wrong. This was granted. In court they attempted to use terms and conditions to get out of their liability. However, the law supercedes terms and conditions and your terms and conditions need to be fair despite what you write on your website. The judge found in my favour and awarded the price of the pallets, my van hire, labour costs, disposal costs and all court costs. Supreme auctions have finally paid this amount today after 6 weeks. By reading most of the other reviews, I am not the first and I will not be the last. This is quite clearly a company that has been able to get away with scamming people by hiding behind their terms and conditions. I urge all of you with the same experience to take this further as they need to be stopped. Please also bare in mind they are in the middle of waste transfer sites and this is most likely where their items are coming from. If you need any help or advice with this I am more than happy to help. My email is kellybennett238 at Gmail com I was unable to put my full email but it is written in words
