“Paid extra postage to get item quicker. It didn't turn up. I spoke to Chrissie and she said the black one wasn't in stock but she said she could send a white one. She assured me it would be sent out that day as I needed it for a birthday present. It didn't arrive. I phoned back and Chrissie wasn't in so I spoke to Elliott who said Chrissie had not sent it! I was fuming!! Elliot was helpful and sent a black one which is what I ordered in the first place! Well done to him. I'm not impressed with the company though and would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.”
“Placed our order for my son’s birthday on the 19th of September (it’s now the 4th NOVEMBER!) and we are STILL waiting for a hover board my son can actually use, they did eventually repair the board but despite numerous emails from UK Swegway my son is still waiting for a working power supply so we can actually use it!
I was flabbergasted to find that despite the fact that they have yet to fulfil their obligation to supply my son with a working package that they then wanted to charge me postage to return the still faulty equipment, surly this is a breach of my consumer rights in some way.
I’m still obviously very unhappy with their virtually non-existent customer services and if your wanting a working board in time for Christmas I’d look else ware.”
“I placed an order on the 10/10/16 for a gold swegway costing £249.00, received the order but in green, was advised to pack up the incorrect item and it would be picked up and a replacement in the gold sent out the same day, great !I never received the replacement so called up and was advised it would be sent out in a couple of days, never received it, called back, told there was a backlog of orders and it would be sent out on priority. I asked if I could be reimbursed anything for the inconvenience, was advised I would receive £10 off which I thought was fair. I then received an email today saying the order had been cancelled! Called up and asked if I could re-order with the £10 off and the priority delivery considering this was for a birthday present on the 26th October... I was told they wouldn't honour the £10 off and even had this checked by a manager. Lost all faith in this company and cancelled my order. Gutted !”
“Great that my son got to try the segway cart..we got there just after 10 so it was a little unorganised..my son went round a few times on his own then was asked to get off for someone else to have a go so there was no racing anyone..the raffle i thought was also disappointing cos it just seemed everyone was just winning £10 off a £249 spend! Would of been great to have seen the hoodies and other bits on display..had to ask for a bucket seat cart to be made up so we could see it before we brought it, this should of already been done and on display..”
“Purchased this, all seemed fine except on the last part something flagged that my details were to be transferred to the USA. Purchase went through, was not informed that the item was out of stock at that point and I had paid £9.95 for quicker delivery. Called them the next day, they said it was in stock and would refund me the £9.95 and get it out to me as quick delivery, which I thought was great.
Item arrived, still not received the refund.
There is a scratch on it and the feet area was a bit scuffed, which I informed by email. No response to that and still no refund for the delivery.
Also, my credit card was compromised that evening, someone trying to purchase on it from the USA !!!
The gadget itself is great apart from the scratch and my son loves it.”
“My wife and I ordered and payed for two of your kart attachments to go with the balance boards that we had bought our grand children last year. This order went through on September 15th., we thought plenty of time for our grand sons birthday on October 12th., one kart arrived late and the other has only just arrived on Oct.25th. That may seem satisfactory to you, but we our grand children live in Holland so they have now got to wait until our next visit. Our upset is the fact that you take the order and with out any indication or interest as to when we receive them, which is far beyond your 5 day delivery promise.”

“I ordered a hover board for my Grandsons birthday to be delivered the next day. Without any explanation the next day delivery charge was refunded. I was told the delivery would be the following day. But I was travelling that day and over the weekend so wouldn't be at home to receive it. So I sent an email explaining I wasn't happy with the service.To be told it would be delivered on Monday 24th of October as a matter of urgency. This was my Grandsons Birthday. I had wanted to spend the day with him but instead sat waiting for the delivery which arrived at 3:30pm. I couldn't even track the delivery through UPS as it was showing unavailable. Then when it arrived it was white when I had ordered a blue hover board. Very disapointed!!!!”
“Board only worked for 30 mins, they have repaid the board finally after weeks and weeks of waiting now i find the the power supply is also faulty and i'm having to wait on an non-existent customer services dept to get back to me, who never seem to answer the phone or answer emails
7 weeks later..still no working PSU and a son who has had a less than happy birthday.”

“Ordered black n paid £24.99 for nxt day delivery,it never came next day n when I phoned they told me it had not been sent out yet but I would be refunded the nxt day del charge then the following day we got a call saying they didn't have black so we ordered white n it got delivered next day but I think we should have got delivery free of charge as it was not as we agreed.”
“Update of my review 4 days ago after leaving a review I then get an email from Robyn Jackson saying we will return your Swegway without you paying £20!!!! It arrives back on Friday we take it out of the box it is exactly the same has not been fixed at all would be surprised if they've even taken it out of the box, the light on the board that isn't working does not even come I when you switch it on! I then ring AGAIN to speak to Robyn or a director Surprise Surprise neither available, i speak to a young boy who does not know what to say, however when I put phone down I get an email stating. Director will call me at 10.30am Monday it is now 11.32am & no call. I will keep you up to date as I will not let them get away with this shoddy product & the worst customer service I have ever received.”
