“we bought the plus bundle and our son for xmas and he loves it,so but only ridden the cart twice the damage which it has caused to the board is not acceptable.so after 5 emails and 42 yes 42 phone calls with no satisfation from the store manager sarah ,i travelled 50 mile round trip only to be fobbed off saying i have fitted it tight,but i fitted it how it shows in the instructions,the way they said to fitted it would be loose on the board which would cause more damage but not safe for my son to ride on it.after getting no joy from sarah whose customer care skills are appauling ive walked away and now in contact with trading standards .... AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
“Terrible!!! Don't buy from them. We spent over £600 with them for 2 swegways for our sons christmas present. Both used twice and we have had to return and they both broke. they also did not arrive with the bluetooth as in the product description and also did not come with the protective strips. We were told we were lying with the usage and they had sustained considerable crash damage. They were used as they should be used on flat surfaces and we in no way misused. I am asking for a full refund and if I don't get it, trading standards will be involved. I have 2 very upset, disappointed son's and an angry mother who has spent a fortune on a product which is not fit for purpose. I had to put 1 star on the rating in order to post, but in actual fact they don't deserve 1 star!”
“I purchased a Swegway for my 10 year old daughter but each time she tries to get on it the Swegway seems to shudder and spin out of control, she has been unable to use since I gave it to her.
Can you please advise how I can get it fixed.

“My daughter opened the Swegway Christmas Day and within minutes it started sparking and going out of control after finally getting through to CustmrSrv a few days later I was told I had to send a video showing the problem to which I did 4 days later still haven't heard anything now I get that due to holidays it might take a while but when you have a daughter really upset due to the one thing she really wants anted being faulty it's not nice I even told customer service I would do the hour and half drive to swap it but apparently sending the video is the only way I will update this when I know more but so far I'm not happy with how the matter has been dealt with”
“Ordered late as I work abroad and paid for express delivery to my eldest daughters address so she could wrap for my youngest daughter, 10 days later still no board and after 5 days of trying to ring the store I finally got through, asked where the board was and not even the slightest remorse, all I got was " well do you want your money back" and nothing else, I will pursue for my express delivery refund but the way this company works I will not hold my breath, would not recommend at all.”
“It would be easier to write what went right. Which the short answer is nothing. Ordered online with next day delivery, order was processed no problem, next day arrived and no board. Called up to enquirer to be told that the board I asked for wouldn't be in stock till a few days later. No problem I'll wait, called back Friday to be told it would be another well till they're in stock. Monday I downgraded the board to one without Bluetooth as they had them in stock. Next day delivery arranged but failed to arrive. I eventually cancelled the order first thing one morning for them to then ship it out that afternoon. Advised to decline delivery and refund would be processed. We declined delivery and after a week of no refund I called up and because they hadn't received the board back from the courier they couldn't process the refund. It's now been over 2 weeks and still no sign of my money back. An absolute shower of a company and would not recommend at all.”
“I bought a board for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas which cost me £350 on the 30/11/2016.
As they state on their website at busy periods it can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
Therefore as Christmas was fast approaching I waiting the 7 days, and on the last day I rung to be told the board was delivered and signed for 3 days prior to this. After several phone calls they needed 24 hours to investigate this but was promised I would get a phone call back. Again waited a further 24 hours no phone call, so I had to call them back yet again to be told I would have to wait a further 24 hours. Luckily for me I have CCTV and told them I can prove no board was delivered to my address, therefore they sent a replacement after various arguments and threats of legal action.
The board did arrive the next day, but when I checked the contents the charger does not have a UK plug on it. Again I had to phone this complaint and was told to email them with a picture of the charger. I did this straight away, yet again make another phone call to be told another would be sent out for next day delivery. It's Christmas day today and still no charger has arrived, my daughter loves the board, but after about an hour use the battery has died and so I've changed the charger we have to a UK plug, and guess what - the charger doesn't work!
I'm so furious that I can't wait until they are back from their Christmas break as I will be asking for a full refund, I'm amazed they can stay in business!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!”

“The 2us because the segway is good as for the company, took 12 days to arrive and when chased they ignore me was worries it wouldnt be here for xmas, arrived minus bag that was paid for, i tried to ring over and over and the phone was ignored or engages. My partner eventually went to the shop, not a word of sorry, they gave us the bag. The shop wasnt busy but they failed to answer phone!!”
“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not go anywhere near them. They lied about delivery, product ordered and paid for on 25 November and nothing. They do not pick up the phone and ignore emails. They have promised a refund but nothing! Next step is claims court”

“I have marked this as poor purely because of the delivery, it was late and I called a few times. Got told it was on its way and it wasn't. When it eventually arrived I was happy with the product. My 11 year old son loves it and I have also ordered the go kart attachment for his Christmas present. Would recommend but give plenty of time for delivery.”
“What a bunch of cowboys. Board arrived 2 weeks late (apparently courier couldn't find address) when it arrived the charger on the board didn't work and neither did the board itself. After several wasted calls during which I was lied to and made false promises I agreed to Thier £20 collection charge to repair the board. “Ordered end November as main xmas present. If you can get through to customer services ( obviously a lot of people complaining ) then you are told a pack of lies. Firstly 15th delivery, then definite arrival on 19th ( so no need to cancel and purchase from elsewhere ). Then the driver has been stuck ( for four days ! ) then its 21st delivery to shop and next day to me. Only just thought to look on here for other reviews - many similar. Terrible lies, terrible customer services, still no Swegway. I really hope my sons christmas isn't RUINED by this crowd ! BE WARNED.”

“I ordered a swegway for my daughter's Christmas present on 4 December. Paid for delivery within 3 days. Emailed on 7 December to see where my order was to be assured there was a backlog and I'd receive my order within 7 days. 7 days later I received a phone call to say they couldn't fulfil my order as they didn't have it! Chose a different colour and told it would be dispatched the following day. I rang today to cancel as no dispatch note received yesterday to be told it was at their other warehouse waiting to be dispatched for guaranteed delivery tomorrow - please don't disappoint me further!”

“I purchased a swegway for £399 for my sons birthday, 2 days later it stopped working. I have contacted the company on several occasions but as the previous review has said this company lies and its policies regarding faulty items is appalling.
I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company NOT to use them.
I will be seeking legal advice!!!”
