“We ordered a Swegway and cart attachment in November, the cart arrived within a week. We eventually received the Swegway a few days before Christmas( dumped behind a gate!) after many emails and when someone answered the phones - broken promises. The Swegway worked for 20 minutes on Christmas day- ruining a 12 year olds Christmas. Due to the company being closed until January he didn't get to use his Swegway until half way through January!! Shocking !!”
“Didn't supply the order, then did supply it after I cancelled, kept my money for two months, constant runaround from customer services during the whole fiasco. Finally refunded after threatening leagal action. Glad to see the back of them. Then a few weeks later I get an email to write them a review, for real?!?”

“1st one I bought for daughter exploded bought second one to replace it , wrong model was delivered contacted company to rectify situation was told in email I would call next day (Friday ) to arrange exchange ..... no call !! I had to contact again myself and arrangements made for pick up and drop off of new one for Saturday. Waited in all day Saturday no pick up or drop off . Again contacted company Monday explained how annoyed I was over matter and was told they would arrange exchange at my place if work ..... an NHS labour ward I explained this was not acceptable or professional for me to this . So I was given option to leave with a neighbour ( my neighbour a 90 year old widow ) again told not an option . So I was told they had given me various options . None suit me having already arranged to be available twice for delivery and twice for company to have made errors on their side I asked for evening delivery by alternative courier they will not do this . I asked for a call back by 3 pm today to solve this matter ..... quess what .......still waiting . My advice go to Argos at least you are guaranteed decent promo available customer service I shall never recommend this company . And further more will be submitting report to watchdog to see if this common occurance from this apology of a company !!!!!!!”
“UKswegways resolved the manufacturing fault, but I was asked to pay for courier service to return the swegway upfront until it was proven not to be user error that had caused the fault and then the company could not track the payment even though I had made it from their own link. There was no offer of a replacement board even though the board broke after less than 28 days from purchase and it had only been used outside once. I am relieved the board was repaired free of charge and the cost of the courier reimbursed but I am unhappy that I had to pay for the courier in the first place and that they were unable to track their own payments and I am not confident the board will remain in working order due to it's original fault. I found my whole experience very company orientated and not customer orientated.”
“Item promised in plenty of time before xmas, arrived on 23rd Dec, didn't work so no time to change/fix it.
To return it had to send numerous photos of an unused item! Took a week for them to arrange collection.
When they finally collected it the refund came through pretty quick but communication was very slow and poor.”

“Took forever to be delivered said 5-7 days orders 8th december arrive 3days before Christmas, the bag for it never arrived and then when emailed they said would send, never sent. When in shop and the staff basically didnt care and gave us one, told weve been busy! Well suprise suprise its christmas you'd expect to be bosy!!”
“Delivered promptly but went downhill from there, board is faulty instead of just being able to swap it for another as most places offer with brand new products, was told to edit & send video footage and that it may need servicing! Never answer phone and i still have the faulty board as i have made a claim through my bank for receiving a faulty product as ukswegway wanted me to send it to them at a cost to myself for them to decide upon repairs which they also said they may charge me for. One unhappy 9yr old!”
“Not that great to be honest. I ordered a swegway go kart attachment for my son it got delivered with a pink wheel and pink grips. I then rang up and explained and was told I should have specified which colour I wanted as they just send any colour out ??!! Why a company as big as yours would just send any colour out is beyond me. As there is such thing as gender i.e. Colours for boys and girls. The item showed blue wheel and. Lie grips. So I went ahead and ordered. Also at the time of my purchase I do strongly believe there was no where that stated u needed to specify the colour. I think your company has realised the big mistake it made and covered it's own back by changing the website. I won't be using your company again as I was made to pay for the exchange. Customer service skills of your staff are beyond a joke.”
“I ordered and paid for a brand new Swegway but they sent me a reconditioned one instead which are almost £100 cheaper. Whether this was an error on their part or deliberate I don't know, but they will not admit to their mistake and are refusing to replace or part refund me. I am taking this to Trading Standards. Avoid like the plague.”
“The swegway ordered developed a fault after 1 month of purchase with a charging fault and stopping suddenly causing my son a facial injury. Upon returning it it was discovered it was due to mud..we paid the repair fee however for it to returned with no charger as they say they never recieved it. I was told to include the charger as it was a charging fault/battery fault originally so charger may have needed to be checked. It was collected by a courier direct to them ao who are they using?20.00 to have the mud cleaned from the board 20.00 transport fee and 40.00 for a new charger as the board is rendered useless without one. 80.00 for a board we had a month. customer service shocking. Plenty of board specialists out there.I'd suggest never buy over the internet from them as once they have your money they are not bothered. Go into a store just not theres. Disappointing service and now seeking legal advice. Avoid this company and seek elsewhere”
“Bought 2 Swegways from this company both have developed faults within 3 months. One Bleeped non stop full volume without stopping for hours, only way to stop it was to disconnect the battery as it was the middle of the night! Only to then be told I'd invalidated the warranty. Very poor service and quality of product.”

“Ordered my sons Swegway in October when I had the money and stored it away. Came to Christmas and unfortunately it didn't work! Contacted Customer Service who at first were very helpful and said that I had to take a video of it not working, send it them and he would then arrange me an exchange the next working day. I did this, rung the next day only to be told that as i had purchased it over 30 days it would need to be sent for repair! further to this I then had to pay an additional £20 deposit for the courier fee's . Anyway to cut a long story I did this and eventually got a working Swegway and my £20 back. But the customer service I received in the meantime after the initial conversation was terrible. I was promised call backs and never got them and when you ring the number your very lucky to get an answer, it can take several attempts to get through. I've learnt my lesson to not buy gifts in advance but for the money they cost you would expect it to work .Never again!”
“I ordered 2 swegways on 01/12/2016 for Christmas presents, only to receive one. I cancelled the order 4 days before Christmas and they collected the one they had actually sent. I am still waiting for my refund on 12/01/2017!! They have had £568 of my money for 6 weeks. They never answer emails or the phone. They sell when they don't have them in stock and your left waiting for weeks on end! Disgusting customer service. I have now contacted my credit card company to try and get my money back. Christmas was almost ruined until I found a local bike shop selling better ones. The stress was horrendous as I didn't want my boys to not have their Christmas presents on time. Now I have the stress of getting my money back!!! Go elsewhere, the service and lies they tell are horrendous!”
