Closed my dads account 78 year old and moved house, thru 2 months later took money from him being vulnerable, after complaints so so many calls agreed to refund and can’t get the money returned, they are by far the worst company in terms of customer services and complaints process, going to have to escalate complaint to ofcom

Talk talk the worst customer service ever, Engineer was meant to come out but due to COVID 19 ; GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES, they not suppose to come into customer house not even to connect their broadband, even if you're a first time customer to Talk talk. From the 24 Talk talk meant to come and connect my broadband, still no sign of them. When I called them, they keep saying we're checking out the signal and configuring the broadband all the way from South African they still configuring broadband. All the way from the Philippines and they still trying to configuring broadband, no broad. From the 24th of March up-to-now today 31/03/2020 I am still waiting for my Broadband. They promise me an Engineer will come out yesterday Monday, 31/03/2020 Engineer didn't show up. I called up yesterday the office - Contact Center's now closed. Today is Tuesday 31/03 close. I am without any broadband, my daughter is doing all her subjects online, yesterday her tutors email her with updates she couldn't even response back to them. I cannot even finish my assignments that I suppose to submit online. Talk talk is the worst broadban provider, their customers service is so crapped its unimagingeable, rude , obrupt, orrogant and poor. Why are they allowing to still trade? Why people like myself still signing up with them? becasue they are cheap, customer service is disgusting, and their broadband is cheap what they promised to provide that they didn't even provide for the customer. Boris Johnson stop put them out of business until they can appreciate customers and deliver what they promise they will deliver to customers. All the customer service that I had spoken seems to have a problem and attitude, they're terrible and horrible. They knows nothing about customer service, they deserve to work in the coal mine, and I meant it in a nice way! Last week thursday one of the customer service agent so so so rude I couldn't what I was hearing over the phone from someone who are meant to help customers, he was swearing at me, the customer, simply because he kept asking the same question over and over, which shows imcompetency about his work. He started to behaving badly to me I was so shock it leave me in tears and fustration.! This makes me wake up and think this isn't the company I want to give my custom to you see where the management's at when staff behaving in those disgusting way.

The worst customer service ever. They were supposed to deliver the router and it never came! I have CCTV to prove no driver delivered and I even cancelled with them because of the poor service and not doing what they promised! Management was supposed to call me and they hadn’t even called regarding my complaint. Women said you’re supposed to go live and then cancel I said how can you even do that when you haven’t delivered the router! I demanded on cancelling the service! And she explained terms and conditions saying I won’t be charged for anything and I should call back the next day! So I done that and their lines are closed due to covid-19! They are scammers and emailed my partner saying he’ll be charged I’ve cancelled my direct debit before they can charge as they failed to do deliver adequate professional services to their customers!! The staff were so rude and I’m taking this to the press as everyone has the rights to know what kind of company Talktalk is.

The worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Overseas call centre with zero empathy, morals and clearly only trying to upsell and gain higher commission when calling them regarding a fault. I have had the misfortune of these idiots again I have had 3 dates for open reach engineer and was given a £150 charge to leave my contract. Avoid this company and share with your friends.

Avoid this dreadful tin pot company as you would the Coronavirus! They have left my 102 year old mother with no landline for a week! They have promised that it would be fixed twice within 72 hours. Never happened and now they have just closed down their telephone and text messaging service and told us to go online. They are putting lives at risk and just care. The very WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Avoid

The worst service imaginable. Talktalk is very poor - I don’t know one single customer that has been happy. they do not care, do not help, they send out enginners and still change you full price for a service that is faulty.

I am very disappointed with talktalk and highly advice against using their services. Not once but twice! I have had two broadband contracts with them, starting out paying a reasonable amount but when your contract is over they put you on a much higher tariff and added in a landline which I was unaware I was paying for for over six months! Started out paying £17pm and then wind up paying £30pm. I am very disappointed and have not experienced this with anyone else, when your contract ends usually you keep paying the same amount and stay on the same service no? Nope not with talktalk so watch out!!!! I won’t even go into the speed or capabilities (if any at times!) if the internet, no buono!!!!!

Extremely poor service. My broadband has been down for four days. Talk Talk do not seem to be in a hurry to fix the issue. After 2 days, they seem to blame it on Openreach. In the meantime, I cannot do any work. Disappointed with the poor service. Will not renew my contract.

The worst provider I have ever experienced. Having to give them a single star in order to post a review makes them look better than they are!! Customer service is non-existent, Talktalk don't know the meaning of the word! I posted a review on Trustpilot after calling their so-called 'technical helpline' that is manned by staff that are unable to understand English and was cut off after 90 minutes without the problem being rectified. Funnily enough I received a response from Talktalk within a few hours of the review being posted directing me to their self-help website that was next to useless (after spending ages trying to navigate to find the problem I was experiencing without any success!). Why are these talktalk staff not contacting the customers directly to help rather than sitting behind a desk looking at what customers are saying about them on review sites and trying to make themselves look good but not actually doing anything constructive? In the end a friend came round and solved the problem as he's a computer wizard. So, open an account with talktalk, pay a lot for it, and don’t expect any technical help and pay to solve the problem yourself should be their USP! Remember though, talktalk were great at one thing, in 2016 they were fined £400,000 (the biggest ever imposed) for allowing a hacker to steal 157,000 customers details (16,000 customers also had their bank details stolen). Prior to this Talktalk had been hacked twice previously in 2015 and did nothing to stop a similar re-occurrence despite the bug being an easy fix. They lost 101,000 subscribers as a result. Bearing this in mind you would think they would be trying to do their best to keep the remaining customers they have by offering fantastic customer service, but no. I dumped talktalk as my TV & broadband provider in 2010 as they were so bad and only kept them on for mail but this is more pain than it is worth and as soon as I set up an account with another provider Talktalk will be binned. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The worst company I have ever known. They call themselves talktalk but once you’re signed up they won’t talk to you ever again. This is my second review after two weeks of no telephone connection which I have tried time and time again to get fixed. They just don’t want to know. They tell lies - they use foreign call centres where the background noise is so bad you can’t understand what they are saying and most times they just cut you off. Their staff read from cards and know nothing about the technical side - all they want is to reach their call targets - they don’t give a toss about you or your problem. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!!

Worst company ever deal with. Gave a false representation of help for over a week, wouldn't back anything they agreed on email. Automated personel, so you go in circles repeatedly. Not a UK call center, which adds to the issue. Been with them for 2 years, then had nothing but issues. Also the speeds seem questionable.

The master socket needs to be moved. The appointment was made approximately 4 weeks ago. An engineer from Cube, Talktalks' outsourced contractor service, visited the property 2/3/20 and was unable to complete the activity. It took 2 - 3 hours over a number of days to arrange another appointment. Talktalk repeatedly failed to return calls within their agreed SLA period of 72 hours. A second engineer also from Cube visited the property again today, 13/3/20 and also advised that he was unable to complete the move. He advised that BT Openreach were needed. Talktalk have told me repeatedly that BT Openreach are not required. I have not had a telphone line nor internet service for almost two weeks now. I am now faced with spending more hours on the 'phone with Talktalk, whose call centres are extremely poor, in order to arrange a third appointment.

TV package is ok Internet can be iffy but is acceptable Call centre is terrible, the noise in the background overpowers the operator, so much so a five minute phone call must have lasted twenty as i kept having to ask the girl to repeat. Not really a good advert for a communication company

Absolutely the worst company you could ever wish to have anything to do with. Speed and connection is abysmall as too is their customer service, and do not be fooled by their so called low cost fibre deals, they recoup their losses by adding extras and "boosts" which you do not need and then have the temerity to inform you that you asked for them. Am now being informed that I have to pay almost £70.00 to leave my contract early- absolutely awful service. Have changed to a new provider. Wish that I had never had the misfortune of using their services.
