I called talk talk because, i had bad internet issues for devices as close as 4 meters from the router and i asked for a plan upgrade but apparent i am on the best plan, so as they cannot offer me the best service so i asked them to cancel my contract for which i have to pay 160£ cancellations fee for no mistake of mine, they tried to identify and fix the issue by asking me to buy a plug for 80£, again this has to be paid by me. then i ask if i can speak to the manager and the said yes and kept me waiting for 15 mins and then disconneted. this entire conversation went on for 2 hrs . that the amount of time i was there on the call with them with no solution till now

After being out through to about four people and waiting ages and having to keep explaining over and over again I have had to put the phone down...I was complaining of a crackling on the line and why had they took off my 1571 service plus they overcharged me ...fed up with them

Do not signup to these people. I would like to give ZERO stars but I cant as I cannot write a review. their service on faults is ridicules. 2 weeks ago reported phone line faulty with no dial tone, cannot make or receive calls called them to book engineer on the 14th June. after nearly hour and half the engineer was booked for the 20th. he came and checked the socket on wall and confirmed the fault is in the Exchange. 20 minutes later had email and text confirming that the fault was fixed. NO IT WAS NOT. Talked to them on line with JULIUS and after 1 hour and 25 minutes confirmed fault and booked engineer for today the 24th. Engineer MOHAMED phoned me this morning at about 9:30 and said he will fix the fault and call me back to confirm, he also said that as his number wasn't blocked I can call him. All good and well Received email and text at 1:43pm saying all fixed. I did NOT receive a call from Mohamed. THE LINE IS STILL NOT FIXED. Have tried to call Mohamed but he does not answer. left him a few messages. Meanwhile I have phoned Talk Talk and spoken to one of the managers there. DIENTRO who seems a very nice person and has promised me that he will call me back before 6pm. Wait and See

I have been using TalkTalk's internet service for just over two weeks, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite having the service for such a short time, I have already been without internet for two full days. This is unacceptable, especially since I work from home and have lost two days' worth of income as a result.The most infuriating part of this ordeal has been dealing with TalkTalk's customer service. It is nearly impossible to get through to a representative unless I pretend to be a new customer. When I do manage to speak with someone, I am often disconnected before the issue can be resolved. This constant cycle of calling, waiting, and being disconnected has left me feeling stuck and stressed.As it stands, my internet issues remain unresolved. The lack of support and poor service have made this experience a nightmare. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TalkTalk to anyone. If you rely on a stable internet connection for work or any other essential activities, look elsewhere.

Booked a move date, dissappeared off the app and had to wait again. Never been charged for a home move. THIS SUPPLIER £60. Can't wait for end of contract which by the way I had to renew again or get charged again. Utterly disgraceful

waste of time trying to resolve questions. Leave well alone , don’t even think about using them.

The worst company is ever known!!! Rubbish rubbish rubbish company I don't recommend to anyone this rubbish worse and poo company!!! Please don't even though to join them!! We paid to connect broadband which we never had and now they give us to collectors to pay a penalty For a service which we never used!!! they broke our credit score for nothing! Our experience with them is from 2016!!!We tried many times to deal with them they stopped and after again receiving the debt collector's letter it's like an infinite!!!!! rubbish rubbish rubbish!! Please don't join them!!!!!

Like all other reviews. Please please stay away . To put this short I had a terrible experience. Ended up no WiFi for six wks . Customer service is a horrendous. After hits on live chat and on phone. Decided not to continue with talk talk . They decided to give me£50.00 has a apology and good will jester but after six weeks waiting just got text saying there not giving it now has they changed there mind and didn’t think it warranted it . Good old talk talk keep up the good work … what a joke

Just avoid them. Worst customer service. I was supposed to have my wifi connected to a property I own but is not being lived in yet, on May 13th. Because there was no line in the property the engineer left and said they would return and fix it. After that day and many time consuming telephone calls, because you are constantly being transferred to another team and because they have no idea of any history on your records you have to repeat yourself, I arranged 2 other engineer visits(not to mention the windows are 8am-13pm working days). The second engineer attended, repeated the same stuff and left doing nothing. The third engineer arrived outsude the 5 hour window. Promised to do a job elsewhere and then return to do mine. Never returned and never answered my phones and messages on the day. After that I wrote a complaint email to Talktalk explained all that had happenned and asked for cancellation and reimbursement. A couple days after after I had asked to cancel, the last engineer visited my property without prior arrangement and extended the telephone line to my door and texted me to come to open the door to complete installation. I asked them to remove what they had done because I am not willing to proceed with such an unreliable company. Up to this point they have not yet cancelled nor reimbursed me. I have spoken with the highly unproffessional customer care many times with no result saying they can't refund till they have worked for 30 days to fix the issues which is nonsense and unacceptable after all I have gone through.

If I could I would give minus 10. Worst company ever ,nobody don't know how to their jobs ,don't respect the client just telling lies all the time , can't provide me internet for months but they won't cancel my contract so just want to take the money without internet ,spending hours on the phone ,just keep switching department and none know what to do , don't listen at all. Avoid , I need internet to work and I don't have any but they still reject cancelling the contract so company which have one job to provide internet they can't do it but still wants money ,awful people

Do not trust talktalk. They lie to you through the sales process, telling you that their TV package is the same as sky stream when it is not. You then sign up for a 24 month contract and pay for channels that you already have via Freeview. When you complain, they dismiss you out of hand.

My talktalk full fibre 65 wifi does not cover all of my bungalow, talktalk are informing me that nothing is wrong with the line or router as it works within 3mts and that's all I should expect. Their advertising says that it is all home coverage but they are saying within 3mts ,not much good only covers 1 room

I will definitely raise complaint with Ombudsman (OFCOM) against TalkTalk for failing to follow Online safety Act 2023 for me and not bothering about kids safety issues. The Online Safety Act 2023 (the Act) is a new set of laws that protects children and adults online. It puts a range of new duties on social media companies and search services, making them more responsible for their users' safety on their platforms Talktalk broadband I had an issue with Kids safe function (home safe security on My account)according to Online safety Act 2023 every broadband provider in Uk should provide this function to customer for kids safety. when kids safe is turned ON,websites which are unsuitable for under 18 should be blocked access to browse in wifi But in Talktalk when kids safe is turned ON it was not blocking sites which are unsuitable for kids and it allows access to those websites even when kids safe is ON so kids can access those sites.I raised a complaint on first week of April they said they will escalate my complaint to technical team. technical team came up saying they cant help and transfer me to customer service team and keep on escalating to various team for the past 7weeks until today still they can’t rectify the kids Safety issue which is most important to me as a parent.Totally waste of time and money.Every time on call with talktalk team it took 30 to 40mins they ask everything from first put me on hold and finally they say their manager will call me after 2 days.their manager will call and again they escalate, its keep on going not sorted yet.They don’t bother about our KIDS SAFETY they only bother about monthly payment.

Horrendous customer service from this company. Reported a fault with the internet, they checked it and confirmed the fault. Engineer came out and said no fault. They closed the case. I reopened the case, they checked the line and confirmed the fault, another engineer to be sent out. I’m now trying to cancel my contract with them as they aren’t providing an internet service so why am I paying. 1h 29 mins so far on the phone passed from pillar to post. Saying I need to pay a cancellation fee even though they aren’t fulfilling their part of our contract! Absolute joke! I’ve now been sent to the tech dept then the retentions dept then back to the tech dept and now apparently I’m being transferred to the correspondence team! Avoid Talk Talk at all costs! Awful company.
