“I ordered a recliner but decided to return it as I did not like the color. I did not take the product out of the box nor unpack it, as it was a huge and super heavy box. Being seven months pregnant and unable to lift over 110 pounds, I called Target to arrange a pickup. UPS collected the item, and everything was great. The product was received by Target, but a week later, I got an email stating my refund had been denied, with no further action needed on my part. I immediately contacted Target and was told the product had been used, which is a total lie! I did not even take the product out of its box. Claiming that I used it is not only false but also ridiculous. Now, I have to chase this refund and waste time resolving this issue. Not to mention the stress this causes me in my seventh month of pregnancy! I will NEVER order anything from Target again. They are supposed to have a great return policy, which is why I ordered this product without being able to see it physically. This is extremely upsetting as the product is over $1,000. If Target says the product was used, the only reason is, that they sent me a used product to begin with, and I wouldn't know because I did not even unpack it! That or they used it themselves. Shame on you, Target.”

“I had a target credit card and it was closed for lack of use. I’m trying to sign in and it says wrong password. I’ve had the same password for years. I just bought the glasses at target but I use my AMEX. You can’t talk to anybody at target I wonder if they have such a bad review two points Seven is not good”

“I am continually annoyed by Target's grocery sales. In general, everything that's on sale is only "if you buy 2". As a single person, I don't need 2 of their sale items, "if you buy two". In fact, I've pretty much quit shopping at Target, or even looking at their ads, since I don't need two of the item you have to buy in order to get the sale price. C'mon Target - are you only catering to larger families?”

“Happy Pride Day but sadly target on sunrise highway Bay Shore had no inventory on Pride items I came to the store looking to support Pride day And Nothing NOT A FLAG A IN OR A T SHIRT I AM DISGUSTED - as if they are ashamed to set an isle for it -I was Very disappointed. Secondly Target has forgotten about UPKEEP I WALKED ON FRONT OF DOORS AND GARBAGE EVERYWHERE SO DISGUSTING I will not shop here anymore”

“Be careful of gift cards from Target. I received a $50 for my birthday. It says to scratch off the back to get the code. When you scratch it the number comes off so you can use it. Calling customer service is useless, the person is hard to understand and I sent pictures of the card with the numbers on the back. They said they couldn't locate anything. So they get to keep $50 dollars and the recipient of the card gets nothing. Wonder how many people they have done this to?”

“I purchased a small ottoman from Target. When at home, I realized there was a hangtag that indicated the materials used contain formeldahyde which releases cancer causing gases for 6-10 years. I returned it immediately! Shame on Target for selling this prodeuct. Target needs to do better. When I explained why I was returning it to the Oshkosh mgr., he wasn’t listening at all and was abrupt.”

“My Husband which is a Male and I his Wife being Female, as the only two God Given Sexes. Will know longer shop at Target because of there Ideology. I think you need to reevaluate your policy's and merchandising campaign you are only catering to a small percentage of the population.”

“On June 6,2024. I was with my granddaughters shopping. I went to self check out. I used my debt card to pay for my items. I rang everything up and left to take my babies to Chick-fil-A for lunch. Right before we left I went to the counter to get my girls icecream. The lady said I had insufficient funds. Which I knew was wrong. Thank goodness I had five dollars to pay for the ice cream. I was so embarrassed. So we went to sit back down to eat the ice cream. I opened my chase app. To see what was the problem. Well as I looked at my account. I noticed Target charged me 4 times 122.46. Which put my account upside down. So I went back to target to show the managers what happen. The manger there was so rude. Told me there was nothing he could do. That it was my problem. His name is Logan M. He had no solution and was very disrespectful. And walked away from me. I had bills that came out of my account and because I was negative in my account. I was charged late fees. Today is June 17,2024. And I still don’t have my money back. This has been very stressful and it seems that Target just doesn’t care. Just wanted everyone to know which Target it was. It’s on 99 in pecan grove. On the self check out. I’m a hairdresser for 40 years. And I’ve been sharing my story with my clients. Believe it or not. This has happened to many people at this Target. Be careful at Target. I’m very disappointed with target and the manager’s there. Spread the word! So you don’t get charged 4 different times. Sincerely, an ex target shopper”

“Well, I took the time to apply for your "Circle Card" through the 800 number. They were kind enough to do it for me. I received a letter saying it was under review. Then today a telephone call. Gave, my name, my d.o.b. and of course my address. SHE wanted to text me a "code". I said I do NOT have a cell-phone, but you could send it to my email. She abruptly said she could NOT do that??? Wanted me to FAX some paperwork??? I am 79 y.o. and feel like I have already gone through the process of applying for the card..., talked to more than one REP and this is how it ends? I told her if I have answered ALL your questions and you cannot accept that, then I do not need your card. So, while I would like to have the card, would like to shop at your store, your Customer Service does not compare to that of Wal-Mart. Very, very disappointing. I believe Laziness was to blame on the REP I spoke with on today's date. I mean, I was NOT applying for a home equity loan? So, is it my age? Is it my last name? What exactly make a Circle Card from Target, so coveted? Sincerely XXXX”

“Never ever purchase a Target gift card! The gift card remaining amount could disappear without reason. When you contact customer service, they will ask you to provide the original receipt, if not, you will lose the amount. That's so embarrassing to ask the gifter to provide the original receipt when you received from a business partner. The customer service is not helpful, and finally, you will lose the balance. This is totally ridiculous that they checked the remaining amount on the account and told you that is frozen unless you provid an original receipt. Don't purchase Target gift cards to be gift for your love. So bad shopping experience!”

“Target in Hunter’s creek Florida is the worst target I have ever been too. Besides getting my purse stolen from my shopping cart. They Didn’t even bother to check the cameras. Today I go to shop and the employee takes the last 3 trash bags boxes on the shelves bc he’s doing fulfillment. I need those trash bags I told him and he would not let me take them bc he’s doing someone’s order online. When, I was in the aisle before him. No consideration for the customer that gets their butt in the store early they rather not sell to me and do and online order so what is it do they make more money doing online orders. HORRIBLE customer service the manager was not helpful at all her attitude and attention was on making her customer online happy and what I’m I. I don’t recommend this place as you are not a valued customer at this Target.”

“Was Violently Assaulted and Robbed in Target Parking Lot. No Security ever came out to help though they said they saw it on their cameras.... Almost 9 Years later still traumatized and shaken/scarred.... This happened in Kahului , Maui -”

“Target would not accept a coupon that I received directly from the Procter & Gamble corporation for a defective toothbrush that I bought at the Mission Kansas target store. When I went on targets website to see their coupon acceptance policy my coupon met all the requirements listed on their website. The manager in Mission Kansas treated me totally disrespectful and could hardly be bothered with talking with a customer that had a complaint. It took him 15 minutes to even come up and talk with me from the time he was contacted. He was in the back sorting merchandise. I left buying nothing and will not be back to the store .”
