From then on they will not communicate via email or the messenger on the web page. Do yourself a favour use another company and avoid Tecobuy like the plague!!!”
“BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Do not trust this company. Do not purchase any products from this company, there is a very strong probably that you will never see what you ordered from them. Tecobuy is based in Hong Kong and they use an extremely unreliable courier service - SF Express - also based in Hong Kong. I purchased a camera lens from Tecobuy over six weeks ago. Around a week later the SF Express website item tracking system stated it had landed at their depot near London Heathrow. After checking the website regularly it appeared after another week to be stuck there. I then emailed Tecobuy 11 times to ask them to investigate into the matter over the course of 3 weeks... THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP... I then started to email SF Express direct. After about 5 emails to them they wrote to say they had lost the item. That was 2 weeks ago. I wrote to Tecobuy again, in both English and Chinese using Google Translate again a number of times and they AGAIN HAVE DONE NOTHING. They must have just one person in the 'customer service' section answering hundreds or even thousands of disgruntled customer emails because they use an untrustworthy cheap courier. It is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. The review ratings speak for themselves. FELLOW CONSUMERS... PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!”
“Avoid at all cost , no stars but i have no choice but to give 1 Ordered a huawei honor watch on the 4/3/20 showing they got the watch in stock , 10 days later and after few emails i was told they waiting for new stock to arrive i checked on their site and they still showing they got stock , twice I asked for my refund back as the watch hasn't been sent they ignored my request , went through PayPal to get my refund back do yourself a favour and buy from some who is honest and can deliver .”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...we bought a mobile phone from them as a Christmas present for our daughter. The phone arrived and was opened on Christmas day to find that it wasn't working. We followed the procedure set out by Tecobuy to return it for a replacement. Tecobuy then wrote to us saying that it was damaged. We have photographic and video proof that there was no damage to the item when we sent it back using THEIR courier. When you agree to terms and conditions of purchase you sign away any normal consumer rights. Seals on this and another product we got from them are not the same as the product seals you would expect to get so there is question over whether the product was actually new as advertised. Please also beware as you have NO MANUFACTURERS warranty with products you buy from them. They are now holding us to ransom as they have the phone. They will not return it unless we pay over £200 which includes repair and carriage charges. You have absolutely no consumer protection as they are based in Hong Kong, none of the GB consumer laws protect you. I have raised a case with the Consumer Council in HK but I do not expect to see the phone or my money again.”
“Two weeks of waiting and DHL haven't received any order, neither have GLS, another parcel delivery company whose tracking number is on my invoice, apparently you can raise a tracking number and leave it open, it looks like you're goods on the way. Load of rubbish. Emails aren't answered. In the process of getting my money back from PayPal or failing that, my credit card company. Avoid.”
“After buying a new phone that wouldn't turn on after the battery had fully discharged and recharged they have refused to answer three emails I've sent them about the problem. I'm away on holiday and could access my business, sat nav and spent two days of my holidays visiting mobile phone shops and trying to get expert advice. After 3 days of no response from Tecobuy I had to buy a new phone. $400 wasted. Do not buy from this site. I wish I'd read the reviews first”

Item was faulty - I had to return it at my own expense (£14 international shipping). Finally after weeks, refunded cost of item by PayPal - not the carriage though.

“I bought a G-Star watch from Tecobuy - when it arrived the box was very damaged. The watch was meant as a present and was not presentable. I complained to Tecobuy , they said that I hadn't complained in time (but I had) and that it was the couriers fault (but the packaging was just an envelope). They also have a 14 day refund policy, but they refused to comment on that.
I reported to Paypal and they advised to send back the watch so I did.
Then I got a message from Tecobuy saying they won't accept the watch as the packaging is damaged - the irony.
Anyway Paypal sided with me and refunded both the price of the watch and £12 return shipping.
PS I didnt mention it at the time because I didnt want to muddy the argument, but the authenticity of the box was suspicious. I have had G-Shocks before and this box looked nothing like it - see pictures.”

Ordered an iPad through them it arrived badly damaged, reported this to them straight away and now told they are waiting on the "Courier's response" they are not refunding my money until they hear back from the courier, this has been going on since Mid December 2019.
Paypal now on the case hopefully they can resolve!”
“They are not UK based despite ".co.uk" address and products will be shipped from HK with you picking up customs duties (you might not as on customs forms they fraudulently claim the value of parcels to be materially under your purchase price to avoid duties).
Product received was not UK spec, it had a cheap HK to UK plug adaptor provided.
Customer service woeful, weeks to get any kind of response and then in poor English that failed to address any of the points raised.”
“I bought a phone on Black Friday with this company and the phone never arrived. I sent many email to them and had no answer. After few weeks they answer me and said that didn't have my phone in stock so they canceled my order. I asked for refund and they said for me wait 5 works day. The money didn't was refund until now and the company don't answer more.

Ordered on the 18th of December tracking shows my order in Singapore on the 3rd of January for some reason (they are in Hong Kong and I'm in the UK, Singapore's the wrong way for starters). I tried to contact them numerous times with no response. As soon as I escalated my dispute though PayPal they sent me a an email saying they would look into it (fobbed me off but did get their attention). It's now the 8th and I've had no contact since just hoping PayPal will get my money back.
Avoid this company the cheap deals aren't worth the hassle.”

Very poor correspondence when I asked to cancel my order as I didn’t think that it was going to arrive in time for Christmas but it did only just.
They sent a newer model but I only discovered this once it was set up, when I tried to put it in the case that they sent that was for the smaller model
I have received an email today saying that it was their mistake but I need to c pay £115 more when the 2019 IPad is actually cheaper in their sale!
I will not be buying from them again.”
