Disgraceful company. Holding peoples money and not paying refunds. Due to going bust or administration shortly i feel . Ceo is a poor excuse for a man. AVOID LIKE COVID ! AND KEEP 2000 MILES AWAY !

TT768030 £1498.00 paid in full Holiday 21st April-28th April Today 27th May today Still refusing to give my family a refund. The law states if you request a refund, a company has 14 days to provide you with that refund. Teletext do not care about the customer. They act unlawfully and unethically. I do not want nor have ever wanted a credit note. Just give us our money back. Avoid this company like the plague!!!! They will steal your money

Refusal of cash refund for cancelled holidays since past 3 months now. No support from Customer service or CEO. I would 0 stars from 10!!!

Worst company ever Ridiculous company they have not replied to any emails or callback requests all I can do is speak to live chat who can’t help you will anything and say to send an email. Holiday is cancelled after phoning multiple times previously and asking what happens if it cancels due to covid I kept being told I still had to pay it off or there would be £600 cancellation fee on top of deposit. Told they would get back to us with options if cancelled. Now it’s cancelled, I have contacted numerous times over the past 2 weeks and no one is contacting us back. Have attempted contact through LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook, Instagram and resolver seems to be no way to get anyone to speak to me. Eventually through LinkedIn I got a call from someone (no caller Id, phone sent it to voicemail) they said they’d call back in half and hour it’s been a week since then. Aside even from attempting refund they have been a horrible company set me up as lead passenger when clearly stated that it should be my girlfriend, miss-a old me on a half board upgrade, said I would have to pay for lead passenger change, said it was done and I would receive email and next person says it’s not done (HAPPENED TWICE) If anyone from a department that can actually refund me sees this I want my money back you have caused me too much stress i shouldn’t even be the one dealing with this as previously mentioned. This company during Covid are an absolute disgrace. I was offered a refund by airline accepted and confirmed back to Teletext. They say they are waitng for supliers to refund. Really they do not pay the hotels until after your trip and that can take them up to 60 days to pay them, so in fact they lie. They are holding onto airline money, they no paid hotel, so holding on to my money and they are no intention of giving a refund. They are trying to get us to rebook and them hike up the cost. I got mymoney back thru bank and they had the cheek the a couple of days later to call me and asked if I wish to book a holiday with them at a discount. They would have to pay me to take a holiday and even then no so sure I would go. They are awful. I hope Direct Wayne remembers all these customers he has shunned and that there are a lot of people who will never book with them again. I certainly will make sure that all the people I know never use them after this fiasco.

One of the worse holiday companies I have used. Price not what on system saying flight price not live, but when on call checked the flight and the price was£40 (ie price showing on their page) cheaper that when TT tried to sell me. Their staff are very rude and arrogant, Indian call centre, shouting at me for posting a bad review and not take a credit voucher when trip was cancelled, by them and they refused a refund. Had to go to bank and claim back. They would not even allow me to cancel my holiday which was my right. I have put a review on Trust Pilot but they removed the review at the request of Teletext and take their suspicious 5 star reviews and will not allow you to flag them as "poss fake". A very dishonest company and I would certainly never recommend anyone book with them. I thought that using a review platform was a good way to give potential customers a honest real review to allow them to make their own judgement of using Teletext, but it would appear that with all these 5 Star reviews suddenly apearing on the back of lots of bad ones, that people may make a wrong judgement by being mislead. Please avoid.

Absolute rubbish I have spent three hours trying to get through on the phone. I have sent emails etc still no call back.Aer Lingus have informed me the flights have been cancelled but still nothing from Teletext holiday. I have got through to one of their operators who have told me they do not have a booking ref:DDHIE2009 and Akshay is not available and then just hung up on me.Now it’s off to my solicitor to deal with this never again with these gangsters

I am really disappointed with the service I have received. I was first refused a refund, and I don’t understand why. I have emailed now and received no reply so therefore if I do not receive no further reply, I will be forced to take legal action and contact the financial ombudsman services as this is ridiculous. You have lost a loyal customer!!!! TT788552

I am really disappointed with the service I have received from teletext. I was first refused a refund and now I am receiving no reply from the team. If no further response is made, I will definitely make sure to take legal action against this company and go through the financial ombudsman services!!!!! I have been a regular customer, however this will be my last time travelling with teletext!!

I want my money. I dont want a credit note. I dont want to rebook. No one wants to rebook with a company that has treated its customers so badly during covid19. I have been trying since March for the refund that I am legally entitled to. All phone lines closed. All operations moved to India. Rude aggressive advisors. Automated responses to emails. Complete denial of the law. DISGRACEFUL behaviour by a cash rich company. Pay your customers. This is THEFT.

Absolute shambles of a company. Stealing from customers bank accounts. Refusing refunds. Rude aggressive advisors. All phone lines closed. Causing severe financial hardship to hundreds of families during covid19. Completed disregard of the law. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Why dont you refund your customers i have been waiting for my refund since march nobody replies to emails nor are you replying to my messages on here teletext holidays you are a disgrace of a company and i will never be book with you again!

My holiday was cancelled due to Covid. Since then I have found it impossible to get a refund. The staff have been very forceful and aggressive about taking a credit note. When I refused and asked for cash they became very unhelpful and closed communication lines.

Took my money, Covid happened. Teletext kept my money! I am now out of pocket for almost £1500 which is a lot of money for a single parent. I have asked numerous times for a refund, I had been meant to fly on April 2nd, it's now May 22nd and I STILL have not had a refund. Thieving company. Exceptionally poor customer service. I am disgusted by them.

Teletext are a disgrace. Lies to customers total disregard for the law. Rude aggressive advisors. Refusing refunds. Hiding behind webchat India. Worthless credit notes. Taking and demanding payment against holidays that are obviously not going. Causing severe financial hardship anxiety and stress to hundreds of families. Deleting honest reviews in favour of fake 5star reviews. Using our money to pay Jimmy Zara Hector or whoever. Teletext you are a disgrace

Teletext have no intention of refunding anyone. All our hard earned cash is in India paying Jimmy Zara Hector or whoever. They are hiding behind webchat. Total disregard for the law. Total disregard for the customers. Teletext have stolen thousands of pounds from customers. Severe financial difficulties anxiety and depression caused by the most untrustworthy travel company. Avoid this company

TELETEXT HOLIDAYS HAS ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY,THE MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME FOR THE HOLIDAY THEY CANCELLED. I HAVE SENT OVER 50 E MAILS TO ASK FOR THE REFUND AND ALL I GET BACK ARE AUTOMATED E MAILS. THIS IS NOW 48 DAYS SINCE THEY CANCELLED MY HOLIDAY AND I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE CLOWNS TO MY WORST ENEMY,THEY ARE BANDITS.
