Oh my god I wish I had thought to read the reviews on this disgusting site they are just parasites The amount of time I have waisted trying to get in touch via phone and emails is absolutely ridiculous My flight outbound has been cancelled they aren’t interested in getting me another flight unless I pay I can’t get my money back they just want to re book another holiday for more money I suffer with depression and anxiety and this has sent me over the friggin edge Anyone got any useful advice pls

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with trying to get my refund is the most stressful process with these twats. 4 months I have been waiting for my refund they have missed 5 deadlines and put the phone down consistently and all they can say is email the refund team which I have done twice!! They also like to say please allow the refund team time but 4 months is most certainly is plenty of time. For any new customer please never use this site read your reviews before you give these nonces your money

Still awaiting for my £2750 refund 4th july 2020 got cancelled we are now 10th December 2020 still waiting. Never again so rude people to take to.

Diabolical Company not issuing refunds This company is diabolical. My holiday on 2/08/20 was cancelled due to covid. They do not answer the telephone. Do not respond to emails and as of today's date 10/12/20 I am still awaiting my full cash refund from them. This is the worst company I have ever ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will not be booking any future holidays with them and I will be advising my family and friends to avoid booking a holiday with them at all cost. All I want is my full cash refund which I am legally entitled to. I have contacted every appropriate organisation and am still awaiting my refund. The CMA, BBC watchdog, Martin Lewis, ATOL, my bank and my local MP. STILL NO REFUND. THIS IS AN UTTER DISGRACE AND TELETEXT HOLIDAYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, BUT I DOUBT IF THEY ARE. HAPPY TO TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY BUT VERY LOATH TO RETURN IT. THE CEO NEEDS TO TAKE A LONG HARD LOOK AT HOW MUCH HE IS PAID AND START PAYING BACK HIS CUSTOMERS THE FULL CASH REFUND THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TOO. THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING

Do not respond to emails and as of today's date 10/12/20 I am still awaiting my full cash refund from them. This is the worst company I have ever ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Teletext holidays need taken to court all the do is fob you off time and time and time and time again. They have no structure at all you ring them they put you through to god knows were as you wait for hours there is no complaints department there web site complaint dose not work. I am sick to the back teeth with this waste of time company who should be stopped trading by a court of law till everyone is refunded they are taking peoples money and getting away with it. I booked my holiday back in February for four of us costing £2900. Ryan air canceled one month before we were going to fly due to covid we never got one email from teletext holidays about this. I had to contact them 24 hours and ask why Guess what no response the date is December 9th and still nothing Phone calls emails just to be let down by a cheap robbing company who have trained puppets on there phones SELL SELL HOLIDAYS BUT DOT TALK ABOUT REFUNDS Do Not Bookek With Teletext Be WARNEDMR

Been promised my refund for months, still nothing! Holiday was supposed to be in May. They don’t even acknowledge emails. Shocking service, DO NOT book with these charlatans

Our holiday for 8 was cancelled and we are trying to get our money back. The deadline for payment has passed. I get lied to and fobbed off by Teletext. We have to now issue court proceedings.

TT777164 DO NOT BOOK WITH TELETEXT HOLIDAYS!! Unbelievably poor!! Holiday 5/5/2020 cancelled due to coronavirus. countless calls and emails every month, every phone call you are put on hold for hours, reasons: ‘system is slow’ ‘going to speak to someone’ ‘transferring’ longest I’ve been on the phone is 4 hours! Never anyone higher to speak to, never an answers to why you don’t have your refund or why it hasn’t been processed. No refund! Ryanair has refunded the money for flights to teletext in June 2020. Was then told they were waiting on hotel! Every month promised refund will be processed at the end of the month. Never happens. Refund is £400

I’m waiting on a refund from 1/6/20,hundreds of emails, numerous phone calls they lie continuously,& I’m not they only one, they write there own 5 star reviews on trust pilot etc, I just want my money back they are breaking the law, and to top it off my partner has just been diagnosed with cancer,the added stress this company is adding is unbearable we are suffering enough , I will never forgive them for what we’re going through, never book with this company , ref TT80814

I spoke to someone this morning who told me i would not be receiving a refund as cancellation wasn't due to Covid???!!!!. MORE LIES. My holiday was rescheduled for March 2021, RyanAir cancelled my flights. RYANAIR ALSO CONFIRMED THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK TELETEXT YOU LYING THIEVES! I have been informed by Ryanair that my flights were refunded to you! ON NOVEMBER 6th YOU RECEIVED MY MONEY FROM RYANAIR £288.19 on YOUR CARD ENDING 6808 AND £24 on YOUR CARD ENDING 3471 !! HOW CAN YOU DENY THIS AND SAY IT WASNT CANCELLED WHEN YOU RECEIVED RYANAIRS REFUND??? I have been told countless times you were waiting for their refund to come through to action my full refund. As this has now received, I expect my money back for the full amount of £805. On January 8th you debited my card ending 53 £700 On January 9th you debited my card ending 35 £105 On September 14th you validated my new card ending 9443 by debiting my account £1. You said this was required to complete my refund, STILL no refund??!! Over the past 8 months you have changed several email addresses to bide more time and avoid refunds. I have recorded phone calls of all your lies and countless emails sent to your email addresses you keep changing to avoid refunding. My holiday was cancelled 8 months ago die to covid. To date I've had on £600 refunded they still owe me £300. Just a few days ago they called me asking if I would like to take a special offer on another holiday. I'm disgusted at the way they are treating people. I phoned and emailed and live chat and im still waiting and whats worse is they lie about it.NEVER AGAIN!

Booking Reference: TT775273 I had my Holiday fully paid and booked for June 2020. Teletext cancelled it in May due to the pandemic. Teletext refused to give me a refund when they cancelled the holiday and issued me with holiday' coupons' that I could trade for a cash refund in September. They gave me no other option. 13th July Easy Jet refunded my flight money back to Teletext. In September I applied to trade my holiday coupons for a cash refund as I was instructed to do. I was told a full refund would be issued by the end of September. So I waited. 31st September - No refund given. After several attempts to contact an advisor and hours spent on hold (at my cost) i was given another date i would be refunded, 31st October. So I waited. 31st October - No refund given. More hours spent on hold multiple times. Being cut off or put back on hold and left there. I have sent emails with no reply. Once I did speak to an advisor I was guaranteed the money would be in my account within 10 working days. So I waited. 10 working days later - No refund given. More hours on hold, again at my expense. I was given another date, 31st November. So I waited. 31st November - No refund given. I am not prepared ro wait any longer! Its the same thing every month. Spend hours and hours phoneing, emailing, messaging with no out come. 5th December - I contacted a customer service advisor at teletext who stated: She cannot give me a date i will be refunded. She could'nt tell me why my money wasn't refunded on all the above given dates. I cannot speak to the refund department. There is no one senior i can speak to. There are no other numbers I can ring. She insisted she carnt do anything to help me and there is no one else that can help me.  Instructed once more that i need to wait. I have waited. I have waited for 6 months. She blamed the airline for the refund delay - I explained i have a direct confimation email from EasyJet the money was refunded back to teletext on 13th July. She then began blaming the banks for the delay but back tracked on that. Basically, she just kept repeating the same premeditated script to each of my questions, which gave me no answers I am physically and mentally exhausted with the whole thing. You are adding unnecessary stress to one of the worst years of peoples lives. This is a large sum of money, money i was initally promised would be refunded on 31st September. Money that should of been given 14 days after the initial cancellation. These were teletexts Terms & Conditions at the time I booked the holiday I janurary.  I will be sending a 14 day deadlock letter tomorrow morning and taking you to a small court hearing. I will be contacting all local and national newspapers to inform the of the poor, deceitful, negligent and illegal manner in which you treat your customers. See you in court.
