Teletext holiday completely messed up my booking, which they admitted was there fault. They booked the wrong hotel in a different resort ! They have offered a ridiculous amount of compensation which should have been paid well over six months ago. My booking No was TT 30295. WHAT EVER YOU DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TELETEXT HOLIDAYS!! COMPLETELY A UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!

Paid deposit for our holiday beginning of March , final payment was due on 1/06/20 as we was due to fly in the 17/06/20, after holiday been cancelled due to coronavirus at the end of May they still took the final payment on the 1/06//20 from my debit card , I have rung emailed and had live chat but to no avail , I am now in the process of seeking legal advice . Am due to fly in 3 days and my hotel is closed. No communication from teletext. Called many times over an 8 hours and they hang up on you or put you on hold then the line goes dead when I ask them about alternative accommodation. One support agent told me to fly with my 2 small children Saturday and check then if the hotel is open!! Absolutely disgusting!! Do not book with them!! No option for a different hotel. No reply when you email them. Contact news paper, citizens advice who will then give you a reference number and help make a case against them!! How are we protected legally and teletext are still allowed to operate in this country!! Am I being made to fly Saturday teletext and leave me and 2 small children stranded with no hotel no where so eat or sleep? Ref TT783777.

Such bad customer service! Took my money knowing that we weren’t able to go on holiday as the hotel was closed and restrictions applied while reassuring us that we would be able to go! Dishonest and extremely bad practice! Once they have your money, they do not care! They have refused to issue a refund dispute miss-selling the holiday. They will literally stick you on hold for hours and then hang up the phone! Airline has now cancelled flights and we still haven’t heard from them!

Disgusting customer service rude staff on the phone and they don’t seem to resolve ur issue instead they put u on hold and cut the phone off. Never booking with them again !!

0 star! 0 star!! I am due to fly in a few days with 2 small children and I have found out myself the hotel is closed. No communication from teletext at all. Are they planning on sending me there for me to find this out when I arrive? No option to cancel the holiday or even been given alternative options of other hotels after paying extra for this hotel. 4 hours on the phone and no answers. I have either been cut off as soon as I tell them the hotel is closed or have been told only the person who made the booking can help but they are unavailable?? I have sent emails and no reply. Will me and my children be stranded when we arrive with nowhere to stay Teletext???

I Know everyone knows that we are in an unpresented time But why is TELETEXT keeping the money of so many people surly they are not use COVD-19 as an excuses Every time we ring you can almost hear the operators laughing And then they transfer you to another department we was on hold for 2hrs the other day Surely this is against the law / human nature TELETEXT do not say pay the balance off when you want when you book a holiday We will never ever be using this company ever again 3 months and still waiting for our refund

Just spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get my refund. I would not mind but they have had my flight money back. Still no further forward, am fuming. Anyone know of anywhere else I can contact to complain?

Well what can I say. Absolutely disgusting. We have been trying to get a refund since may. You call and wait and wait with no luck. Would be nice to talk to them to find out what is happening. All we need is our money back , they took the money so pleased give it back. REFERENCE NUMBER T1742844. PAYED £1248.00. WOULD WE USE TELETEXT AGAIN NO.

Have been trying for days to get hold of customer services to get refund from holiday in May and to change date of next holiday in September. Keep getting cut off. Had a call to day and when i told him what i wanted he said i have another call and hung up on me. Have been using the for years this will be the last time. They are only after you money and the service is disgraceful. Been on hold now for another hour.

My Trust Pilot review. This is going to be the first on many reviews I'll be leaving until I get a refund!!!!!!! Booking reference TT786769. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND MORALLY CORRUPT!!! I paid almost £4000 for my holiday which was cancelled by them in early June. I am being told I will have to wait until the end of September for my refund. This is causing me financial hardship and the money is needed. Every time I call I'm kept waiting for between 45 and 90 minutes. When they finally answer I have had the phone call hung up on me twice on the two calls. They will not answer any of my emails or live chats. This company is earning thousands of pounds in interest holding on to the millions they owe. When I call I'm being constantly fobbed off, they just don't give a damn. Every day I am kept waiting I will leave an accurate and honest but reputation damaging review on every site I can find, until I get a refund. I will call every day until I get my refund. You have my contact details on your system and my booking reference. You need to call me as soon as this is viewed to resolve this issue. You are dishonesty and unethically holding on to my hard earned money for no good reason. The excuse that you are awaiting refund from the airline is rubbish!! . The air costs are only a fraction of the costs of the holiday.

Still waiting for my refund since may impossible to contact by phone had 3 2 hour calls with no one answering, emailed several times had answer back with credit note,which I do not want repeatedly asked for refund to be credited back to credit card still no joy wont use again

I have tried for 3 days now to speak to someone regarding my refund . I also have had no luck with live chat .. I have been waiting since may for my refund .. doesnt instill much confidence when they not even replying and in the bottom 3 companies for refund and customer service

My son booked a holiday with tele text holidays for the 16th of this month the flight company contacted him to say the flight was cancelled and that he is getting his money back so he tried ringing tele text holidays for a refund and they keep on hanging up on him we would book with them again

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Been waiting since March for my refund for a holiday due to take place in May/June. Cancelled before corona and I’m still waiting for my £1399 refund keep getting sent the canned response email that they will be processing refund soon and to await an email. Don’t buy a holiday from this company complete shambles!!

Was meant to be departing for Greece 11/06/20.I have made numorous calls holding on for hours at a time.no response to 12 emails. I was told on the one occasion i managed to get through they will start processing refunds from June in October.I asked them to confirm this by email.they didnt. Customer service is disgusting.they are deceitful and rip people off.Trading standards should be looking in to this company.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.I WANT MY 600 pounds back.
