Absolute disgrace! In the past 2 months I must have been on hold for a collective 20 hours of my life and gotten nowhere- been told 4 times I will expect a call back in 48 hours - oh that old chestnut .. I wish I checked the reviews - they are so horrible to you on the phone and have been caught out lying on numerous occasions - it’s shocking they are still allowed to do this to us!

Absolutely shocking customer service. When you eventually manage to speak to someone on the phone, staff are rude and unhelpful. My holiday was cancelled due to covid and I have been asking for a refund since May. We are now at the end of July and I have been told I cant have a refund but can book another holiday, but someone else has told me my refund is still being processed since may. I understand this is difficult times for the travel industry but treating people like this is not going to help them in the long run. They should be keeping people updated with what is happening. Due to this experience I would not recommend booking a holiday through teletext.

Worst company and customer service ever .... They booked me the hotel which was permanently closed and later refused to give me a refund after hours spent to get through them ... DISGUSTING i will never book with them again

I will never book with teletext holidays again I booked in February for June I have rang teletext about my refund I have had no phone call back kept on hold for several hours been passed from one to another no reply I was promised my refund back at the end of July what a disgraceful company withholding customers refund is against the law

I will not book with teletext again I arrived at hotel and wasn’t paid for I had to pay again out of my spending money ! Kept getting put on hold my mobile bill will cost a fortune still waiting for refund back in my bank even tho said will take 2-5 days !

If I could give them 0* was awesome but they deserve all the bad complains as they do not refund money back or change any date of the holiday. Please be aware of them they are spam agency with call centre in India And BIG LIERS

Do not purchase a holiday from Teletext holidays during COVID-19. “Book with confidence today” “.. put your mind at ease..” Free cancellation and free amendments ..! these statements are fabricated and Completely untrue. Booked a 4 night holiday to Spain and the first call to Customer Services was promising in that we were advised the supplier would give a full refund of the hotel booking but the flight would 100% cancellation fee. We were advised to contact the airline and request a credit note or rearrange them come back to cancel the hotel.. called today and spoke with a rude agent who advised 100% cancellation fee for everything.. there was no notes on our booking from the day before.. pretty much implied we were lying! We asked for managers phone number which we called and was transferred back to rude agent who proceeded to hang up! Please do NOT be fooled by teletext website comments do NOT book with the travel company if you decide not to travel due to the changing restrictions you will lose your ALL OF YOUR MONEY..!!!!

I have been waiting for a refund for a holiday due 5th April I have phoned countless times been on hold for hours and when i finally get through they slam the phone down. I have been on their chat line they just fob u off with utter lies I have emailed still nothing, I would never use this company again. the last promise was I would get my refund definately on 24th July Nope......You cant get hold of anyone so if u do book with them expect nothing back if they cancel your holiday......... customer service none

Why is the Company still allowed to trade ??? I have been waiting over 3 weeks now for someone to call me back to discuss my holiday. Yes times are difficult but when someone says I will get call back and this hasnt happened why should I hand over my money ? All my instincts are telling me not to have anything more to do with Teletext Holidays.. trust your gut! Speak to your bank. Customer Sevice appalling..

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! Wrote them numerous emails stating I wished for a refund. All replies stated only credit vouchers will be offered, and then if not taken up they would give a refund from 31 July. This date then moved back to August. I contacted Resolver and this had no effect. I sent letters to Head Office and the CEO giving them notice I would be taking legal action if I didn't get a helpful reply - this had no effect. However, I contacted my credit card provider and after they declined my claim twice, on the third attempt they finally agreed to do a Chargeback. As I paid some money in my Visa Debit, my bank also provided a Chargeback. So I am hoping to receive the entire amount back in full. In the past I have actually used TT to book holidays and didn't have any problems - NOW I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I would advise anyone who wants a refund due to Covid to contact their credit card company or bank to pursue a Chargeback. Teletext WILL NOT give a refund themselves!

Had holiday booked for 22nd April to Crete, obviously was cancelled due to covid Started emailing them even before the date but it’s now 26th july and nothing! They state they have issued a voucher but I have no evidence of this! After 20 Plus emails they have now stopped replying! I will never use this company again and will make sure none of my friends will!

Holiday in september, email from teletext saying the hotel has been closed due to covid, and they have moved us to another hotel, asked us to review the new hotel and let them know if we are happy with the move, funny thing is the hotel they claim we are booked into is not the hotel we booked into, and the hotel we are booked into is open my wife sister lives in an apartment in same hotel, which is why we were going there and it is not closed. i have tried numerous time to contact them on the phone, they do not answer, spent hours on hold, as other people have said if you phone sales they pick up 1st ring. sent email to support got a reply in 2 days saying they would phone me back, 2 weeks later still not heard from them. Will never use Teletext gain, appaling customer support service, well actually they dont have a customer support service, just a sales department.

DO NOT BOTH THROUGH TELETEXT HOLIDAYS ? TRULY TRAVEL !!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID, I am still trying to cancel my holiday due to medical reason and they cant even manage that. They do not answer the phone and leave you on hold for hours and hours then when you do get through they either put the phone down or cant help you, promise another call back which noone calls. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, I would normally recommend they to all my clients to fly to Dubai never again!

It's a shame that I have to give this company even 1 star, they dont even deserve that!! This company is an absolute joke, DONT line their pockets with your hard earned cash!! The service has been shocking, rude customer service team who also try and lie to you about your booking to then zero contact when you request a refund, apparently you cant get a refund if your holiday cancels you can only pick a new date or get a credit note 🤥 Not to mention they breached GDPR - even after making them aware they have still not contacted me which goes to show how serious they take personal data

Called a number of times to find out my options after my flight has been cancelled and once I finally do get hold of someone they end up cutting me off! 3 times this has happened no. It’s awful. I don’t trust this company any longer .

I’ve been waiting for my refund since may they haven’t got back too me or answered any of my emails I know they are busy taking bookings but surely customer relations for holidays that they cancelled should take priority I would not reccomend teletext too anyone

They do not seem to have a customer service department. Plenty on sales though who pick up on 1st ring. My flights have been cancelled due to covid restrictions in Morocco. Numpties at teletext seem to think its still going on. Just want to speak to someone for a refund. Will definitely not be using teletext again.
