“I would definitely recommend Chimney pros. We moved into our house 3 years ago and have been using our wood burning fireplace with no real idea of the condition inside the flue. I called during the busy season so it took a while to get someone out but Nate was here today and did a thorough inspection. He quickly and efficiently cleaned the entire height of the chimney cavity (not just the lower portion as some other companies quoted) . He made sure to cover his work area with blankets and he left it as clean as it was when he arrived. Nate also made notes about items to keep an eye on to make sure it doesn't become a danger in the future. The best part was he emailed before and after photos that I could share with my wife. “Technician Nate arrived, inspected our fireplace and chimney, and provided us with a detailed breakdown of the cleaning process, items he found during the inspection, and advised us of the options available with an email summary and pictures. We needed to have a chimney cap installed and he took care of it for us. Everything went as expected and we’re happy knowing our fireplace is functional along with some items down the line we should take care of. Nate was very detailed and even mentioned we should monitor our tree out in front and trim it back to give the chimney more clearance. I have to add he did all this with the snow coming down heavy!!!
