Customer service in Watford branch very poor, multiple items on shelves not priced or wrongly priced. Manager needs to go on a customer service course not really interested in my complaint.

I bought a mirror and it supposed to arrive on 5th of May but it didn’t arrive and on the tracking website are saying the order has been returned. The courier didn’t try to deliver it I also have been trying to contact the customer service and I have no answer. I spent 3 hours on the phone waiting to be answered and nothing.

The Range.. disgusting customer service selling item they do not have!! Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star!! An absolute disgusting service!! Orders a parcel last month and told… due to the Suez Canal issues. The cargo ship was stuck for a week.. not a month! By the time I get this parcel it will be 5 weeks late..this was the first time ordering on line with The Range.. a d will be the last A. I ordered a parcel that was supposed to be in stock.. not waiting to go into stock. B. I have just received a message to day saying congratulations your parcel is being dispatched… stating I will get in on the 31/05… this is disgraceful customer service and a ruined birthday for my fiancé. As it has been dispatched where is it coming from… Australia by foot!! C. Why are you selling items you do not have in stock. I don’t expect a response from yourselves as if your customer service is to go by

2hrs holding to contact customer services with no answer. Faulty goods and unable to contact them. Bought garden furniture with assembly parts missing and a chair with a short leg!

Terrible company placed order 17 May paid £29.99 for fast delivery , they confirmed due on 30 May. They email on 25 May saying order would be late , haven't heard anything since , can't track item, emailed them no reply, tried calling impossible to contact . Called Trading standards, going through bank to get my money back . Would have rated zero if possible. Beyond belief that a company can behave like this and get away with it. More people should try contact your bank and they call their bank for a charge back ,

I simply can't get anywhere. 38 minutes on the phone. Many emails. No answer from local stores. Headquarters could not help either. Meanwhile I have a badly smashed mirror in my house having paid £9.95 delivery.

I have purchased a few things in the past, I received a mirror as a gift for someone that was smashed to pieces. I may have been out of return policy but to be met with rude staff and, looking at past reviews, employees/courier who really doesn't care about delivering items in one piece, absolutely shocking service all round. I won't be buying from again.

Been waiting 3 weeks for a mirror which was damaged in transit. I’ve told them to cancel the order and issue me the refund, which they haven’t done yet!! Nightmare to get hold of on hold for hours on end!!! And the customer service team cannot wait to get you off of the phone. I had to contact them in regards to finding out my mirror was damaged. I have received no communication from them whatsoever. Honest when I get my money back this is is first and last time I will ever order anything from this site! A load of rubbish!!!! More hassle than it’s worth.

This company is an utter disgrace do not order from steer clear ! I ordered chest of drawers £150 in March was told est delivery 2 April heard zilch I have tried to contact customer services every day for past month you cannot get thru . Finally got hold of them in fb messenger and was told new est delivery date 3rd may which I highly doubt. When I asked another question on messenger it told me to call customer services . This shoddy company is robbing people I can’t get through to cancel my order and will now be contacting trading standards to no doubt fight for my money back . It’s an absolute nightmare !!!!

I ordered a mat for my hot tub Thursday I paid for next day delivery so it should have been delivered Friday its now Saturday and its still not been delivered im so disappointed its ridiculous id love to know where my order is and I want a refund for the delivery charge iv spent ova 2hrs on the phone with no answer from their customer service 😫their home delivery is absolutely disgusting 😡

Ordered garden furniture,not all of it was delivered. Rang up the range, like anything now send you round the houses and in the end nothing.your just a bunch of crooks.

I was horrified after I visited Range several weeks ago in Warrington with after spending over £140.00 in both Range and Iceland inside. He received a parking fine for & £60.00! for being in their 2hrs 45 mins! When did they bring that in? It's not long enough for a massive place like that, let alone there is an Iceland inside too. That equals two shops. We can spend hours in here that's not including getting a coffee when it's open and then shop in Iceland too. I am very angry. I would like the Manager who decided these ridiculous time scales to contact me on my email I provided.

Waited for a month for an item, they said when I managed to get through it would be despatched next week it didn’t arrive 2 weeks later I rang again to be told it’s out of stock

Why bother asking for a review when you don’t care .you don’t answer the phones can never get through to customer service or head office .worse company I’ve ever dealt with .Avoid Avoid .

NEVER EVER USE AGAIN NEVER USE AGAIN: sent email 2 emails to direct email address The Range, got 2 automated confirmation received saying will reply in 4 days "NO RESPONSE still " Sent 2 requests on their on line system NO RESPONSE still. Tried calling numerous times held 30 mins on 0345 number, time wait it states still NO PICK UP. ALL asking for refund of set day delivery and help with finding where my item is. 8 days on now still NOT ONE RESPONSE. Awful, paid for a set day delivery for a Friday. On the Friday received an email saying delivery between 11.41 to 12.41 waited in no delivery. At 1pm called carrier as couldn't get through to the range as said 30 minute call wait but no pick up.Automated on courier said driver late told wait till 6pm which I did item never came again. Saturday again no pick up at carriers telephone number and automated said due to deliver now Sat same time again waited in ALL day never arrived again. Saturday late afternoon got hold carrier through Facebook they said it delivered, I stated I was their Friday and Saturday I have cameras on the gate and door and no ones delivered or attempted delivery at any time or been near my property, carrier put me on hold then said oh your right driver brought it back to warehouse without attempting delivery with no explanation as why he did not 2 days running !!! Eventually got my item after 3 whole days waiting in. NO HELP OR RESPONSE FROM THE RANGE paid the extra delivery cost for set delivery and only got on the 3rd day because I put in so much work trying to contact carrier as no response from the range. How they can ignore your written responses is beyond me, or say they have a phone line when you can see via all the reviews it is near impossible to get a pick on on their phone lines. Carrier admitted they were not even going to deliver on the 3rd day but did as I kicked up such fuss or who knows when or if I'd have received this SET DAY DELIVERY COST item. Thank you "THE RANGE" FOR YOUR NON HELP AND NON REFUND ITS BEEN A NIGHMARE SO STRESSFULL AND I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM YOU EVER AGAIN. You should be available to your customers and respond to customer complaints 4 written requests all ignored that's so bad shame on you. And yes I'm. Sure you "The Range" will just pass blame on the carrier but you should help your customers, we order from you. Each email and on line request I asked for call back for you the retailer I ordered it from to help me find out how to get my item delivered and where It was and you have not responded once,. Disgusting, these complaints should be escalated to the ombudsman to get The Range to respond and reply to Customer Complaints.

Delivered the incorrect goods. Don't man their phones. Don't respond to customer service forms. Don't return monies when they stated they would after 5 days - still waiting a month later.

Awful awful awful!! Ordered a hot tub in March. Understand there was a delay due to the Suez issue but correspondence poor. Had email stating dispatched but not received it. Have now called 3 times . First - cut off after 53 minutes on phone. 2nd - 45 minutes & had to leave. Third. 50 minutes and got through - apparently with courier and will text me. No text and starting to get very angry since we have paid over £600 with a delivery date of weeks ago. Shocking customer service and will not buy anything from them again. How not to run a business!

They take your money and do not give whats promised. I call that stealing. Ordered something on Thursday which I needed for Friday. Paid next day delivery. Received email to say it was coming Saturday!! Saturday had message from couriers to say they would deliver Monday. Cannot get through on phone still no response from email. Diabolical customer service.

Another day wasted for the range to deliver my order ,no response from my e mail to them again tried contacting the range by phone several times and each time cut off after being on the phone for a period of time ,this is by far the worst company I have had to deal with ,keep away from them as you will only end up being disappointed.
